《Starship Nyx》Chapter 37: Spy once, spy forever

I flew to the five micrometeoroids. They were the robotic spies. I tested to hit them twice. They moved away from the hits. I hit them fast three times. They exploded.
The radar screen showed that the three foes were on way to fly here. I waited for them. Only the foe was here after a short time. Their starfighter was thin. I got the call from them. What did they want?
We didn't know about our weaknesses and strengths. I didn't know either what to say to the foe. They still waited for my answer! I answered instantly!
"Yes?" I answered.
"Woman in the light armored thoxypany?" the masculine voice said in English.
"Does your government forbid the women to be in the war?"
"No, the government allows the women. I never have seen the female peotc before. Oh right, I am Koipao Woicy Sqey of United States of Feodycka Thoxy Flyu."
"I am Captain Mara Tan of United Earth Star Fleet. We are not here for the war without exploring this galaxy."
"If you want. You will explain to us about our damaged stones, Captain Mara Tan of United Earth Star Fleet."
"I know that your robotic scouts followed us. But we never got your call, Koipao Woicy Sqey of United States of Feodycka Thoxy Flyu."
"I apology, Captain Mara Tan of United Earth Star Fleet. We ought contact you. Is the apology accepted?"
I suspected that Woicy lied. The radar officer said about the three alien starfighters because the other starfighters were in my radar screen. I never fought myself against the opponents in space earlier. The three opponents were too much to fight against, but I would be diplomatically careful of them.
"Koipao Woicy Sqey of United States of Feodycka Thoxy Flyu, you are three scouts," I said.
"So you know, Captain Mara Tan of United Earth Star Fleet," Woicy said. "We have to kill you."
"You can't kill me! My starship seeks for the revenge."
"What is the starship?"
Someone sent the message in modern Japanese! It only stated that they were on the good side. Would I dare to trust them? I wrote carefully in Japanese if they would help me to remove the other if I would trust them while I told to Woicy about my starship. Someone wrote yes. I counted down to three.
The unknown pilot and I suddenly attacked the starfighters. They were gone. The starfighter was the one remaining that betrayed the other. I didn't know why the pilot was the betrayer. They called me. I answered instantly.
"Who are you?" the masculine voice asked in English.
"Yes, I am Captain Mara Tan of United Earth Star Fleet. You?" I asked.
"I am Koipao Xruto Hapolyo of Serol Empire Thoxy Flyu. It is different of Serol Empire and United States of Feodycka. We will skip the titles, Mara. "
"Okay, Xruto. What will you do in this situation?"
Xruto didn't know what he should do. I asked him about Serol Empire. They just trusted in Xruto because he was the last hope. He was naive. But I thought that Serol Empire didn't seem to trust Xruto. It meant that he was a spy.

"Xruto, you are a spy, aren't?" I asked. "Spy once, spy forever. But I don't trust you."
"What? Are you trained as a spy?" Xruto asked surprisingly.
"My grandfather has been a spy. He taught me in espionage when I was a kid. Yes, I am a spy. Like grandfather, like granddaughter. What are you after? Don't change the subjects."
"I look for the real king. We caught the false kings every time. I was close..."
"...to find the information. I still don't trust you. As I said, spy once, spy forever."
Xruto just asked for the help. Why did he need my help? Was he really a spy? I accepted instantly his help. He was a brainless idiot. A professional spy wouldn't reveal the secret intelligence for the public.
I asked Xruto if he should wait for me. He said yes. I was playing his game. What an idiot he was! I flew quickly to Nyx. The crew was waiting for me.
I landed on the hangar softly and then I said to the crew that Huntress needed to be full again. They nodded slowly. I ran to my laboratory. Malin waited for me. I didn't have time to speak with her. She nodded.
I warned Malin about the robotic scouts and she wished me for a good luck. After a moment, I wore the armor. I brought my laptop, my DSR and my UP77. Did I miss something again? No, I left my laboratory. I returned fast to the hangar.
One of my crew members confirmed that Huntress was full. I saw that the female petty officers of Star Fleet flirted with Jude. He hated it when the girls flirted. I wondered if they were blind. They still flirted. I waited for Jude.
Jude screamed that he was married. The idiots apologetically didn't see his ring, so they thought that he was young. He asked them to leave instantly. They left. I went to Jude. He saw me.
"Good job!" I said.
"Thanks!" Jude said.
"You are welcome."
We were quiet. I wondered if Jude wanted to follow me.
"Do you want to follow me?" I asked.
"Yes, please!" Jude said. "What will I do?"
"You will change your clothes and bring only the weapons. I wait here for you. We will take the transport."
"I will change!"
Ava, Udeoa, Demala and Jynaxos ran to me while Siphimo, Bozai and Syadu flew to me. They asked me simultaneously if they might follow us. I said yes to Jynaxos, Ava, Demala and Udeoa. So, I asked Siphimo, Syadu and Bozai if their leaders gave the permission to them. Their leaders interrupted us. Laruna gave the permission to Syadu, but Jenca said no because Bozai was a civilian and then she said yes to Siphimo.
We flew to Xruto from Nyx later. I warned the team about him. They understood what I meant. Xruto waited for us. He asked us to ignore the space station. I followed him to Fuglesang-44c and we saw the space station.
The space station was big. It was strange for me. The team agreed with me. I didn't trust Xruto due to his big mistake. There weren't any crew members in the space station. Why weren't they in the space station?

We were in air on the planet. The temperature was over sixty degrees Celsius or over one hundred forty degrees Fahrenheit. We never have seen the enormous mountain before. There were a few big seas and mass forests. We saw the robotic animals. They looked like the dinosaurs.
I saw the secret base that was little. We flew to the space port. I landed on the port. The door opened. My intuition warned me that something was very wrong. Xruto opened the canopy and jumped down.
The base was empty. I saw some little blinks in the forest. It had to be the sniper. The idiot contacted the government or some organization. I warned for the team about the sniper. They understood me.
Xruto waited for us. Syadu was invisible and we left the starfighter instantly. Xruto looked like a blue-skinned humanoid. He had a pair of black fangs while he had white teeth. His eyes were grey. He was bald.
Xruto's tattoo or birth mark was on his head and it looked like a big green X. His bodybuilding was athletic. He had the white and red armor. The armor was mixed of Roman and Japanese.
"What are your species called? My species are called humans," I said.
"My species are called vepoiws," Udeoa added.
"My species are called numanicans," Jynaxos added.
"My main species are called avianois," Siphimo added. "There are six subspecies."
"My species are called maguwos," Demala added.
"We are called xircowes," Xruto said. "Why don't you take off your helmets?"
"We humans can die from the heat," I said. "Aren't there any houses?"
"Yes, the house is close."
The sniper pointed at us. We went on a way to the house. The house looked like a green traditional Japanese house and its roof was yellow European. We entered and then we went to the wall. The computer in my helmet told that the air was clean and mild. We would take off our helmets.
Xruto tried to come closer to me. I unholstered my UP-77 quickly and pointed against his head. He froze suddenly. I asked him to back slowly. He backed obediently. Ava and Jude pointed against him.
"What the hell is wrong of your mind, Xruto?" I asked.
"Sorry, I would say about the technology earlier," Xruto said. "It is a gauzy helmet."
"Like I say, I don't trust you. You contacted your government or some organization. There is a sniper in the forest. You think, 'How does she know?' I am a sniper and a special operator."
"You have five skills."
"Not five. I also am a professor of virtual archaeology and military advanced technology. Even I am an unarmed fighter."
Xruto was surprised while we watched him. What would we do with the sniper? Someone knocked the door. I stared at Xruto. He looked as if he might open the door. We didn't trust him.
"My partner removed the sniper," the feminine voice said. "Don't trust the tricky spy."
"No, we won't do it either and two of us are spies. Thank you for the information!" I said. "Do we dare to trust you?"
"So it is up to you. I am alone."
Syadu whispered that the woman was alone. I asked Xruto to open the door slowly. He opened it slowly. The female xircowe beat him suddenly. He was knocked out. We pointed at the female xircowe.
"You can be calm," the female xircowe said.
"We are calm," I said. "Thank you!"
"I know that you don't trust me. My name is Amoca Hervgo. I am the member of Security Authority here in Republic of Tuwary."
"I am Captain Mara Tan of United Earth Star Fleet. This is Supervisory Special Agent Jude Willis of United Earth Secret Intelligence General and Colonel Ava Lind of United Earth Ground Forces."
"You still point to me."
Amoca seemed trustful. I holstered my UP-77. Amoca looked at our ally members.
"I am Cedenol Udeoa Ojuniw of Haba Amlaty," Udeoa said.
"My name is Jynaxos fon Axenijt," Jynaxos said.
"I am Siphimo Huquto," Siphimo said.
"I am Demala the Great Wise Joi," Demala said.
I was surprised to hear of Demala's title. Amoca was happy to meet us.
"By the way, why did you beat the idiot?" I asked.
"It is a long history," Amoca said. "The agencies tries to look for the spy master."
"What will we do? Do you need our help?"
Amoca nodded slowly. The moment was quiet. We removed our helmets. Amoca looked at us. I asked her about Xruto. She told that her team should get the idiot to reveal about the real spy master.
After a while, we were alone here. Only the female xircowes had the pointy ears. Amoca's team interrogated Xruto. She told how she knew that we came here. Her leader got the main mission from the chief of the Security Authority to capture the spies. She got the sub-task by her leader.
Amoca eavesdropped over what Xruto said to his handler about me. Her colleagues from United Kingdom of Greater Seduin followed the handler in their homeland. Amoca asked about our reason on this planet. I told carefully about the zulcoks. Amoca was specially shocked to hear. Why was she shocked?
Did the zulcoks have been here too? Amoca seemed to be worried for the zulcoks. She straightly asked about the zulcoks' mighty ally. We were very surprised to hear about the mighty ally and I told that we just met the zulcoks. I asked about the ally. Amoca almost answered.
The team apologetically interrupted us. My intuition told that Amoca would tell about the ally later. I trusted my intuition. The xircowes spoke Japanese. We understood them. They didn't seem to know that we understood the Japanese.
