"You!" Vivi's eyes widened slightly while Luffy simply grinned and said "Leave him to us, but can you handle 400 thousand rebels on your own?"

Yuki simply smirked and said "Heh, Let's see who finishes his job first!"

"Challenge accepted x3" Responded the monster trio of Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro full of confidence!

"I can't thank you enough" Spoke Vivi while bowing slightly… This was beyond perfect since the Strawhats can stop the Baroque organization while they can stop the rebels, and she for some reason believed in Yuki's ability to do so after seeing the extent he went to just to build the giant well… Although she didn't know that it was so that he can get additional rewards for it…

"You too Nami" Replied Vivi with a warm smile but Yuki suddenly paused and retrieved the Jitte from his back and threw it to Usopp that was standing beside Nami and said "Give this to that Smokey guy, he will need it"

Usopp caught it with a ridiculous look on his face and he couldn't help but ask "Won't he just use it against us?"

"Don't worry, he will help you..." Replied Yuki before he started walking again, this time without turning back….

"Why is every single person in this crew so crazy" Muttered Usopp before he turned to Nami and said "Let's go" then he started to drag poor Chopper as the heat was killing him. After all, he was an animal that used to live on a winter island that was extremely cold, a desert was as if he was thrown into hell, but now they at least had the water that Yuki dug…

After following Yuki, Vivi couldn't help but ask "Yuki-san, do you have any plans to stop the 400 000 rebels?"

Yuki tilted his head at her without pausing at all and replied "Do I look like I have a plan? Of course I don't hahahaha"

Vivi couldn't help but let out a wry smile as she thought 'Guess I expected too much of him... He's just as crazy as Luffy' Before she smiled confidently and said "I know their leader, we were childhood friends, I'm sure I can convince him!"

'hmm, it seems like it won't be that easy to tease this courageous girl...' thought Yuki silently before he said "That's good, let's make it quick then, their current base is quite far from Yuba and we will have to cross the Sandora river if we want to get there quickly"

Vivi nodded in agreement before she said "Um, should we return to the ship then? but it will take us more than half a day..." However, Yuki surprised her when he shook his head and said "Don't worry, I was just joking earlier, I actually have a plan…"

Before she could finish her words, a giant open jaw emerged from the water ready to swallow them both whole, although they clearly wouldn't remain whole considering the sharp teeth this monster had...

"AAAAAAAA" Vivi screamed in fear, but Yuki directly smacked the jaw away with the back of his hand and said "Please don't scream so suddenly, you almost broke my eardrums"

Vivi stared at the giant crocodile that was swimming away and staring at Yuki fearfully from the water before she put her hand over her crazily beating heart and said "You almost broke your eardrums, My heart almost stopped you idiot... We definitely can't swim across the river!"

"I know I know, don't worry" Replied Yuki with a shrug before he started searching for something in his space ring...

As Vivi was staring at Yuki doubtfully and waiting for his solution, she found him simply searching in the inner pockets of his clothes before he retrieved an orb-shaped device that had a button on it…

"What's this?" Asked Vivi curiously and Yuki simply smiled and said "Our way to cross the river" Before he clicked on the button of the device and injected his mana in it at the same time which instantly made it start to expand and open up until it transformed into two beautiful butterfly wings…

"T-This is?" Asked Vivi again in shock and Yuki simply grinned when he saw her expression before he replied "This is a device that can allow its user to fly if he has the required energy to control it… It's something I stole back in the day from an elf… ah those were the good days"

"Elf? Flying device? Stolen-" Vivi didn't know how to process all of this information as she was sure that there wasn't even an elf race in their world, at least she didn't hear of them if they existed, but Yuki didn't give her the time to think too deeply in what he said and directly attached the device to his back before picking her princess style which turned her whole face red like a tomato!

"Hang in tight, we are about to take off" As Yuki said this, he squatted down slightly while folding the wings before he jumped into the air reaching a terrifying height and unfolded them again and started flying over the Sandora river at a quite the fast speed, in fact too fast as he surpassed the speed of sound easily! Thankfully, the device had unique protection so Vivi didn't feel the air pressure.

'The consumption of my mana isn't that high, I can even travel all the way to Katorea with it, but I can't afford to waste too much...' Yuki was avoiding doing anything that could exhaust his mana as he's been having a bad feeling about this mission.

After all, he still had no idea about what would make freeing Alabasta harder than it should be, he was sure it wasn't that guy Crocodile since he can pretty much one-shot him if he so wished

'Just what in the hell is going to make this mission difficult…' Wondered Yuki as he flew over the Sandora river with Vivi in his arms, he was expecting her to be scared, but then he remembered that one of the guardians of Alabasta has a falcon devil fruit and she enjoyed flying with him, so right now she was simply enjoying the flight, although with a slightly red face…

"Yuki-san, why did you join the Strawhats?" asked Vivi suddenly and Yuki was slightly surprised by her question as he felt like it came out of nowhere so he asked her back as any insecure person would... "Eh? Where's this coming from?"

"Well, I feel like you are stronger than any of them including Luffy, In fact, you don't seem at all worried about facing a warlord… The heat of the desert doesn't affect you and you are smart to the point that you can even build advanced things and have such advanced items… And yet you chose to join such a small crew…"

Yuki remained silent and he couldn't help but narrow his eyes at the silent but always observing girl 'This is probably a habit she nurtured from her life as a spy and having to hide her true identity at all times, I wonder if Robin is also the same as her' wondered Yuki before he smiled and said

"Well, to be honest, I'm planning to leave the crew for a while"

Vivi was shocked by his answer and she couldn't help but question him "Why would you leave them? They are amazing people and I'm sure they will achieve their dreams one day"

Yuki nodded at her in agreement "I believe they can achieve their dreams as well, but as you stated before, I'm too strong for them at the moment, and I'm sure they also noticed this which is why they agreed to let me deal with the rebels on my own, don't think that Luffy is stupid just because he acts goofy all the time"

"What do you mean? Wouldn't that help them?" Asked Vivi with a perplexed look on her face and Yuki remained silent for a while before he shook his head and spoke wisely "Quite the contrary… I might in fact become their biggest hindrance since I will absorb most of the pressure they will face in their adventures which will hinder their growth, and more importantly… ruin their 'fun'"

Vivi's eyes widened in disbelief but she felt like she understood Yuki's view as well 'It seems like he truly likes them if he's willing to sacrifice so much for them' she wondered with a smile full of admiration as she felt safe in his arms

Meanwhile, the man in question was thinking otherwise! 'Ah, I can't wait to make a crew with Yurei and the others and become the most heinous pirates in the history of this world, that would be so much fun muhahahahaha!'

Yuki is simply what you call a bad egg that hatched despite all odds and attempts from fate to destroy it., and he met a bunch of bad eggs that are going to flip this world upside down in the future with him!
