Queen Clara: “I take that it is no use concealing the plans and ambitions of this fine nation away from the gods?”
Kina: “You assume correctly. And before you mention it, I have no ill will against your schemes young queen. I respect the determination you possess and also the seemingly goodwill towards your subjects. So, for now, I harbor no interruption into your plans. Except, profit.”
Atenri: “My opinion and stance are equal to Kinanawod, that is, if the goodwill you possess is still sane and not corrupted by the mind of a monarch.”
Queen Clara: “You mustn’t worry yourself with that, god of the free air…”
Servants of the palace brought out luxurious magical chairs that modified their shape and comfortability to the likings of Kina and Atenri, who now comfortably sat on the side. While Pannan stood proudly, directly staring at Queen Clara with his slivery eyes and stiff body like an impassible path with a boulder stationed in the way.
Queen Clara: “I take that you are mine enemy? One of the many fringe gods that reside and are worshipped in the chilly hellish High Peak mountains?”
Pannan: “Indeed… my name is Pannan, the God of ELEVEATION and small comforts, possibly bad luck as well.”
Queen Clara: “I have known of your existence. But unlike the more respectable gods such as Atenri and Kinanawod, I haven’t met you before.”
Pannan: “Yes, it is my pleasure…”
Queen Clara: “And, I take that the character behind you is your assistant?”
Fate-fan: “I am not Queen Clara. I am merely an observer.”
Queen Clara: “Hmm, is that so…very well then. What else must I say or do when divine beings such as yourselves barge into my courtyard. I am humble enough to understand my limits, but do not believe that I am at your whims. Especially that of mine enemy, Pannan.”

Kina: “Like I said, I am here for profit. Which should not bother your plans, except that of Pannan.”
Pannan: “Indeed. I shall be frank with all of you, but I expect the Queen to also be sincere with the rest of us. Do you… agree?”
Queen Clara: “I’ve had to make deals with worse sneaky and shrewd devils so far. I accept.”
Atenri: “It will not be fair for Pannan and the Queen to reveal their objectives in this scenario while me and Kina sit back. What do you say Kina, let us be frank with them too?”
Kina: “Very well then, but there is not much to discuss. I guide groups of Divine Spirits that will profit from this upcoming endeavor. For them it is a quest. For me, I am there to support and care-take the brave souls. The one I am most keen on succeeding is whichever succeeds in the quest and supports the community the most.”
Atenri: “I will not say much besides that I also guide a group of Divine Spirits that call themselves the “Nomads of the Griffin”, they are there for honor and gain.”
Queen Clara: “So, at least two of the Lesser Gods involved in this affair are merely meddling in this scenario for their followers? I must say, I am pleased to hear this good news. Simply, we both gain?”
Atenri: “Indeed.”
Queen Clara: “Then I still cannot trust you Lesser Gods. You are clear and concise in the wrong ways. For it does not adhere to the logics of the mortal world.”
Kina: “Yet, it has always been this way and still remains a discussion for another time?”
Queen Clara: “I must submit, that is correct.”
Pannan: “Chit-chat about honor, support, profit. All the same for the supporters of the powerful races. Intolerance and discrimination as always.”

Queen Clara: “…”
Kina: “Do not pay attention to the rhetoric of the draconic character. Pannan, spill your demands. Tell us why we are all here?”
Pannan: “Very well, let us get to the point. Queen Clara, you do understand that your indirect invasion of Coldpass is a war against my followers?”
Queen Clara: “Indeed. Did you come all the way here, allowing me to bask in the presence of the gods, just to confirm my decision?”
Pannan: “Of course not. I am here to congratulate you for this attempt, which I do certainly hope you succeed thoroughly.”
Queen Clara: “I do not like the sounds of that lizard. Tell me directly what is it you hope to achieve here and in the future with my decision?”
Pannan: “You see, the mountains are cold. The higher one rises in elevation, the colder the air becomes. Usually. And when the air becomes so cold, I cannot pay attention to what occurs down below. Even a Lesser God’s body has some resemblance to mortality, as you can clearly see from mine own. Anyways, down below where I reside is the area of the High Peaks mountains known as Coldpass. It’s a large valley that almost separates the top end of the High Peak Mountain chain, splits the tip mountains which merge into the Holy Lands away from the rest. As it so happens, mortals deem this passage strategically important. But for what reasons? I am sure the Ogre King, a very unfaithful ruler, sees it as a place where his power grows at, and his servants reside at. What about you?”
Queen Clara: “Has the god Pannan come to the Queen of Orchard Hills for a lesson in history, strategy, or entertainment? Coldpass is obviously strategically important for anyone that borders these mountains, if my kingdom controls it then we may as well have a powerful staging ground for the invasion of the Lunar Empire, like in the times of old… that is of course something that you’d like me to say. But, instead of revealing to me more of your plans, Pannan, you dragged me into the waters. Fine I will tell everyone here my plans. From the beginning, I knew that it was pointless to try and have communicative combat with the Lesser Gods.”
Fate-fan: “Before you do Queen Clara, do not let your entire fate be decided by the Lesser Gods. I am sure you possess the desire to retreat certain information away from our ears, so I recommend you do just that.”
Pannan: “Huh, you interrupted?”
Kina: “I wonder why…”
Atenri: “Ha, I understand. Smart choice!”
Queen Clara: “To embarrass me in such a way…Fine, I shall gladly take the advice of a mysterious observer. My plans are simple. I wish the Kingdom of Orchard Hills to annex Coldpass under the crown and then attract as many migrants as possible from the Lunar Kingdom into Orchard Hills. Unprecedented for a monarch of this nation to invite an influx of foreigners, but it is my will, and it shall be done!
