“No!” said Gaz. “I’ve barely left this room since we left Imdor.”

“That’s what I thought. All the chicken has gone out of the fridge.”

“It wasn’t me! Man, you need to lighten up. You must be mistaken, there probably wasn’t any there in the first place.”

Gaz interrupted. “Look, it’s not important! Jake wants rescuing, so now we need to agree with him how. You need to help.”

“Really?!” said Joel. “What does he say?”

Gaz took a sip of his tea as Joel caught up on the conversation.
