Vegeta scoffs after watching the tv and Trunks has a look of rage as he witnessed what cell had done a simple news anchor being ripped apart... On live TV

Trunks eyes narrow as be begins walking towards the door with a purpose until his mother calls out to him

Bullma:hey trunks catch

Trunks turns in time to see his mother throw something at him catching it

Trunks:a wallet

Bullma:I know that was .... Well it was really disgusting and honestly I feel like losing my lunch... But maybe take that and go find a way to cool off just please don't do something crazy

Vegeta:boy you'd best be quick I don't intend to do nothing for the next ten days as such you are not to leave this town and are to return by the end of the day so we may begin training

Vegeta looks at trunks but is silent as trunks sighs before he leaves capsule corp walking out trunks sees several people freaking out and even a few who don't seem to care and are just going about their day

Trunks:cell... I'm not going. To let you get away with this

Trunks pockets the wallet and begins leaves capsule Corp and going down a alley before he exits the alley he feels strange but shrugs it off to irritated to notice as he watches people freaking out as trunks moves down a less busy street

Shiki:y'Know it's kinda rude not to at least say hi

Trunks's eyes widen as he spins on his heel seeing shiki standing behind him her hands on her hips as shes looking at him

Trunks:but when did you

Shiki:the alley figured having someone accompany you would help you keep your mind off the chaos and well

Shiki smirks

Trunks:what if piccolo hears you

Shiki:with all the chaos currently happening I don't think he's going to be focused on you

Shiki:now come on

Trunks:where are we going

Shiki:anywhere I don't really care

Trunks sighs as he and shiki begin making their way through the city trunks still irritated as he takes notice of TVs recapping what had just happened before shiki pulls him away from those TVs

Trunks:thought what if somebody who knows me sees you with me

Shiki:I'll just say I'm from the future and came back to make sure everything's ok... They can't disprove me and it's not exactly a lie im from the future because you are from the future

Trunks:mm

Shiki looks at trunks before she grabs his sleeve and pulls him along

Trunks:wait what are you doing

Shiki:dragging you around more specifically dragging you into this shop

Trunks looks up

Trunks:a ice cream shop

Shiki:you have money right

Trunks just sighs and resigns himself to this as shiki enters the shop and begins order herself some ice cream then kicks trunks who looks at her as she points to the menu displaying the different types of ice cream and there prices as trunks soon order himself some to as trunks then had to pay for it once payed for the two leave the shop

Shiki:not bad

Trunks:I think you bruised my leg

Shiki:I doubt that

Trunks:pretty sure you end up with the same amount of strength I have by default

Shiki:meh who knows and stop thinking so much you're meant to be having fun

Shiki looks at trunks

Shiki:thinking our conversation is kinda boring considering we do that all the time

Trunks:usually your in my soul

Shiki:well I'm not right now and what did I just say

Trunks:sorry

Shiki:good well let's go

The two begin moving again and shiki is looking around

Shiki:you know how to drive right

Trunks:I'm not driving a car when I can fly I don't even have a car on me

Shiki:mm fine we'll keep walking probably for the best anyway

The two continue to walk around doing next to nothing besides getting food and anything interesting from shops that have people not freaking out and thanks to shiki keeping trunks from the people freaking out trunks mood starts to improve both thanks to that and due to spending time with someone he is close to shiki continues doing so until the sun starts to set the two turn down a empty street as trunks stops shiki notices and stops as well

Trunks:... Why did you really do this

Shiki:did you have fun

Trunks:well.... Yeah I did

Shiki:there you go you needed the break

Trunks:I don't have time for a break I need to focus on cell and what will come after that

Shiki:a break wouldn't hurt

Trunks:I don't have time for a break I already told you

Shiki sighs as she turns on her heel knocking trunks off his feet with a sweep taking the knife bulma got him out from the inside of his jacket now on top of him with the knife at his throat

Shiki:listening

Trunks looks at the knife and nods before his eyes move towards shiki own as the two stare at each other

Shiki:a break won't kill you and like you said you had fun so... No complaining its rude especially after I worked to make your mood better

Trunks:a break may not kill me but you certainly can

Shiki:not wrong

Shiki stands up and hands trunks the knife who is getting back up on to his feet

Shiki:but I won't

Trunks takes the knife and is standing again

Trunks:ok but why make me take a break I was already leaving capsule Corp

Shiki:to go face cell or maybe you where leaving just to go be moody

Trunks:you can't prove that

Shiki:don't forget where I live .... And this was as much for me as it was for you

Shiki then disappears as trunks feels shiki fully returning to his soul

Shiki:good to be back home so much more comfortable here then out there

Trunks:how nice for you

Trunks let's out a sigh as he begins making his way back to capsule Corp but a smile finds its way to his face

Trunks:thanks shiki it was a nice

Shiki:ha I made you smile I'll consider that a victory

Trunks let's out a chuckle deciding he'll let shiki have this victory
