I got the Blood that I needed from him. Instead of drinking it i directly absorbed it through my skin.

I can't believe I didn't think of that before, it just popped into my head as we were fighting.

Anyway, here we are.

Hmm interesting, this works in a totally different way than the animal DNA.

With the Animals, I just have to acquire the DNA and it will continue to run Simulations until completion.

But with Human DNA, it uses it to test if will work, the sample gets destroyed if it fails, and it uses my stamina to create a new sample from previous schematics.

This means it constantly creates and destroys DNA to find a way for me to use their Quirk.

And when it succeeds I have to start from the beginning with that quirk. So when I get Bakugo's Quirk I will only be able to make firecrackers, until I train it enough to a useful level.

So technically I am growing the quirks in a way.

The process is kinda simple I guess. Take DNA, tests with creating and destroying DNA, Once the tests are done and I have 0 chance of fuking up, I integrate the newly created quirk. From there I just basically nurture the quirk, until it grows strong enough to be useful.

Now that we have established that I am a genuine GOD, my plans will have to change big time.

At first I assumed that I will have a programming quirk hence the need to gather blackmail material and get into politics.

But now that I know, I can turn into any animal or half animal and can grow Quirks, the plans I made are useless.

I have a very good shot of becoming the strongest being on this planet. My potential is literally limitless. Assuming I survive long enough.

Right now the most important thing is for me to focus on increasing my strength. As long as I'm strong enough, there are not a lot of things I can't get or achieve. I will still gather blackmail material, but it won't be the main focus.

Right now, Animal DNA is the easiest to acquire and it can be explained as an 'Awakening' I will just say that I can manipulate my Genetic Code to change into animals. The Quirk part is going to remain a secret.

So plans for now:

-Raid every Zoo and exotic animal collector in my city and those that are near it.

-Take a drop of blood from people walking down the street. Disuse as a punk wearing a spiked biker jacket.

The initial poke will hurt them a bit, but no one wants to deal with delinquents or as they are better known in Japan as 'yankees'. Even if there are heroes patrolling. They can't stop vandalism from happening. So most people will just carry on and avoid trouble

-Figure out a way to get DNA easier. Ideally making small fly robots or real mosquitos do it for me.

-Start Stacking up on Animal and Human DNA, the processer will work passively for as long as I breathe. Which literally translates to me making an effort to getting stronger, every single second for the rest of my hopefully long life,

Mental note, looking into immortality or anti-aging Quirks.

- Now the testing of Quirks can be sped up depending on how much DNA/Blood I consume from a person. So what if I take all of it? I'm not afraid to commit cannibalism if it makes me stronger. Ideally, I need a quirk to just drain them of any Life, and turn their bodies into a mummy or just dust.

This needs to be tested. Which means I need another Villian Persona. The reason I need more is so fewer people target me.

Kaito Kid is a thief, heroes will still look for him, but someone in the Top 10 will just ignore him since he isn't killing anyone. But if Kaito Kid starts killing he will be on the top of everybody's list. Hence a new persona.

I will be tacking both Heroes and Villains. I think I got the perfect name.

GAROU

I obviously can't reveal my animal transformations so that leaves my martial arts, and any Quirk I can grow in time for it to be useful.

Garou was a Hero Hunter and killed monsters if they bothered him. In fact, it might be better for Garou to invent the Rokushiki to show the potential of martial arts. Then if the Martial Artist of the Century Kodo Shinichi figured out a way to decipher his techniques. Then there is no problem at all.

Muhahaha, I'm so freaking smart.

I'll transform into a bigger version of myself, change the pigments in my hair to give it a white color change the structure so it's long and spikey and Boom Garou is born.

Now I can just go and beat the shit out of people, without spending too much effort on hiding myself, even if I'm seen, they will only know about Garou. I'll be testing a lot of the more 'deadly' martial arts when I'm Garou.

The only thing I absolutely need to do is to make sure, none of my identities interact. That means all of them will lead different lives, visit different places, and most importantly of all act differently.

I think I'll keep the Original Kaito Kid persona. But Garou will have to change. He will be the silent serial killer type. The less information they have on him the better since more people will chase after a killer instead of a thief.

This is going to be so much fun.
