Chapter 28
Stunned by this sudden turn of events, Wil could only watch dumbfoundedly as Quentin undid one button after another, her white blouse falling open to reveal the pale, unblemished skin beneath. With her top now lying in a pile on the cabin floor, her skirt soon followed, and he was greeted with one of the most beautiful sights he had ever seen.
Wil had traveled extensively in the last few months and had seen a myriad of wonders this world had to offer. The vast eastern farmland, with the sun shining brightly on golden fields. The northern mountains, pristine wilderness untouched by civilization. Even the Azure Sea held a beauty to him, despite his terror of the water and his seasickness.
However, standing in the cabin with a very naked, very beautiful Annabelle Quentin, all those things he had experienced before, paled in comparison. Wil gaped, open mouthed, as the stunningly attractive woman slowly walked towards him, her hips swaying seductively.
Before he could react, she was in his arms, her lips pressed against his, her breasts pressed against his chest. Her hands were everywhere, running over his neck, his chest, his stomach. The kiss started soft, almost awkward, before quickly becoming something more. Her tongue entwined with his, and he could hear her moan against him as he held her.
It had been…awhile…since Wil had been intimate with anyone, and it took a long moment before his rational brain caught up to his body’s natural reaction. Before he came to his senses, he was returning her kisses just as fiercely, his hands wandering all over her body.
Finally, Wil stumbled away from her, his face an expression of shock as he held his hands up, trying to keep her away from him.
“Wait, Annabelle! Stop, this isn’t right!” He tried to reasoned with her, as she pushed forward, her hands reaching for him.
Pausing, she stood still for a moment, tilting her head at him slightly in confusion. Her blond hair cascaded down her naked back, her blue eyes confused as to why he was stopping.
“But Wil…Don’t you want me? I know you do…I can tell.” She said, a sly look on her face as her lips twisted into a grin. She bit her lip seductively with her perfect, white teeth, turning her body slightly to better show herself to him.

“Yes, I do… Wait…No! This isn’t right, Annabelle. What’s gotten into you?” He said sternly, holding her at arm’s length.
“Nothing, not yet, anyway…” She said, laughing. “Don’t you want me, Wil? You can stay here, with me…isn’t that what you want?”
“I need to leave, Annabelle. I don’t know why you’re doing this, but if its to keep me from going back to help the Dragon Turtle, you can stop. Nothing is going to change my mind.” Wil explained, as a pout grew on Quentin’s face.
“Is that what you truly want, Wil…or is it because you want someone else?” She said, stepping back from him and walking towards the cabin door.
“It’s alright if you do…Is it Mara? Is she why you don’t want me…You want her instead? I’m fine with sharing, if it keeps you here…” She whispered, grasping the handle to the cabin door.
“Sharing? What are you…” Wil said, confused at the words coming from her mouth. Not waiting, Quentin turned the handle, pulling open the door and sticking her head out.
“Mara! Get in here! I need your help with Wil!” She shouted out to the deck, before walking back towards him, leaving the door wide open. Before she even reached him, Mara appeared in the doorway, wearing her customary light leather armor.
Mara was grinning as she walked in, her pretty face tanned, and her brown hair cut short, she swaggered into the cabin, not even questioning the fact that Wil was standing dumbfounded, with a naked Annabelle Quentin standing nonchalantly next to him.
“You called, Boss? Something I can help you with?” Mara said, closing the door and standing in the middle of the cabin.
“Yes! Wil is refusing to stay, and I’ve been trying to convince him, but he doesn’t seem to want to listen. I was hoping you could help.” Quentin said, her tone business like.
“Sure! I’d love to help!” Mara said, a wide smile forming on her lip as she began to take off her armor. Stripping down, she was soon standing completely nude as well, a pile of armor and clothing next to her.

Eyes wide, Wil’s mouth flapped soundlessly as the lithe, short haired woman walked towards him, wrapping her arms tight around his torso, and planting her lips firmly on his. Her toned, athletic body melted into his.
In a moment, Annabelle joined her, and Wil found himself entangled with limbs, hands running over his body, trying to remove his clothing, as first one, then the other, took turns kissing him.
Sputtering, Wil forced the pair off of him as he stumbled backwards, the desk stopping him from retreating any further.
“What in the Nine Layers of Hell are you two doing!” Wil roared, becoming angry at the situation unfolding in the cabin.
“Have you both lost your gods’ damned minds!” Wil screamed, as the two women stood before him, smiling as the ran their hands over each other’s bodies.
“Isn’t this what you want, Wil? Wont you stay here, with us?” Mara whispered, before turning and kissing Annabelle’s neck. The blond woman moaned in pleasure as she smiled at Wil.
“No! God’s Bones, this isn’t what I want at all!” Wil cursed, shaking his head in denial at what was happening.
“We just want you to stay with us, Wil. If this isn’t what you want, maybe you’re looking for something…different?” Annabelle said, stepping away from Mara and looking towards the doorway.
The cabin door opened once again, and this time it was Garman standing in the doorway, a smile on his face, an expression that looked so out of place that it shocked Wil more than seeing the two naked women before him.
“Well, Junior. I didn’t think you were into this sort of thing, but if it gets you to stay.” The large man bellowed, walking to the cabin, before stripping off his shirt. He was about to start removing his pants when Wil’s scream stopped him.
Not wanting to see what madness would happen next, Wil bolted from the cabin, leaving the two women and the half-naked man, far behind.
Not slowing at all, he scrambled across the deck, looking for anyone to explain the insanity that just happened to him.
The deck was deserted, no sign of the crew, or his other friends, remained. Even the docks were empty, as was the parts of the island he could see from the Drake.
Frantic, not wanting to go back and confront the insanity happening in Quentin’s cabin, Wil dashed from deck, towards the gangway. He was about to make it to the docks when he spotted Bell, waving at him from where he was standing by the railing.
Walking up to the older man, he stopped a good distance away from him, not giving him a chance to speak.
“Don’t take your clothes off, Bell! I’m not interested! Tell me what in the hell is going on here. Quentin and Mara just threw themselves at me, and Garman was about to step in and join the fun. If you start stripping, I’m burning this boat, with you on it.” Wil threatened, holding his good hand up, an orange flame already forming above his palm.
“Easy, Lad! Relax, nothing bad is going to happen to you. I just wanted to have a chat. I’ll even keep my clothes on, if that makes you feel better.” The older man grinned, leaning easily on the railing, his hands held upright to show he meant no harm.
“What’s happening, Bell? Did you spike the water supply?” Wil asked, not moving closer.
“No, nothing of the sort. Everything’s fine, the Drake is well, all your friends are alright, to the best of my knowledge.” Bell said, speaking in a calming tone.
“Wait…what do you mean ‘all my friends’…. who are you?” Wil interrogated, the flame growing brighter in his hand.
“Simple answer to that, Lad... I’m the…what have you affectionately called me? The corrupted ‘Spirit’ of the Azure Lord?” Bell answered. Before Wil could go on asking questions, the older man continued.
“I’m here to make you an offer.”
