A few months passed, Ilario familiars with the area of Magnus Forest, the great forest that have big area like one kingdom. Ilario spent time more that 2 years until he knew clearly all of locations. The Magnus forest have boundaries surrounding at north, east and south of Sapientia Empire, and the South area is connected to Meridiem Sea, the sea that connected between south world, east world and west world.

Ilario planned to survey more of Mercatura Territory, the South territory that close to Magnus Forest. He would like to relax himself after hunting continually.

Ilario went downstairs to have a breakfast before going out.

“Queen Agnes has something to talk to you, please go to meet her tomorrow,” said Ms. Carina kindly after Ilario finished his breakfast.

“Yes,” said Ilario and leaved for hunting.

Ilario hunted along the way from the center to south of Magnus Forest, there were mostly wild animals. Ilario reached to Meridiem Sea at noon, with his speed, he could hunt wild animals and reach to the South in hours, the Ordinarius have to spend 1-2 days of journey with carriage in this distance.

Mercatura Territory is a Big territory in Sapientia Empire, long history, center of commercial and trading with other empires and kingdoms. There is a big harbour located at suburb area, many merchant ships load and unload many products for commercial trading at this port, crowned with peoples. They called this suburb area ‘Portus Village’ it’s also famous for the trading village with all kind of products.

Ilario activated "Invisible" he would like to survey without notification from other peoples, it’s not the right time for him to show up himself freely, his appearance would be attracting to the people in this empire. Ilario walked around the harbour, next to harbour is Portus Village, there are big market, many merchant stalls, several kinds of products.

Ilario saw many pearl accessories stalls, it’s famous and signature of Mercatura. There are sea foods stalls, cloths stalls, pottery stalls, and other stalls that sell products from other empires. It could say that peoples could find anything when they come to this market.

Ilario spent time of surveying the market until the sunset, the market is quite big, he enjoyed of walked around and seen many products that he never seen even in his previous life, unfortunately, he could not ask information from the merchants because he used "Invisible" all the time, he thought of coming back again later.

The sky was dark, Ilario went out of the Portus Village, reach to south area of Magnus Forest, he prepared himself to ride Solaris and go back to the elves’ village, he found out that he could not use "Teleport" freely at the area near the center of Magnus Forest, especially the location of elves’ village, it might be the Barrier Activated by Queen Agnes to protect all of invading. He has been trapped with the maze after first try of "Teleport" and taken time for a while before he could go out of the maze. He has been tried to use "Teleport" in short distance for fighting, there is no problem but he still could not activate "Teleport" at the area near the elves’ village.

On the way back to the elves’ village, Ilario could detected the familiar power of magic core when he reaching at the middle-south area of Magnus Forest. Both of Luna and Solaris felt the same.

“The magic power is as same as yours, even it's slightly” said Luna.

“I also felt the same. We better go to check it” said Ilario.

Ilario activated "Invisible" Solaris speeded up and run directly to the area that they detected the power. He saw a group of mercenaries riding horses, there is a carriage that completely cover in the group, they were running to the South. — Ilario felt familiar of this scene, it was as same as the first time he came to this world. He "Teleport" himself to get in the way of carriage, he shot the head of horseman, the group of mercenaries were frightened with surprise attacked but they could not see Ilario. They stopped and tried to find the source direction of arrow, Ilario used his speed to change direction to confuse them and shot a head of mercenary one by one, there are 6 mercenaries and 1 horseman, they were frightening of the attacked that they could not predict while seeing the others got shot at the head continually.

There were 2 of mercenaries remained, one is guarding the carriage and another on the horse nearby the carriage. Ilario thought that the one who guarding carriage might know the information, he will kill the one on a horse.

While Ilario on evaluating the situation, a mercenary on a horse looked anxious and tried to run away, Ilario shot at the back of his head before he could run more far away. There is one mercenary on guarding the carriage remained.

“Luna, please check inside the carriage,” mind communicated Ilario.

“They kidnapped a girl, she quite young. There is another guy inside. He holding a girl to be hostage, it looks like she lost consciousness,” mind communicated Luna.

“Kill him and take care of a girl,” mind communicated Ilario.

Luna attracted a man inside the carriage with a light ball, a man was frightening, seeing nothing but a light ball moving to his way. Luna made a light ball flying close to him, he let go of a girl and try to protect himself, Luna used “Light shooting” shot at his heart.

“What? Whoa…Argh” Ilario heard the voices of a man inside the carriage when Luna dealing with him.

“Hey, what happen?” A mercenary who guarding outside the carriage asked a mercenary inside the carriage.

He was going to move inside the carriage after he heard another mercenary’s voice and he got no answer from him, Ilario shot both of his legs to stop him from interfere inside the carriage.

“A girl is safe now” mind communicated Luna.

After Ilario got signal from Luna, he cut the right arm of a mercenary who guarding the carriage.

“Argh...What the hell is happening?” a mercenary who grading the carriage swore himself after his arm cutting off.

Ilario showed up himself, a mercenary was frightened because Ilario suddenly appeared in front of him.

“Who hired you to kidnap a girl?” asked Ilario.

“Wh... Who are you?” said a mercenary anxiously.

“Are you deaf? Answer my question,” said Ilario coldly while stabbed on a mercenary’s left shoulder with his speed and hard hit.

“Argh…No... Sorry…” said a mercenary while Ilario prepared to stab more. “Wait...I will tell you.” “We got hired from a man in age around mid-forties, he worn hood and mark, we could not see his face clearly, his body thin and look like he is working for a noble.”

“What did he say when he hiring you?” Ilario asked a mercenary.

“He said there would be a knight of Fortis taken a girl out, we need to take her to the harbour, there will be a merchant waiting for us there, they will take a girl,” said a mercenary, out of breath.

“Did you know a merchant name?” Ilario asked a mercenary, he did not care of his condition.

“No, we used the code word ‘New Era’ when we meet” said a mercenary.

“Anything else?” said Ilario, he felt that a mercenary did not tell him all of the truth.

“No, this is all I known. Please don’t kill me. I told you all of the information I known,” said a mercenary, he looked like he is going to cry.

“What else could I get from you if I let you go?” asked Ilario, he would like to dig more of information. “Did your group work as an organization?”

“No, we are mercenaries and work for all kind of jobs,” said a mercenary.

“Even the job that destroy other people’s lives?” asked Ilario.

A mercenary said nothing, Ilario killed him after that.

“The mercenaries were only part of their work, they knew nothing much, it’s must be some kind of high authority behind, they are working like an organization but hard to track back to them. It was better to go back first,” thought Ilario.

“Solaris, please tell Queen Agnes and ask for her permission to take a girl back to the village” said Ilario.

Ilario checked a girl, she looked very young, as same as his age at the time he got kidnapped, she still lost consciousness. Luna already healed and unlocked the shackle for her. Ilario holding a girl and riding Luna to go back to the elves’ village.

“The Queen allowed you to take a girl inside,” mind communicated Solaris while they nearly reach to the entrance of the elves’ village.

Ilario went directly to the treehouse and asked Ms. Carina for help, she was surprised when she saw a girl but taken care of her without asked of any details.

After Ms. Carina changed a girl’s cloth, Ilario went inside his room, a girl wearing his old shirt, she slept on his bed. Ilario would like her to get full rest, he slept on the floor nearing her.

The next day, Ilario went to meet Queen Agnes to report her details of the incident last night.

“You came. How about a girl?” Queen Agnes asked.

“She is fine but still lost her consciousness. Thank you for allowing her to stay in the village, ma’am” said Ilario and informed the details of last night incident.

“She has same magic power as yours. It's time for you to return your home” said Queen Agnes “I asked you to come here today to inform you about this matter. We have nothing more to train you, you are genius and fast learning.”

“I got a message from World Tree Spirit 3 days ago ‘It’s time for the descendant of Helius to return, he will come back to Magnus Forest once again when the right time’” said Queen Agnes “We are welcome you anytime but you need to come alone.”

“You knew really well that we are not allowed other races to come inside the elves’ village. Human races only knew about our existences but not much in details, we have agreement with Stella after last suppression of monsters in the past, they are not allowed to invade the Magnus Forest in every generation.”

“Keep the secret of World Tree Spirit and the entrance of the elves’ village. You could say that you run away from kidnapped incident and got help from us because you lost memory and your memory just came back, no need to tell them for your training here.”

“What about the returning of Diabolus? Could I say to others?” asked Ilario.

“You could say that you knew the information from elves. The human’s history might have information of elves’ cooperation at last time when we fought with Diabolus.” said Queen Agnes Kindly.

“I’m very grateful for all the support that you have given me, ma’am. I will be leaving after a girl felt better,” said Ilario sincerely.

“Take care of yourself” said Queen Agnes kindly.
