《Beast Saga: Humanity's End》Rewards and Rescue

After the system announcement, Tejasv started looking at the system and tried to understand its functions. Then he remembers about "His Rewards''.
He checks the rewards:
------------------------------
--------------------------------
What do copy and paste mean, and what is this limit? Does it mean I can copy something and paste it somewhere, but I have only five attempts?
"Isn't this the shittiest of skills?" Tejasv asked with concern for his future. His attention goes to the skill window; he taps the system window, and the skill's function appears in detail.
-------------------------------
--------------------------------
"Now this sounds a bit promising,'' he thought while rubbing his fingers on his chin. What other rewards are there? He checked them one after another.
--------------------------------
-intelligence
-skill points
-physique>
----------------------------------
So these three are the only options for enhancement by the system. Skill points seem to increase the diversity and control of skills of the user. Physique refers to the user's body composition of fat and muscles. Strength and agility may improve due to physique.
Nevertheless, what is the use of intelligence? Perhaps it can increase the brain's thinking capacity and may help with the formation of strategies. The other reward for Tejasv is two battle axes for both hands. He had mixed feelings about what property of his body he should consider enhancing most for now.
He came to the conclusion that physique was of the utmost importance right now because his skills could be used, only when he met someone with appropriate skills. As a result, skill points are currently useless. At the time, Tejasv considered himself skilled at strategy games, so at least for now, intelligence is not a priority. Therefore, he increased his physique because he carries axes that can only be advantageous with a great deal of strength.
Following that, he cleaned his house, which looked like a hub of blood and flesh. He made a grave for his mother in their garden and prayed for her afterlife. He cooked some noodles to gain little strength and be ready for another fight. While eating, he was checking the rankings and videos of other places. In most of them, humans were slaughtered without mercy by monsters. He could see every type of fantasy monster, and some even had dinosaur-like creatures.
Marine bases ranked highest in the world; most of the top rankings were military bases with trained soldiers. However, those bases also faced slaughter beyond their dreams because the summoned monsters are based on buildings and personnel count. Therefore, infrastructures with large populations faced a large horde of monsters.
His attention shifted to his ranking, which was impressive. He ranked in the top 100,000 in his country and the top 1000 in his city. This should be considered high for a country with the largest population and for a city like "City A", which is right below the capital in terms of size. He was placed this high because of the skills he showed while engaging three enemies alone and coming unscathed.
He could also see videos of people still fighting monsters. Suddenly, his system window filled with notifications of people asking for help. Many people stay hidden while sending help requests. Sadly, some even die while trying to help others by putting on a brave front or being greedy for rewards and fighting monsters beyond their ability.

Tejasv starts thinking about whether he should save someone or not. All of a sudden, the military base of City A issued a sudden bounty request. The monster's sudden attack overran them and didn't give them any chance to retaliate. No one was ready to accept such a dangerous bounty because that military base is one of the largest areas in their city; which implies that the monsters summoned there must be of high caliber.
----
Watching army personnel die, Tejasv remembered his father. Who died in a brawl on the borders while serving in the army. However, Tejasv is not sentimental and does not neglect to consider the chances of success before accepting any request. Therefore, he started looking for bounty for some weak-looking monsters like goblins, wolves, etc.
After selecting all the doable requests, he looked for his father's army gear so he could fight monsters with ease. He found some guards, a body shield, and a battle knife that his mother treasures as a memory of her husband. Now he was ready to tackle any situation. After preparation, he was flustered about how to leave the house to save them. Suddenly, a portal to the first destination opens, and he gets shocked. He could see how these monsters were creeping into their homes.
The first destination was a small house with only one room, and a wolf-looking creature was destroying everything inside. The wolf sensed Tejasv and took a battle stance within seconds. Seeing it, Tejasv took a defensive formation.
He put one of his axes in a defensive position, and another ax was ready to strike any time. Both of them were looking at their prey with heightened senses. No one was even blinking and kept gazing into each other's eyes. They both knew the person who got distracted would lose their lives today.
Suddenly, an old woman, probably in her sixties, approaches them while shouting, "You fucking dog!" Then she threw a wooden stick at the beast. This distracted the wolf, and with a chance given by heaven, Tejasv aimed for its neck. He swung his ax as hard as he could, and the next moment he saw the neck of the beast in the sky with blood all over the surroundings.
The old lady was shocked by this bloodshed. She was still shivering; I'm not sure who she feared more, the beast that had been killed or the beast that stood in front of her with blood all over it. Tejasv asks, "Grandma! Are you OK? "' It took another loud voice from Tejasv for her to calm down and come to her senses from her stunned state.
"Thanks, Son," she responded, "I was in the bathroom when I heard some loud noises from the room."
"I am afraid of burglars, so I kept hiding there while waiting for them to leave''.
Her next step was to explain how a window appeared, and she saw the option to send a request to everyone. Tejasv told her to stay in the house and wait for help. Although he knew that help would not arrive and that she could die at any moment, he also realized that he could not save everyone in the current situation. Therefore, he has to gain strength and skills if he aims to give any decent help to someone.

After checking the home, he asked Grandma if she had any skills, but she denied it, maybe because she had not killed any monsters. Tejasv got some coins after defeating the beast, and he was not happy with some cheap change. He took his leave from there and proceeded straight to the next destination.
He deduced that it was a big house for a family of five, which he concluded from the pictures in the drawing-room. "Maybe they are quite well off,'' he thought. Tejasv looked for family members on the ground floor, but there was no sign of anyone, not even a monster. However, he could hear some voices from the first floor; he took his stance and started walking down the stairs without making any noise.
There he saw some human-like monsters eating a body, and they gathered outside the room where the family had hidden. They were trying to destroy the locked room by scratching and punching. Watching them, the only word that came into his mind was "zombies".
While hiding and observing, he noticed their behavior was similar to zombies he had seen in movies. They were only responding to their basic instincts, and their senses were duller than those of a human. Tejasv, however, was wary of them since their numbers were twenty to twenty-five. He was even considering the risk of them biting him and turning him into a zombie.
He prepared a plan and made a loud noise on the ground floor. All the zombies ran towards the sound as soon as they heard it. In a room with two gates, he left one open and the other closed. He stood near the closed door, patiently waiting for them to gather in one place. To slow them down, he prepared a barrier of shelves, tables, chairs, a sofa, and a cupboard. He sprayed petrol in the room from the car tank. From outside, he closed the room with the other gate.
While burning a matchbox he took from the house, he said with a smirk on his face, "Hasta la vista! Baby!" and threw it into the room through a window, creating an unforgettable scene. For the safety of the remaining family members, he had a fire extinguisher on hand in order to contain the fire in just one room.
After confirming the death count, he headed upstairs to check with family members. Hearing the voice of a human, they opened the gate, and only the father of that family died protecting his family. Others were physically safe, but their emotional safety could not be assured. Tejasv knew it wasn't the right time for this, but he still asked for their skills because he still had to strengthen himself. However, it looks like his good luck does not wish for the same.
No one had a decent skill set that he could even consider checking. After that, he wandered to many different places without resting and slaughtering monsters like his arch-nemesis. People even screamed in fear at him due to his bloodier appearance, considering him another beast of human skin.
After fifteen or twenty quests, he was looking like a lunatic who was out for blood. No one could recognize his face anymore; his body and head reeked with blood and flesh here and there. He looked like a monster who bathes in blood and eats flesh. Without him knowing, he became famous in rankings all over the country, and people began calling him "The Reaper," who is out to exact revenge on monsters.
He was completing requests as if some power from the underworld possessed him. He then arrived at a place where he saw goblins like those in his home, and their laughing voices echoed in his ears, making Tejasv out of control. He killed them in the most painful way he could think of. Seeing an infant whose parents were killed by goblins in the room, Tejasv realized that their situation was the same. Like him, he is also alone in this world.
This made him remember his mother and brought him back from being a monster to being a human again. He took the child and left him at the childcare he saved in one of the requests and asked them to take care of him. Additionally, he assured them of their safety by fighting monsters in their place and protecting the place.
Then he came back to his place to take a breather and relax. He took a pleasant shower and slept for two hours without giving a thought to this world.
----
After a leisurely nap, he checked the rankings and videos of people all over the world. He was shocked to see that the world was going crazy now. Many people were not only killing monsters but also humans that were only asking for help from them. When others questioned them about their behavior, they replied by referring to killing as a fun activity for them.
He also found his ranking rising in this chaos. His request notifications were in lakhs and were still rising. Even from other countries, people were asking for his help and assistance. Now he is in the top 1000 in the world. His rewards were also quite good after all the fighting; he even gained the skill "Regeneration" from a child he saved. This skill kept him from losing any body parts while fighting and regenerating the blood that was spilled. However, the only drawback is that he still gets tired and needs rest. Its major flaw is that it cannot regenerate his head.
Nevertheless, this skill is a boon for a person with a reckless fighting style like him. He used the coins to buy high-quality equipment that was highly durable. He preferred axes as a weapon, with more strength and endurance than before.
After the preparation, he smiled smugly, and with his newly found will he said, "Now let's save the military base from its downfall."

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)

Braza the Architect - Magical Crafter, Builder, and Adventurer!
This is the story of an older man who lived a hard but full life, being reincarnated into a fantasy world as a human-lizard hybrid. The new world is violent, magic is real, a game-like development system crushes physics and natural law under its ambivalent thumb, and myth and legend don't just meet, they chase you down to eat you.Follow Braza as he tries to make a very different life for himself in a familiar but ultimately alien world. In this story the protaginist will not just be a muscle bound monster. He is not a proper hero, willing to sacrifice himself for the good of a stranger, but neither is he a maniacal villain. He is trying to survive, and he is trying to give himself and those he deems himself responsible for a seat at the table of the"goodly", the "civilized" races. He is trying to create a secure home for his people, to arrange beneficial trade agreements, explore ancient ruins, decipher ancient runes, push the boundaries of magic to create a better life for everyone around him, to learn about the history of the world and the multiverse, and ultimately attempt to become powerful enough to take on a being that even the gods themselves fear. This is my first story and it blends many different elements and styles. It's a bit darker than most of what I have read on Royal Road, but even with that, I hope you give it a try, and I hope you like it!
