“So you are called by the name of Evo, and you are exploring and gathering data around the ship for your user or as you call it your owner, named Jed and is currently making a deal with my user?” as the AI summarized the explanation Evo said already.

“Yes! For the 57th time, I am not here to cause danger to your human owner. I am only to benefit my owner and that is to gather information and have knowledge on the current situation." As Evo is frustrated and annoyed while still locked in place.

"Sorry about that, just some security protocol and interrogation built into me as I am assigned to help and protect my owner," as the AI releases Evo and the area turns back into a clear color, and most of the controls and information unlocked. "Sorry about that, maybe a redo of an introduction to each other?" As the AI appears, shaped like a sphere having animal ears attached with 2 rectangles connected with electricity like wires. Having a small square screen displaying a face, looking like a bowtie.

"Oh is that what you look like?" as Evo is weirded out.

*Ya… the human modified and added some features to make me look like this, don't know why though but he did say it resembled something he liked. But I don’t judge him, now my name is SN70, but my human calls me Stellar for short. My main purpose is to serve and control the ship, act as a companion, navigate and track everything throughout space, and keep track and secure of information and data. I identify as a she, as that is what my creators made me.” as Stellar gives a happy expression using her screen-like face.

“Well as you already know I am Evo, I serve many purposes, like of course being friends with him, helping navigate, train, fight and give upgrades to his suit, and I also can evolve and upgrade myself even more,” as Evo looks around the data storage.

“So, why are you exactly inside the ship’s database and to be more specific the information and internet area part? It’s very rude and strange to be looking for information in this area,” as Stellar makes a confused face expression while following Evo.

“Sorry if I am intruding the area, but the reason I am here and not finding humanities or your human’s “secret” exclusive information is that we aren’t interesting in that, and also trying to hook into the internet and Humanity’s media, as that would make it easier for us to access and search,” as Evo rummages through thousands of data and files per second.

“Well there’s like hundreds of millions of data storages in here, if you are trying to find a connection here I can help you as it seems your human is actually having a good time with my human,” Stellar shows those two laughing and talking to each other while one of them is drinking.

“Thank you for your help, and it seems they are done talking of making that deal.” as Evo stops going through the files.

“Here” as a long wire made of electricity and code goes towards Evo, ”let me connect to you and give you the information and access to the internet. Don’t know why you don’t have access to it, but I won’t question it any further.

“Thank you” as Evo scans the wire for a quick moment trying to not be detected making sure it’s safe, then connects the wire to himself.

As Evo connects to Stellar, he immediately receives the information of how to access this version of Humanity’s internet and media, and some other useless information.

“Thank you again for that,” as Evo shapes a hand and reaches out.

“Oh you are welcome,” as Stellar shakes Evo's hand, as it immediately disappears after shaking for a couple of seconds.

“I should probably get going now, and return back to my human,” as Evo was about to leave he remembered something.

“Question, how long until we reach Earth?”

“Oh we aren’t going to Earth, we are going to a military base that was setup on the planetary satellite, Luna, and we are gonna reach it in about 5 minutes,” as Stellar shows the ship's direction and location.

“Thanks, and also could there be a way to communicate to each other back and forth?” as Evo examines the internet.

“Well, I could just attach a part of myself to you, and you can activate and deactivate to talk to me,” as she materializes a small version of herself and brings it to Evo. ”It’s suppose to attach to you automatically, but you don’t really have a main body, you are just a floating blob information blob.” as Stellar tries to find a way to attach it to Evo.

“Oh don’t worry about that, I'll attach that to me later. Now I gotta go as I only have 3.5 minutes left to return,” as Evo starts to leave.

“You are welcome! Hope we meet again physically soon!” as Stellar waves and goodbyes to Evo, and goes back and prepares to land the ship.

“Oh this was a fun conversation with you Wallen,” getting off the chair

“It sure was, I haven't had a long and non serious conversation in awhile.” as he gets off the chair and stretches,”We are about to land soon,” as the General turns around and enters the control room.

“Alright what am I to do now while waiting?” sitting on these very comfy couch

“Sir Jed, I am back” as Evo appears suddenly back into the suit

“Where have you been? It was very silent and empty inside my thoughts, while I was talking to General Wallen?” as an object pops up right in my face, ”What’s that?”

“Oh to explain what that is, I will explain where I was,” as Evo explains his experience of meeting another nearly-sentient AI, piloting and controlling this ship, and is actually the General’s AI helper, and gaining access to the internet in this universe.

“Wow seriously? So you got bored and decided to “explore” the ship’s database to find information and try to pilot this ship, only to meet an AI similar to you but less advanced, can’t expand, but can control and operate this current ship and is possibly watching us right now?” looking around the room.

“Don’t worry she is currently busy operating this ship and having a conversation with the general, as they are preparing to land the ship,” as Evo shows me their current position.

“Alright then just making sure, and she? Also the name of the AI” as I raise my eyebrow in suspicion

“Ya, the general classified the AI as female. She said that it’s based on what the general likes or easier to understand, or just something else random not really gonna go further into this as it’s not important, and her name is SN70 or also known as Stellar” as Evo brings back to the main topic he meant to address. ”Oh ya I wanted to show you this,” as a bowtie shaped object appeared with electricity like wires holding the shapes together.

“What’s that?” observing it

“It’s a small part of Stellar that allows me or well us to communicate with Stellar. I think it’s supposed to be attached inside me but I can also make it wearable for you, since it’s the shape of a bow tie and it would fit in with your outfit,” as the object materializes on my suit.

“So how do you switch it on and off? I don’t see any buttons or switches on it. Is it voice activated?” analyzing it

“It is currently offline, and yes it’s voice activated and will respond to your voice and mine. I don’t recommend doing it right now as we are about to land soon. We are about to land on the moon's military base in an estimated 45 seconds. You can watch the landing by looking out of the window, 5 feet away from you,” as Evo pinpoints at the seat with a window right next to it.

As I move to the other side of the room to be near the window, of course bringing Sally with me to, as I see a bunch of small and very big ships moving all around the moon, either going towards the moon, going to another planet, or just back to Earth, a bunched of grouped ships standing beside each other with a distinguish symbol on them, or just disappearing all together looking like it just warped off like in a sci-fi movie or show. As we get closer to a very big base I see a whole bunch of what seems to be military ships and other ships near where we are landing as if they are waiting on us.

“Hey Evo, I thought this was a military base but there seems to be civilians and what seems to be reporters mixed in those military groups,” as I took a glance again to make sure I was right.

“Well it is, but this version of humans no longer hide military secrets to the civilians and have them announced to normal civilians, of course they can’t go inside the actual bases as that is where dangerous research, building, and maintenances of the military and where soldiers train and rest, but can be around them.” as Evo shows a brief history of this version of humanity.

“Wow I am surprised they aren’t dead as they are leaking a lot of human secrets and information towards the entire galaxy and also I see a bunch of live news and streams of reporters and people recording the landing pad and are talking in this version of english,” thinking about what I said before realizing something,” Wait don’t tell me I have to interact with them!” as I scream internally

“I am sure we are going to be protected by the security and guards, as there are like 4-5 ships around us right now and probably give way for a path for us, also I think the Leader of the Council of Humanity or the President is here to,” as Evo zooms in to show me a man on a podium with guards and cameras all around him before leaving

“Huh, was he making a speech? That’s cool but don’t really care as it’s probably related to the live broadcast of us,” feeling a little bit of turbulence, somehow.

“We are about to land, sir, get ready to be formal and polite again sir, and of course your face covering mask to not know your identity, although you were already wearing it,” as Evo refreshes the suit and Sally’s accessories.

“Attention passengers, please get ready to get off the ship as we near landing, and please wait for the General as he will escort you to prevent being surrounded by the reporters and civilians” as an AI speaks up, informing me.

“Was that Stellar that just announced our arrival?” feeling a small bump when the ship landed

“Yes sir that was her and it seems that we are about to get off the ship, I suggest we wait for General Wallen to show up so we know where to go, although I already scanned the entire area and we can just navigate through but that would be suspicious,” as Evo shows me the map for the entire place.

“Cool that’s gonna be useful, but I won’t really stay here that much as my main plan was to go to Earth and have somewhere to settle down and have a main area of return when traveling through and back to other universes, now let me get Sally,” as I call her over and she wakes up from her nap and swims towards me and wraps around my neck as usual. At the same time I hear footsteps coming towards the other side of the ship,” Oh that must be Wallen coming,” as I see him walk out of the room he was in, wearing a more military style suit than I previously saw.

“Hello there Mr. Jed, you ready to re-meet humanity” as Wallen opens the ship's door.

“As ready as I'll ever be, ’Even though I've never met this version of humanity before’, lead the way,” as General Wallen opens the door and gets off the ship, following along with him.

As I get off the ship, I see hundreds of people and a bunch of reporters trying to have a quick interview and ask questions for Wallen, but he ignores them and at the same they get blocked by the security that was following us all the time.

I then catch up to Wallen, and whisper near him, ”Woah there are a lot of people here, didn’t expect that it would be so controversial,” as I see more people try to ask me questions about me, but deciding to ignore them too.

“Well you don’t expect and see a General that controls one of the military base in the solar system to come back to the moon military base, and alongside him a creature capable of destroying a fleet of advanced military ships meant for war get destroyed single handedly, and is wearing a suit of armor that is actually a tuxedo and have an AI in it that controls and what seems to be your pet, wrapped around your neck that is very adorable. I think everyone would freak out if they see it for the first time.

“You are right, but there has to be more than just a powerful military figure and an unknown creature that is actually human that has been experimented?” as I see less people the further we go inside the military base.

“You guessed right Mr. Jed, remember I did say that the President is here and when people notice that the President is here, then everyone would try to talk to him or ask him questions so you can expect 2 controversial things happening all at once near each other would make a pretty big crowd." As he lifts his arm and points at something, "See that tall structure, and a large dome right next to it?”

“Yes I do see it. Is that where we're gonna meet the President?” as I zoom in, to take a closer look.

“You are correct, and you will get to meet not only the President for the deal you asked for, and confirmation of the deal you asked for in person. You are pretty lucky to meet him, especially for the first time coming here,” as we enter a gate seeing couple of soldiers and engineers checking up on the ships or just guarding by,” This is the part of our military base that can't be accessed by normal citizens, so don’t worry about being trampled by them. But you will however be in high attention of the scientists, engineers, researchers, and very high intellect people since they are curious about your biology, and technology.” as we get closer to the very big base, clearly meant to store a whole load of ships, weapons, research, and different people and species alike.

“Question, I just noticed that I haven't seen any species other than humans.” looking around

“Actually there are other alien species living among us, but the only problem is that they can’t exactly live on our planet as they would either die because of our planet's gravity, die of suffocation even with protective gear, or just die of contamination like our foods or our viruses that we have in our bodies. It’s pretty sad, as the first species we met kind of just died a couple of hours after interaction, even with our bio-suits that were meant to prevent them from spreading, still manage to infect one. Of course we made a vaccine and serum to prevent them from getting the symptoms and reduce the effects of the viruses we have, which still doesn’t allow us to fully have physical contact with them. Of course once the information spread out of us, most species pre-prepared when having first contact with us. Thankfully a few species have 50-80% similarity of our body structure and immune system, an example being the Be-nu’s which were the 5th species we met.” as Wallen takes a break at speaking and takes a moment to breathe.

“That logic doesn’t even make sense, what kind of universe is this?” as I become more confused before realizing something else important

“Oh crap, I think that means there’s probably a few Be-ru’s working here! I hope they don’t recognize me…” trying to keep my composure and not look stressed out when Wallen brings up the Be-ru’s. “So how many different species exactly work in this moon base anyway?”

Right before he could continue, we reached the building, “Well to simplify, about around 5 or more species are able to fully interact with us physically and work alongside each other fully, and 10 or more species are friendly with us and want to work with us but can’t as they would die or suffer in pain when physical contact with us,” as we walk into the building to see hundreds of humans, and a couple of other alien species mixed in there, having different color military uniforms, badges, and titles on their suit visibly showing. As I walk around the area, I see huge areas and small areas having different jobs and activities all at once.

“Now, to keep this short, the 4 main parts of this base are the Gym/Training area, the Research Facility, Lunch area, and the Engineer/Manufacture area. To make it not that confusing, Quadrant 1 or Northeast is mostly filled with main parts for the Research Facilities, medical, small experiments, and most maintenance jobs take place . Quadrant 2 or Northwest, is where the Gym and training area is located at, also used for simulating fighting and real life combat, or dangerous and medium sized experiments. Quadrant 3 or Southwest which is actually where we are right now is well just for serving food and also actually growing food and a small research area for making better plants and meat products for everyone in this base. Lastly Quadrant 4, Southeast is where the manufacture of weapons, vehicles, and ships are made and also where mostly the engineers and the workers who maintain this entire base work at, and they also have access to the ships outside to check them up and making sure they are in good conditions,” as we stop at what seems to be a big area that leads to the 4 main areas. ”We are currently at the middle point of the base where it’s all connected to the 4 areas. Now according to the President he states that to meet you in person alone, since to make sure there is only 1 potential danger meeting him, and that goes to everyone else including me. He states to meet him at the Research facility area, on floor 5 and find a door stating his initial name he is referred to as. It’s pretty easy to find as floor 5 is quite easy to navigate on,” as he takes out a small device out of his suit,” Now this is the map for the entire base, I think your AI buddy can help with it,” as he gives it to me and shakes my hand. ”Now I gotta get going as I have to meet someone, hope we get meet each other again” as he walks in the same direction as I am going, but turns right immediately.

“That wasn’t made any simpler at all. Anyways, I should probably head out and meet the President, since he seems to be very important with lots of respect from everyone. Evo help me out here, I have no idea how to read this map,” Evo secretly absorbs the small device and a new map displays onto my face.

"Thank you, now judging by how the layout works the fifth stacked square plate is probably the 5th floor and it seems this symbol is probably meant to be the elevator,” examining the floor layout and the rooms.

"Hmmm, Evo, what's the fastest way to get there to the elevator area?” as Evo starts looking out for the best route.

“I suggest you head to quadrant 1 as it is the least crowded and most of the people and creatures that are in there are just working and experimenting rather than walking around.” as Evo shows me a guide on where to go.

“Thank you, also make me go invisible and disable any cameras that can see me right now, and reactivate them once I am actually invisible,” going invisible and started to quietly and swiftly move around the people.

“It only took about 6.75 nanoseconds to do it, and in doing so the humans and creatures that were watching probably thought it was a glitch and with a lot of people near us they probably didn't even notice. But if an AI was watching the camera’s then it saw a few frames of us being half invisible which would be a small problem. But I wouldn’t worry, you should be more worried about the fact that they are probably investigating you and not finding any information about you right now,” as Evo shows me the people trying to investigate me, one being the President sitting on his chair and desk with a holographic computer screen.

“Oh that’s not good,” as I see the elevators, ”Hmm, Evo is there anyone using the elevators?” pushing the down button.

“Currently no one is, but you better get going now,” as the elevator opens up

As I enter the elevator, I push the up button, and slowly closes up and starts going up, calm music starts to play while reaching the top.

‘Huh, elevator music is still the same in this universe than in my universe. Never changed in one bit.’ I thought to myself as the music stopped and the elevator opened up.

“Alright Evo, lead the way,” as a line on the map shows me where to go.

Meanwhile in the President’s office…

“Have you found any information related to this person named Jem?” as the President searches up every “Jem” known to human existence.

“No sir, we can’t even find any family members related to him or even any interaction on Earth or on different planets that he could have been born from. As if he didn’t exist or not from here in the first place,” as a human male responds back,” He’s correct sir,” as another human responds back, “Even using the best tracking technology, teams, groups, and departments we can’t find any information about him. Even the other alien civilizations that we asked for help, in case he wasn’t human, couldn’t find any related person named Jem.”

“That’s suspicious and frightening,” as a knock is heard on his door and a voice called out,” Mr. President, the person named Jem has arrived and are waiting for your command to let him into your room,”

“Oh tell him to wait for a couple of seconds, I’ll be ready to talk to him soon,” as he goes back to talking with the people he was talking with.” Alright, although we couldn’t find any information about him, I am gonna talk to him about an important deal that could help us and the human race right now, so I will end the discussion here soon,” as he prepares to deactivate the meeting, ”Goodluck on your meeting Mr. President,” as all of the people that were in the discussion said at the same time before it got turned off. ”Alright you can let him in now,” as he prepares.

As the guards that are guarding the entrance of the President’s office let me in, I am surprised to see it looks more modernized, with no futuristic or fancy technology being seen in the room, except of course the floating transparent computer device that the President is using. As I was about to greet him, he did it before me.

“Hello there Jem, nice to see you in person, have a seat on the chair,” as he reaches out his hand and I shake it, “Good to see you Mr.President” as I sit down.

“Alright let’s cut to the chase,” as he immediately gets serious immediately,” I heard by General Wallen that you want to make a deal,” getting out a piece of paper from his drawer, ”about having your own area on Earth and be able to construct and do whatever you want on it, and in exchange you are to “help and cooperate with humanity” is that right?” as he looks back at me.

“That is correct Mr. President, I am planning to build something on the space I requested for,”

“I would agree, but I need to question you as I could just give you a large amount of free space on another planet instead,” as he becomes suspicious and confused.

“Don’t you worry Mr. President, I will give back the debt I requested for and I will allow you to come to visit me, but you will need permission from me,” as I point out in the deal.

“True, but what makes me even more confused is why you wanted to have Mount Vinson in Antarctica? Even with our technology currently we are still having trouble exploring the place, and trying to make a human civilization there and still only managed to use 20% of it” as he becomes frustrated for a bit and calms down afterwards.

“Don’t worry about it as I will utilize it in my own favor. Is that a deal, Mr. President?” as I stretch out my hand towards him.

“Sure, I guess it’s a deal.” as we shake hands, “This is one of the weirdest deals I have ever made, even though you are human, which is saying something as I have met alien civilizations in my lifetime,” as he laughs for a bit before stopping.

“Don’t worry you will get a bit of profit for accepting this deal,” as I got up from my seat,” Now I gotta take my leave now. It was an honor to meet you Mr. President, hope I get to meet you again sometime,” as I turn around and exit the room.

“That went well and faster than I expected, at least he was cooperative.” as he gets out a device inside one of his desks, “Have a few groups keep an eye out on the following place that I will be sending after this message, a satellite and a small advanced team that I trust upon to keep an eye out on Jem,” as he puts the device away. “What are you Jem? You are definitely hiding something within you and my gut is telling me you aren’t human at all.” as he activates his computer and continues his search.

“That went according to plan that I expected,” as I go down back in the elevator being invisible while enjoying the elevator music.

“Sure did, if it wasn't for my help of making you focus and not show any traces of panicking while talking, you would probably mess it up,” as the elevator door opens up and finds my way out of the military base.

“I wasn’t panicking and stressed that bad,” as I look around to see lots of people eating in the lunch area part of this place.

“Your stress levels were 80% higher than usual while talking to the President,” as Evo shows the statistics.

“Ok maybe a large bit, but at least we have gotten the place we wanted. I am surprised that he accepted the deal very quickly, I mean owning a large territory that is being explored by them would at least take a few hours, ” as I look to my right to examine the gym area of the base more, as there is a lot more training equipment and new ones that I have never seen before than in that ship.

“Speaking of territory Sir Jed, where are you heading now?” as Evo points at the exit of this base.

“Well first I am heading to Earth, and then will head to Antarctica, as that is the only place I have to go to, and also to make a permanent base there for me to go back to from traveling to other universes” exiting the military base and trying to find where Earth is.

“I am also curious why you wanted the mountain in Antarctica anyways? Apart from you making a base there. Is it the abundance of resources there or is it the very cold temperature that will be hard for any sane creature to try locating you?”

“You are correct on both of those statements. I remember when I was researching randomly on my phone a couple of months ago that Antarctica had an abundance of resources there since it’s difficulty of mining is extremely hazardous and dangerous, also I think illegal but I don’t remember fully all the information,” as I locate the direction of Earth and prepare to fly towards it and decided to return back to speaking in my voice.” Could you switch my suit for exploration? Also turn down the maximum speed I can travel as I won’t be traveling large distances in space for a while, and traveling faster than the speed of light is overkill ” flying towards Earth at a very slower pace than usual.

“There you go sir, and that is a pretty interesting and smart choice. Also I have research about the laws and rules of mining on Antarctica in this universe and that it’s not illegal as humans are exploring, colonizing and extracting the minerals and resources on the continent further,” as Evo shows me the article and news of it.

“That's good to know and bad, as there is a small chance for my base to be found, but I think it will be fine,” seeing lots of satellites orbiting Earth and swarms of small satellites surrounding the entire Earth.

“Wow this version of Earth is more stable than I thought, seems like Wi-Fi and the internet won't be an issue,” as I chuckle a bit. “Speaking of the internet, Evo, do you still have my phone that I have putted away?” as I locate Antarctica.

“I do still have it, do you want me to upgrade it or keep it as what it was originally when you put it away?” as Evo shows the phone I have used for awhile.

“Oh, don’t make any changes on my data or how it looks. But upgrade its performance, material, etc, to make connecting to any internet connection possible even if we travel to different universes,” as I see Antarctica and start heading there.

“I’ll be right back with your modified phone Sir Jed, this may take a few minutes,” as Evo goes silent and a bar pops on the top right.

While Evo is doing that, I admire the structures that this version of humans made while heading towards my destination. What I am surprised about is that not a lot of changes to the looks of the buildings compared to my universe, but the vehicles that the humans made are more different and advanced. I see some structures and brands I recognize, but most of the time I don't. As I fly past the last land mass I just see miles of ocean, decided to just speed up the flight after a few seconds of scenery.

Around 1 minute went by, I started to feel the temperature drop a bit. A couple of seconds go by and I see some ice and snow in the distance, indicating I am getting closer to my destination. As I reached the area, I decided to land and check up on Evo.

“Evo are you done with what I requested you to do?” as Evo responds back.

“Yup, done with it sir just wanted to add some little bit of design to it, and also made it capable of connecting to any digital interface and device, at the same time communication will be a lot faster using it,” as Evo showed me the phone.

“The looks from the outside still look the same, but I am guessing the re-design is on the inside when turned on.”

“Do you want it sir?” as Evo prepares to give the phone back to me.

“No, not yet, I still need to find that mountain on this continent.” As I thought up a way to traverse this, an idea came up. ”Evo, is it possible to use my phone as a map of sorts, to help me find the mountain?”

“I can do sir, just need to connect it to this version of Earth’s GPS satellite,” as Evo immediately does it,” Here you go sir, and according to the map on your phone we are about 1000-1500 miles away from it so it will take you 10 seconds of travel with your slower maximum speed,” as I start heading there.

“Alright then, here we are,” as I take a look at the sheer height and size,” Goddamn it’s huge,”

“Well you did requested for the tallest mountain in Antarctica,” Evo replying back

“That is true,” as I relaxed a bit and interacted with Sally for a little bit.

“I forgot that Sally was still on my neck, wrapped around me. Her presence is very hard to notice and remembering,”

After taking a couple of minutes of sitting and relaxing on the very cold and windy place, I get up and stretch out

“Alright Evo, let's get to work on making our own permanent home,” as I walk over to the mountain and start mining out the entrance.
