“Alright I’ll let you sleep, but I think I’ll go to a futuristic universe, where humanity is advanced, oh and there are other civilizations similar to them like aliens, as I really always wanted to see a spaceship and sci-fi weapons and of course other species other than humans, we are pretty boring. “Alright now that's out of the way, Evo could you develop some ways to travel through space, as we are just floating here not doing anything, and when you do, develop a faster way to travel and more efficiently, faster than light.” as I start doing some tricks while waiting on Evo, and then a couple of seconds later she gives a signal telling me it’s done

“Alright let’s go explore this universe space, hoping to meet anything interesting,” as the suit changes to be more fit to traveling high speeds, and then I went

“Ok that felt weird when I started to move and started to accelerate even faster, but I got the hang of it, feels similar to that one time I tested a suit that flies like this, but way slower,” as I go even faster every few seconds

“Alright, Evo can you show me how fast we are currently going,” a pop up on my face stating I am going around 55% of the speed of light, and it’s slowly increasing.

“Ok thank you Evo, now go focus on making some accessories into yourself, that could help locate anything near me, but your main focus is to find a way to travel way faster than light,” as Evo starts absorbing way more energy around us that usual, and a percentage bar and an estimated time, of how long it takes

“Welp while I wait, guess I’ll just interact with Sally here,” as I look down on my neck, to see that she is way longer, and kind of slim, having a body mix of an eel and a snake, but still has the main body parts of a axolotl. She also changed color, to be more similar to my suit, probably for camouflage.

“Welp, I guess I’ll just travel in a single direction until I find something,” as I focus on flying and checking up on Evo for progress

“Captain, I have detected an abnormal amount of energy on a single point in space,” as one of the trackers speak up

“What do you mean by “abnormal” be more specific, Tracker Vergil ” the Captain turns around to look at him

“Well, one it’s very small, only about 2 meters tall and 1.5 meters wide, and it was forming a shape similar to an oval, like a portal? Another is that it was nearly instant, it only took less than a millisecond to form and that an object came out of it ” the tracker pinpointing the location where it came from

“An object? What did it look like?” the Captain comes closer to look at the screen, and some of the trackers in the room starts to listen as well

“Well it was nearly the same length as that “portal” but was less thin, and that it was made of some kind of strange metal that I don’t think I ever seen before,” as the tracker finds the exact location,” This is the location that the abnormal amount of energy came from,” as he shows it in his screen

“Hmmm interesting, everything seems to be distorted? But where is that object that you said it came out of from” the captain analyses and asks

“Well, that’s the thing it started to move,” the tracker a bit discomfort on the fact that the captain is near to him very closely and the information he found

“What do you mean it started to move? Can you locate the object?” the Captain stands back straight and look at him

“Well… Here’s the thing it’s moving at 60% of the speed of light, and it’s increasing in velocity every couple of seconds,” as he started to shake a bit

“Wait what!” as the Captain growled loudly and disbelief and her tail came out very fast like a whip, as everyone looked at her and terrified, “Go back to what you are doing,” as she demanded it and everyone quickly went back to work.

“Did you locate where it’s heading to?” the Captain asks as she calms down and the tail retracts back

“Well it’s currently heading in our direction, about 1-2 light hours away,” as he locates the object

“Well then since it’s going in our direction, let's try to stop it and analyze it,” as she walks out near the entrance of room

“A couple of you, help Vergil here locate and track the object to see if any changes happen to it, and we have a new destination to go to,” as a couple of the trackers near Virgil help out, while she leaves and heads to the control room.

“Hmm, how's the development on making that new way of traveling Evo,” as I look around admiring space

“It’s at 76.5% completion sir,” as Evo replies back in a robotic voice but a bit distorted

“Oh what the, did you just talk verbally?” As I am in shock and disbelief,” didn’t know you would develop that quickly,”

“Yes sir, while I was researching and developing that request of yours, I was also working on a way to communicate with you better,” as Evo demonstrates and shows the time when it happened

“Alright then, since you can talk now, can you tell me about yourself?” as I prepare to listen

“Well, I was once called P-525 by my creators, according to my data. But after I was upgraded mysteriously, I’ve gained potential to be sentient. I am now called Evo, your Virtual A.I. Suit, VAIS, and I will be serving you until my termination, as that is what you called me” as Evo finish her introduction

“So, do you have a gender of some kind? It’s pretty complicated to keep calling you ‘they’ or ‘it’, not trying to be rude or anything,” as I nervously said it

“I don’t have a preferred gender, but I can be either a female,” as she changes her voice into a more feminine voice tone, “or I can be also a male,” as he changes his voice to a masculine voice tone.

“Ok then, I think I prefer the robotic voice of yours, but you can be classified as a male,” as I am uncomfortable on hearing it.

“Alright then sir,” as he set it back to a robotic voice

“So, could you tell me about your abilities and what you could do? I am curious.”

“Well I, the suit, can boost your body’s physical and mental capabilities by estimated to be 10x, I can also analyze and scan my surroundings at a minimum of 100 meter radius to 100Mm maximum, but can be upgraded even further. I can use any energy and matter around me as fuel, and I can store them in a container to be used for later uses or turn them into new matter and energy to upgrade myself or create materials that you would need. I can change my look to whatever you wish, and lastly I can grow.” as he finishes his explanation

“What do you mean by 'grow’?” as I am skeptical and confused

“Well, as I absorb, create, upgrade, or make any changes to myself and the suit, my size and mass grows. What I mean is that I can replicate infinitely, meaning I can change my form to be more than just a suit that you are currently wearing.” Evo clarifies

“Oh that’s not terrifying at all,” as I get a bit worried

“Don’t worry, I still need your approval if I want to expand or change myself,” as Evo makes me calm down

“Oh alright, so technically you could split a part of yourself, and create a weapon for me to use and you could control it?” as I am curious and if it’s possible that just create a whole new possibilities

“You are correct sir, I can take a part of myself, convert it into a weapon of your choice, and would be attached to me, and can change it by your command,”

“Ok, that sounds very powerful and useful,” as I come up with so many possibilities and uses for it

“Anyway’s is it possible to talk in my mind, since I would be trying to meet new alien species and civilizations from different universes, and I don’t want them to know you are sentient as that would make them realize I am a bit dangerous,” warning Evo about it

“I can sir, but I prefer to communicate this way. I have an idea, I could talk to you verbally when there is no one around us, and would use telepathy when there is someone or something nearby.” Evo giving me an idea

“Sure, we can do that. Anyways how is that development on the new tech that would allow me to travel faster?”

“According to my estimation, around 94.67% is completed, and to be estimated to be done in 8 minutes, and would allow you to travel faster than light.”

“That will be useful when exploring new places and traveling. Also could you scan to see if there is anything near us?”

“There hasn’t been any objects near us while traveling through space, but I sense that someone or something has located us,” Evo speaks up

“What? Where is the object you detected?” as I am confused about which direction he detected it.

“Well, I can’t really describe sir, but I have a sense that I always know when someone is spying on us, that happened 30-45 mins ago” Evo trying to explain it but doesn’t have the knowledge to do so

“Well that’s not good, hope they are friendly. Continue on focusing on developing that new way of travel, just incase,” as I become cautious even more

“Captain, why are you commanding us to travel all the way out here to locate an object?” as one of the pilots ask

“The reason is that, I am curious and suspicious of it as one of the trackers point out that a abnormal amount of energy piled up immediately and then an object came out of it after once it dispersed, and that object was traveling 60% of the speed of light, despite its small size,” the Captain stating the reason

“Well alright then, I won’t question it any further,” as the pilot focuses on flying the ship

While the trip was smooth for the next couple of minutes, one of the trackers called out to the Captain, and it was urgent despite the fact the location of the sound was 25 meters away. As the Captain heard it, she immediately steadily and calmly ran towards the Tracking Control Center, without disturbing and getting noticed by the other crew in the ship, who was walking on the hallway. As soon as she got there she immediately called out.

“What is the urgent information that you called my name out?” as she walks toward them

“Well ma-am the object that you said to look is actually a living sentient creature, or even sapient” as one of the trackers speaks up in the group intrigued and terrified.

“How is that possible? In those speeds that creature would be dead from the amount of force it’s feeling,” the captain surprised

“We don’t know captain, but we do know is that it’s wearing some sort of exo-suit or FTL survival suit, since 3/4 of its body is made of an unknown material, while the other half is made up of a biological material,” as a figure behind her speak up

“Oh hello there, Researcher Melina, what are you doing here?” as she turns around and gets her tail out.

“Hello Captain Eulalia, I am just here to help the trackers identify what the object was,” as she gets her tail out and shakes it and retracks back.

“Well what did you find?” as they both sit down on a chair.

“As you know it is alive even though it’s flying at 89% of the speed of light. But another intriguing thing about it is that it's able to evolve or adapt well to traveling at high speeds.” as Melina takes a sip from a container

“Wait, wasn't it previously only going 60% of the speed of light?” the Captain confused

“Well yes, yes it was but that’s the thing it’s able to evolve to go even faster, and we have detected some unusual readings of how it’s obtaining this much speed, since you need a lot of power and energy to go this fast, and what we found is that it can able to—” as Melina was about to say something she gets cut off by the alarms.

“Why are the alarms going off? There’s no enemy ships nearby,” one of the trackers loudly says

“There isn’t but a fast moving object is coming straight for us!” as one of the trackers that were watching the object, point at the screen.

“Wait what!?” as Eulalia stand up very quickly and looks at the data

“That object that we were tracking somehow managed to go FTL and it’s not slowing down!”

“How much time until it will strike us?” as Eulalia calms down and focuses

“Well if it were stay constant at this rate, it will reach the ship in 5 minutes or less,” the tracker says as he starts preparing

“We can work with that,” as Eulalia prepares to make an announcement on the comms, to get everyone prepared and calmed down on the ship, and start getting defenses up.

Meanwhile with Jed

“Woah! This is way faster than the old way to travel, and way cooler,” as everything around me distorts.

“Well sir, we are currently going around 20x the speed of light using this method, and you can still go even faster if you wanted to.” as Evo checks everything, making sure nothing goes wrong, and notices Sally startled.

“Is your companion ok? She seems to be startled when we start to go even faster,” as Evo analyzes Sally.

“Don’t worry she is fine, she just got startled because she is still adapting to the speed since well we are currently going very fast,” as I calm down Sally

“Alright sir, also I want to alarm you that we are currently approaching what seems to be a ship that is holding 200-500 passengers in it, in about 1 minutes and 14 seconds, if we were to stay in this speed or above, we could obliterate the ship and kill everyone in it,” Evo warns as he starts preparing us for impact

“Wait what! How am I supposed to slow down when I am now going 26x the speed of light!” as I stop accelerating and attempting to slow down

“Well you can’t slow down all the way to not damage the ship, but you can minimize it, but you would most likely burst through the ships defenses and interior, possible injury a couple passengers in it,” as he also helps out slowing us down

“Well that’s at least better than nothing, how many more seconds until we crash into the ship?”

“In about 9 seconds, also we are currently going 4.5x the speed of light,” Evo keep track on how fast they are going

“I think it’s best if you develop some kind of cocoon around us, to minimize injuries. I don’t think I will be hurt, but I can still feel pain,” as I see the ship that Evo was talking about, it’s pretty big and it seems we are gonna crash into the middle part of it?

“Alright I will do that, and I will now be speaking to you in your mind, as we are going to be meeting a species,” as Evo starts making new parts of the suit, to protect Jed and Sally

“Alright prepare for impact in three,” as they are a couple of hundred kilometers away,” Engaged in defense mode, two” as they are only a couple of kilometers away from the ship,” one, brace impact,” as they collide into the ship. The walls of the ship immediately get destroyed as if they were just made of paper. The aliens that were inside the ship were horrified by the amount of damage it made, even though it was very small. But it was enough to not completely destroy the entire ship.

“Agh, that hurt a bit,” as I looked around into the new area that I crashed into,” Hey Evo, do you know where we are?” as the cocoon of metal goes back inside the suit.

“Well we are inside the ship, but to be more specific the weapons room,” as Evo talks inside Jed’s mind, at the same time scans and analyzes all of the weapons to be used later.

“I am going to guess, that the species that own this ship is probably heading down to this room to check on me, could you make it look like I am encased in some sort of container, and also change the design of the suit, into the tuxedo, that I was wearing, before we explored,” as Evo gives a thumbs up symbol, and started encasing Jed in a metal container, like a stasis pod, and changing back into what Jed was wearing.
