The group arrive in front of the lounge Popton open the door and they enter inside the little blonde girl seem fascinated by the room :

“Dad look the room is so pretty !”

The man nod at the young girl it’s true that the lounge was pretty it build from a red wood, a great arced sofa in front of a great opening ,the perfect view to see the great arena in the centre.

Once everyone as instal into the sofa Popton take a few bags of popcorn from who know where before asking everyone :

“Want some kids .”

Gold and Lily seem happy to accept the offer of the old man ,the little blonde girl seem curious . The other man frown before sending a qi transmission to the old man :

“What do you want old man what are you trying to do .”

The old man smile before transmitting back :

“Calm down , I want nothing from you stop stressing your ass out. It’s not that often the king can take holidays , consider this favour as the northern coalition good will toward you.”

He seem shock before replying :

“How do you…”

The old man interrupt him:

“You should just enjoy yourself these issues can wait for more appropriate time you don’t think ?”

The man seem frustrated by the situation but after thinking he finish by nodding to the old man.

Popton turn toward the little blonde girl before asking :

“Do want some popcorn too little girl ?”

The girl seem to panic a bit not knowing what to say and by reflex turn toward her father for help, he nod at her ,Popton seeming to understand what happening hand out a sac to little girl before saying :

“Here take it ,if you don’t like you can just give it back.”

The girl hesitantly take it and when the girl was trying to taste the popcorn , the tournament announcer start talking :

“Welcome everyone to THE GREAT ,THE MAGNIFICENT NORTHERN TOURNAMENT !!!”

The hype start to build up , the crowd start acclaim the announcer continue :

“Like all the tournament before all the best of best are here to know who will become King of the North .”

The cheer of the crowd intensifies after the acclamation calms down , the commentator finish :

“Let’s get the tournament started !”

The tournament slowly proceed until the final came sadly Kiton has been eliminated in the semi-finale the final oppose a member of the Shell clan against one of the Jlarg clan.

All the people in the arena feel the tension rising the young salute each other before taking their place on the arena nobody dare make a sound after a moment the announcer start talking :

“ The tournament arrive at his end our two opponents are in place I declare the start of the final, NOW!”

The two look at each other before the turtle guy enter his shell and start rapidly spinning toward his opponent the Jlarg member take a defensive stance ready to react to his adverser . The turtle guy jump take two short knifes trying to make a diving attack , his opponent dodge to the side starting to make is own move waiting for the turtle guy to stand back up to attack. He take a stack of cash before attacking the head, turtle guy try too dodge but it’s to late.

He start slapping the poor guy face without mercy , the unending combo make the turtle guy completely defenceless . Between two slap he finally surrender leaving the win to the opponent .

The commentator start announcing the end of the tournament :

“And the champion as been decided, what a incredible match and with the victory of the this Jlarg member I officially announce the end of this edition of THE GREAT NORTHERN TOURNAMENT ! I hope the people here have enjoyed the beautiful battles of this year I hope to see you at the next edition but don’t forget the great ending of the festival will happen here hope to see you all here at the end week !”

Everyone in the crowd start to leave , our little group still in their private lounge ,Lilly seem to be sad her brother as not win the tournament . Popton look at everyone before saying :

“Here come the end , how have you found the event everyone .”

They all seem happy with the event after everyone as calm down they start to come back .

After coming back taking care of the kids until the beginning of the night and sending them to bed , Popton start walk inside the clan, the interior of the clan was mainly composed of small build separated by small gardens . The different cottage were linked by wooden paths light by lanterns place on top of wooden poles.

He stop in front of a small cottage in the centre of the clan , knocking lightly at the door after a short time an old man open the door and make a sign to enter .

Popton enter before siting at the table in the centre of the room ,Qian come back with a bottle and two glasses ,after serving he look at Popton before starting to speak :

“He was here ?”

Popton nod and after drinking a bit reply :

“Yes, for sure he was here ,he was with us in our lounge .”

Qian seem a bit shock by this unexpected news :

“How the fuck that happen !”

After taking a sip he answer :

“He was trying to reserve a lounge but like you can expect they was no available ,so I asked him if wanted to come with us and he say yes.”

Qian frown before asking :

“Do you know why he was here ?”

Popton after swallowing his popcorn reply :

“You should not worry , he was with his daughter probably taking a week of rest .”

Qian seem to wait for the second part,Popton after drinking a bit and eating a bunch of popcorn continue :

“He don’t seem to be here to act against us ,he as probably something to talk with us , what I don’t know but it make no sense to worry about it ,he will come to us soon and we will have the answer.”

Qian nod but he still a bit worry , the royalty as never be a great friend of the coalition but worry will not answer his question ,he just have to wait...
