《Lost In the Void. (Monster Evolution LitRpg)》Chapter 19 Status Page.

Groaning as my body twitched I slowly woke up. I lay on the floor waiting for the numbness to stop. Like little needles poking all over me over and over again. I was not getting up anytime soon. Pain and stiffness racked my body forcing me to not be able to move a muscle at all.
Sighing I just stayed still and stopped moving to just recover. Then the notifications from the system appeared in my vision.
You have evolved into a tier 2 monster congratulations. Your class has reached tier 2. The skills you have gained new evolutions/fusions/upgrades.
Do you wish to fuse your skills?
Yes/No?
Sure got nothing better to do now since I am stuck here. I tried to speak and say yes but couldn't even speak, so I thought yes.
Fusion of certain skills will begin now. Chances of success are 70%. If this fails you will lose a couple of skills in the process. Your Int has given you a bonus to the chance of fusion of your skills. A new chance is 97% of success.
Time until complete 2 minutes and 40 seconds.
I have to wait until it finishes I guess. I sighed once again and tried to slowly work my body until I was able to move again. During this, I used the tattoo to drain some monster blood into my mouth, so I could get something to drink to parch my dry throat. Not any of that corrupted blood either just some edible blood.
I should probably put some of the Mother's pond water into my tattoo, so I have some for when I get thirsty and need something to drink. Can I even do that in the first place, or will Mother get mad if I did it without asking her? Wait how do I even ask her to begin with? To talk to Timir all I had to do was sleep, and he would pull me to him through the dreams. How do I even do that with Mother? Yell at her until she notices me or prays to her hope she hears it. I have a blood bond and soul connection maybe I can use that and try to ask her.

Thinking about this my mind raced with the possibilities of how to use what I got to try. That's when I realized I was thinking faster than I did before by looking at the system timer. Only 15 seconds passed as I look at it. Time seemed slower. No, not the time I was just processing things a lot faster than I did before I evolved. Int increased everything relating to the mind even with the huge amount I had before I was never able to think like this. Did my Int increase the way my brain worked? It could be both? I want to check but wait until I finish the skill fusion first, so I see everything all at once instead of looking at it twice.
But I liked this new body more and more as time passed, and I felt less pain. I could tell I have grown a ton. Those spikes I had that made it hard to sleep were gone too. I was laying flat on my back without any discomfort at all. My skin was thicker like leather armor. Not of the greatest quality leather but enough that it would make cutting it harder. My claws were amazing even without cutting through something I could tell I could kill a tier 1 with no resistance at all and hurt a tier 2. A tier 3 I had no way of knowing if I would be able to even leave a shallow cut on it. Not fight a tier higher than me again for at least a while longer.
So I waited the 2 minutes that felt like 6 minutes. This would be annoying at later tiers if my processing speed increased anymore. I just know it would, and I would have to get used to it every time this happened.
After the time finally finished I let out a small cheer. “Fuck yeah system let me see what you got for me.”

Completed new skills are now being added to your status page. Please read your status to know if the fusion was a success or a failure. Class Skills will be granted after you check the status page to pick a new skill. Now that you have finished the evolution and skill fusion please work as hard as possible to reach tier 3. Thank you and have a wonderful day now goodbye.
Wait you aren't going to tell me. Why the hell not? I need to calm down and stop before I get erased by the system just because I pissed it off. I let the system message go away before opening up my status page to examine my new stats and skill changes.

Looking good if I don't say so myself. I put the 3 free points I had straight into Int as soon as I saw the points on the status page. It was pretty good seeing that all my stats increased by 20 points from just becoming a tier 2. What do I get from tier 3 then, will it be 30 points or double? I can't wait to see it when it happens. The system said I would be able to pick a skill after seeing my status page.
Skills ready for you to choose from.
1. Twilight Blink LV 1/5 Tier 1. → Blink to an area within 10 feet (3.05 m) near you. Increases the range of the skill the higher raise the level of it. Cast cost 10 Mp.
2. Twilight Mage Armor Lv 1/5 Tier 1. Raises strength against magic and physical sources for one minute. To increase the duration and power of the skill get a higher level of the skill. Cost 15 Mp.
3. Dark Fog Lv 1/10 Tier 1. Summon a dark fog that only the user can see through. Warning the skill won't work if your enemies have a higher level and tier sight or presence skill. Constant cost 5 Mp per second.
Fuck everything else I am picking the blink skill. The other two are good. But not as good as a teleport skill. “I choose the first skill Twilight Blink,” I said as my throat rasped. I can't wait to test all the new skills out and train using them.
Now how long do I have to wait until I can move again?

Chosen of Silver
In the lands of Neden, children with gates--birthmarks able to accept and hold the power of soulstones--are collected every five years, when they reach age fifteen to nineteen. It is nearly time for the newest cohort to be celebrated and then conscripted, and with that day looming, those whose lives are about to change wait impatiently for their destiny to arrive...or try to find a way to avoid it: Cal, a refugee from the nation of Caas, doesn’t want to go to Kellingherth to gain the powers of man, beast, or element, and he certainly doesn’t want to join the war efforts after that. The only things he’s dying for are a good drink, dance, and girl, in no particular order. His best friend Raff prefers his sweat to come from a hard day's training than an evening carousing and wishes Cal did, too. He wants to accomplish more with his life than becoming a simple palace sentry like his estranged father and will do whatever it takes to get there. And they are just two of many. When the tenuous peace of the realm is threatened by the arrival of an old enemy, these young chosen will likely be swept up in events rather than prevent them, but the future cannot be rushed or escaped, only experienced.

Hello potential readers, I hope you will enjoy this story. This story focus on Alicia Berg, a young woman with big ambitions of taking virtual reality by storm. This option is less than ideal for our protagonist who aspire to become a virtual reality football coach. Follow her journey through a brave new world fraught with strangeness to find the purpose she craves. Note: This is a slice of life/drama/comedy kind of story. Slow pace with an emphasis on characters. Warning: Bad language (if you consider swearing bad because Alicia sure doesn’t).
