《My power is actually really OP you know》25. I don't actually consider them human

The great teacher, Unk.
Escaping from the grip of the law of reality, he becomes a fester on reality, never passing away. As the years pass, he becomes more powerful, so powerful that he couldn't be contained anymore.
The world becomes a more hectic place when the "seeds" Unk has sent into the cycle of reincarnation started to show up in the world. The living ghost was dead ghosts from the underworld who entered the cycle of reincarnation and has a chance to live again. However, defying all kind of rules, Unk sent them with their memories to consolidate his grip on the living world too.
And these ghosts all call Unk teacher. He taught them magic. I learned some kind of ritual too, but I kinda didn't need to because my power was too OP to need any of that.
The magic I learned was all kind of scams Unk set me up to after he learned how OP I am.
They were all scams. Most of the things I learned was simple contracts and summoning rituals for various supernatural entities.
Actually, all of those simple contracts and rituals were forbidden rituals. It is the kind of things a magic users must not use at all cost. It is basically giving up your soul for nothing. Most of the time it was the Devil's trick. It is why the rituals are very simplistic. A better mage sets up contingency so that nothing will happen. Even a contract with a benevolent entities can still kill you if you are not careful. The stronger the mage, the more contracts they can make, with the strongest magic user being a serial scammer who overlap deal so that no one has actual claim on their soul. Still, a powerful magic user needs to know the most powerful contingency.

But because I was too OP, I can scam any supernatural entities as much as I want. They have nothing on my true power anyway, so in the first place they don't actually have leverage to demand anything from me. I don't need any contingency and protection because they can't do anything to me anyway.
And that was my association with Unk in the past. I learned some nifty things from him.
But eh, currently that guy doesn't know me.
Did he die?
That was my question. It is silly to ask if a ghost has died, but it is a valid question with how a ghost can actually die.
With the destruction of the previous universe, I thought Unk too, would be too OP to be affected. I mean, he is always boasting about his deep knowledge about the working of the universe and how the eyes of the universe (magic) binds everything.
But if one was destroyed in the previous universe, they would be completely remade, without any of the memories.
Still, it is strange, Lilith too was like that. She was still that mentally unstable mad woman, without gaining any moment of clarity admitting what she has done.
Was she killed too?
It is a good question.
I'm thinking. Doesn't that mean it is actually really dangerous right now?
"Who are you?..."
The king of the dead repeats with that raspy voice like a broken doll.
Flanking the King of the Dead are various spirits of all kind. A menagerie of rune, sigils and symbols from various cultures are carved on their bodies. It was a formidable scene.
Each of the spirit here has gained a certain dominance on the world.
That mean they can actually warp the laws of reality.
It is the guards of the King, a force that could actually wreck the world of the living if they were let loose. I did not see any of them being let loose on the living world at the end of the world though. I thought it was because they saw the situation of the living world as a joke that don't need intervention.

Was they killed too?
...
"The King is speaking to you."
One of the Dead general speaks with a threatening voice.
"...Wait!..."
I have made up my mind. I have seen the reality of the world now, I see through it. I dispel the fog and was able to see clearly
"...Why do I have to respond to an address from an inferior construct?"
I am thinking. That is really what I was thinking. Just like my dead sister, if these people was just recreated after the death of the universe, why do I have to care? They are nothing but inferior creation, they were nothing more than construct like the life I created retroactively.
They are literally nothing. A construct is just like my creation, I could play with their history as much as I want, it is not real, not at all, so why do I have to care? Even a world being tortured by an invincible being for ten million years in history was atrocious, but when I think about it, it was just something I created wholesale, it is not real, why do I have to care?
There was a dangerous silence among the retinue of the King. They feel the indignity of it all and are prepared to lash back.
Well, fuck them, they are literally less than toys if they were just some creation. I met plenty of toys before. I made plenty of toys before.
"...Step back...now!..."
Symbol of Death! I contracted the most dangerous being to use in the underworld.
Death, in the after life it was an existence akin to an outer god. Everyone is afraid of him. But it is impossible to summon him because you will literally die when it happens.
Why do I have care about playing nice with dolls, and worry about things such as social contracts? After all, these people tie me up first.
"Ha ha fuck you fake Unk. No dolls tell me what to do."
"What is this? What is this? A soul that has not passed on for how long? I must do my work now." The voice of Death sent chills down everyone at the scene. Soon, a spectacle is going to happen.
However, that is enough fun for me today, I'm going home while they are distracted for now.
Death cannot see me, so I pluck out a piece of his robe and use it to open a portal. It was actually what I did the first time I met Unk to help Unk out that time. However, this time I'm just using it to fuck with them.
I don't actually consider them human. I don't actually consider them ghosts either. They are just someone else's creation.
When I left, I saw a pair of ancient blue eyes staring back at me. It was the eyes of the king. With a smile, I sent them off with a sayonara. Have fun for now.

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
