It seems like that guy got kidnapped by Prismo. I wonder why that powerful ability holder choose that kind of name to be the trigger words. Whenever someone utter his name in proximity to an internet connected device, they would get taken to the world on the other side of the internet.

Sometime he tortures them too, but I think that guy just wanted to collect people like a stamp collector collects stamps or something.

Anyway, I guess that is what they are going to do. They were going to show my audio recording confession to that other guy with the strong super power. That seem likes a vanity type of guy, he looks like the kind of guy who posts on social media all the time. Even if he doesn't, I guessed that he would still have a smartphone on him.

So when my video recording speaks the name Prismo, the words were uttered near an internet connected device.

When that happens, Prismo will automatically takes them.

They may also get tortured in the virtual world too, but that is just a maybe.

Just as planned, if I dare to say so.

Prismo is actually a useful guy for me, because while he doesn't actually have anything on me, his power works on most other people.

I can always be an asshole like that time and sent an audio recording to the TV station under my parents' name and have them mass-broadcast it.

Civilization ended for a single day before some of the more powerful ability holders sort thing out with Prismo in the other world.

Minutes before disaster

The business magnate Sin Artus who has regained a youthful body thank to killing an ability holder with the ability to regenerate says.

While Sin was at the end of his life, something amazing happens.

Ability holders. One of the employees at his company was the first to gain power.

He was caught in an accident, he was expected to lose his arm, however, overnight, the lost arm grew back.

That was the first person Sin Artus killed.

Sin too, has awakened a new power, he found that if he kills an ability holder, he gained their ability. It was after a night at a nearby hospital when he suddenly awakened that power.

It was as natural as breathing, he realizes it too, that every other ability holders was just his prey.

Sin Artus was never not an ambitious man. He uses the power he has to fake his death and instill himself as the new heir to be with an entire new identity. With his new leash on life, he uses all the resource of his company to research the identity of ability holder.

It is not hard being the leader in the computer technology world.

And slowly, more and more ability was his.

He couldn't even bless the deity that gives him this power.

However, one day he encounters something unusual.

He lost recollection of 30 minutes. It was one of those gaudy idol concert. It was just a whim. However, when he comes out, he found himself unable to remember anything in the last 30 minutes.

It was frightening that he the hunter was the subject of another power, who knows what was done to him in that short amount of time. So he keeps watch of that person.

During that time, his company finds someone else too.

A curious subject which he dubs Deadman.

The subject does not die no matter what is done to him. After a certain amount of time however, the subject starts to become uncontrollable.

Even Sin with his powers cannot bring him down, while Deadman keeps on growing stronger.

However, it was found that with enough damage, Deadman may weaken temporarily. All the inhuman experiments was done on him. As long as he receives another debilitating injuries before he recovers, everything can be done to him.

However, even that was not practical since Sin Artus wants him. Sin wanted Deadman's power.

It is true biological immortality, or something closes to it. He does not heal like normal but he just simply refuses to die.

Experiments to kill the man continue.

Drowning seems to be an effective tool.

Deadman is experiencing continuous "death" when he drowned. He is continuously dying while surviving, he never recovers that dangerous strength.

It seems Sin was in luck too, another ability holder appear in that time. It was a young girl, he was thinking about killing her later on his yacht after he has arranged thing with the local authorities.

Then another ability holder pops up next to Deadman.

It was the idol's mentally retarded brother.

Of course he was going to kill him.

However, currently, he is listening to the confession audio. That guy seems pathetic.

"... I know a guy who created the other universe on the other side of the internet. His name is Prismo. Anyone who speak his name in proximity of an internet connected device will be spirited away to Prismo's personal universe..."

Something tightens, Sin closes his eyes.

When he opens it, the sight of his yacht disappears.

He was in another place entirely, an office department.
