Lucas said that Ethan has to rest for only 15 days, but in the end Lucas made the Ethan rest for a whole month. Finally after one month Lucas told what was he going to do next.

“Little brother, ever heard about dungeons?” Ethan nodded his head.

Dungeons no one know how long they are on this planet. Of the oldest history of this world dungeon was a mysterious thing at even that time and its same at this time.

There are many theories related to the dungeons, but they are only theories, no one knows reality about them. The most possible theory was that these creatures are outcasts of their world and sealed away in the dungeons for the entity. And these dungeons connect to those places with this planet.

This theory was made after dimension crack appears. But how much it accurate is still in question.

“Then let me tell you now you are going in the dungeon that is in this place.” Lucas said and give Ethan a white colored pin.

“What is this?” Ethan asked as he took the pill from Lucas hand.

“You know you will be teleported to another place as unawakened your body can distort by teleportation so this pin will help you. This pin creates an artificial aura around you to help you to keep your body safe.” Lucas said.

Ethan nodded. He read about teleportation relics and there they say that unawakened can't use it because without protection of aura their bodies will distort.

“Ok Anna takes him to dungeon” Lucas said to Anna.

“Ok” answered Anna simply.

Ethan and Anna were standing outside the dungeon. The dungeon was located at the center of hunting grounds.

Dungeon entrance looked like a big tree. Dungeon entrance are not specific it came various shapes and sizes.

Anna, who was standing beside Ethan explain a little “this a tier 0 dungeon. We don’t know which dungeon we will end up, but there level will be tier 0. The last boss of tier 0 is always tier 2 beast.”

The dungeon is separated into three tiers 0-2 tier 0 dungeons are ruled by tier 2 beast as for tier 1 and 2 its ruled by tier 4 and commanding tier 0 respectively.

Ethan nodded and inhale a large breath before releasing it. He activates his pin an orange colored aura enveloped him. As for Anna she releases her aura it was sky blue in color and they enter in dungeon.

Skylar who was strolling in hunting ground and was venting is anger from tomorrow evnt saw Ethan and Anna entering in dungeon alone. He did not know what came into his mind, but he activates his artificial aura and also enter in the dungeon before its entrance closed.

When Ethan enters in dungeon his whole world spin around. When teleportation was done, he felt like his stomach has been upside down. He felt like he could vomit anytime.

“What are you doing here” Ethan heard Anna voice and looked toward her.

She held her gun and was pointing it at the boy that Ethan fought tomorrow. When he saw the boy he also frown, his brows a little.

Skylar raised his hand in air indicating that he was harmless. Ethan walked toward Anna and said “why you came here following us?” Ethan asked Skylar looking a little hostile.

“Why you both came here alone, did you not know this place is dangerous.” Skylar said.

“That's not your concern” Anna said with irritation in her voice.

“Well, but now I enter and I can't leave what will you do with me.” Skylar said arrogantly.

“We can just dispose you here.” Anna said and point her gun at Skylar head again.

When Skylar heard her he broke into a cold sweat. When he saw Anna face, he was determined that she was not joking.

“Anna, just leave him if he dare to do something funny we will then deal with him.” Ethan said and looked toward Skylar “I didn’t know what your purpose for coming here but don’t try anything funny.”

“And we will not help you if you are in danger.” Ethan added before looking around the dungeon.

They were in a cave and only light source were the pieces of light stones that was on the wall. They walked toward the other end of the cave.

They didn’t walk much when they heard screeching of a beast. The three take out their weapons. They can see too far because of dim light, but they saw five shadows coming toward them fast.

When the shadows were about five meters away, they saw their appearance, it was the rats that was big as a cat.

They were fast, but Ethan was able to deal with them easily. Skylar wants to help but was stopped by Anna. Skylar was a little confuse why she came with Ethan when she didn’t help or let other help.

After walking for while they were attacked three times by group of rats then they came to a little spacious place there was three pass ways. All paths looked identical, so Ethan takes left path and continue walking.

Usually these types of dungeons have a maze type structure to find the last boss that will be tier 2 it will be quite troublesome to find it.

As they were moving Anna was also mapped this place so they cannot walk in circles she also leave some marks. After taking some turns they came back to the first place where they chose left path.

“Hey, Anna don’t we have any relic which help us to find the right path?” Ethan said.

“Unfortunately, no these types of relics are usually useless in these places so I didn’t bother to bring them.” Anna said simply as she gestures Ethan to continue moving.

Ethan a little sigh before continuing walking this time it was centered path. As for Skylar he was ignored as he was not there at all.

Skylar was feeling down because they give him a cold shoulder. He only gets praise after entering the camp, but now these people are treating him like he didn’t even exist.

After they walked deep in the cave the number of rats increase and sometimes there were bigger rats than others rats but that’s it they were nothing special.

These rats are tier 0 beasts they are not troublesome when they are alone, but when they are in groups they are not easy to deal with.

It has been five days as they entered the dungeon and Ethan already sick of these rats, they are many in numbers and they didn’t see any tier 1 beast let alone tier 2. And they didn’t even find an exit this far.

“Hey, why you even came in this place we have wandered around for days, but we didn’t find any exit so far.” Skylar said as he was irritated already.

Ethan also wants to know why came to this place when he can hunt beasts outside.

When Anna saw that Ethan also looking at her, she sighs “because of tier 2 beasts in training ground there is no more tier 2 beasts there they all been killed there.”

When Anna said this Ethan finally understand why Lucas send him here he wanted Ethan to kill a tier 2 beast. Ethan was in hunting ground for a year and he never saw a tier 2 beast so he figured that there was no tier 2 beasts there.

Skylar who didn’t know anything say “why you want to find a tier 2 beast, you lot are a little crazy, we need at least 3 awakens to kill it.” In his response he gets only silence.

After two days they finally able to meet tier 1 beast it name was elite rat it was bigger than other rats and was faster than other rats. Ethan has a little difficulty because there was also a large number of other rats, but he able to kill them. His strength was increased by the past year training and he easily kills five normal rats with one swing.

Skylar also starts fighting with rats because he was bored to death. When Skylar saw that Ethan was able to kill a tier 1 beast without any help he was amazed by Ethan.

After staying in for two months in the dungeon they finally able to find tier 2 beast. It was a rat king that walked on two legs and have a muscular body. It was surrounded by elite rats. And exit of the dungeon was also the room where this beast was. The exit looked same as entrance it was a big tree.

When Skylar saw that rat king was surrounded by elite rat and their numbers were about 50 his face changed. He was able to kill one elite rat easily, but he was not confident in fighting with these many beasts at a time.

As for Ethan he started his massacre Anna helped him sometime when he was in a pinch. In mere half an hour they killed all tier 1 beast in the room.

Ethan was watching rat king that didn’t move until now standing up. In it hand was a club that he used as a weapon. They fight head on Ethan have a little difficult while killing it, but it was not that powerful. Tier 2 iron skin monkey was more powerful than this tier 2 rat king.

When Ethan killed it, Anna sigh and said “we were unlucky that we enter into this dungeon, beast in here was not as powerful as I expected.”

Ethan just nodded, he was not feeling good about it, he didn’t expect this rat king to be this weak, it only advantage was in its numbers but he did not use it. Well, he can't do anything about it.

Then they leave the dungeon sorrowfully. As for Skylar he was dumbfounded when he saw their expression. He thought this world was going crazy.

He thought Ethan just killed a number of beasts tier 1 and barely get any help on it. Then he killed a tier 2 beast without any help. On top of that, he a unawakened and younger than him by at least 1 year. He thought Ethan was a monster himself.
