" What happened Magnus, what did Race do ?" Master inquired.

" He completed the Apprentice Mechanic level of the quiz with full marks. He had only began to study at that level for one day. He completely studied everything available in that level. A single day to complete one level." Magnus said with a tone with a hint of respect.

" It seems I am extremely lucky. I knew he was extremely smart but I didn't expect him to be this great. But the time he takes to complete the Beginner Mechanic level test will show his true potential." She said with joy in her voice.

" Master Selia, He is not just a good learner but an excellent fighter as well. He was even able to make training fun for Sione. But that adds to his mysteriousness. He is fighting like a warrior who had lived a good part of his life in the battlefield. Sometime it almost reminds me of how Ace Pilots train. If I didn't have his medical records proving that he was 16, I would have believed that he was one of those old monsters under extensive skin care." Magnus spoke to Master Selia, " To be honest Master Selia, The reason I haven't trained with him is because I am almost 80% sure that I will lose."

"Why so, You have undergone various body strengthening treatments. You should be stronger than him right," Selia was having fun chatting to her disciple.

" Master, if it was yesterday I would have been more than happy to fight Him, But today he threw Sione into the ocean while training. HE THREW SIONE. I know Sione was holding back. But still Sione used more than a normal human's strength when he fought Race. Still Race bested him. From my observation I can easily say our current strengths' are not much different. Combine it with Race's excellent techniques, I won't even be able to know what hit me."

Master Selia started to laugh as he heard Magnus's lament. " This is a good opportunity for you. Its very rare to fight someone highly skilled but at the same level of strength as you. If you spar with him constantly, your techniques will improve as well. So don't waste this opportunity."

" Ok Master, I will do it. But stand up for me if I am bullied by my little brothers." Magnus and his Master laughed.

" Master, how long will it take before we can trust Race enough to take him to Master's Office." Magnus looked at his Masters hologram with a hope filling his eyes," You can return after seven days. By then we can find out whether if he has any ulterior motive." Seeing the light in Magnus's eyes dim, Selina tried to reason with him," You know this is rule set by the association. I can't do anything about it. We need to make sure to keep all information about us to a minimum. That is the for the sake of humanity. Just wait a week, then you all will be back home. I will be going now. Keep me posted."

Magnus sighed after his master's hologram faded away.

In Race's room:

" Its weird, how no one in the past era was able to find out that mana was made out of a purer energy. If not for the curse on my body as well as the fact that I had greater control of my own body. I too would have lost my life. Now the next thing to find out is if this energy exists naturally or can only be produced by the disintegration of Mana."

Race who was currently sitting cross legged on his bed was refining the Mana to produce the energy. He then used the energy to strengthen every single part of his body. " It was known fact that one could increase their ability to sense mana by strengthening one's body with mana. But now, I am using this pure energy, maybe I could sense its presence in the surroundings."

Race was intotal concentration. His breath was rhythmic as he kept on refining mana. Nothing in the world seemed to enter his field of view. He didn't feel the passing of time. He kept on refining slowly but surely strengthening his body bit by bit. He kept at it till he heard a sound.

" System partially restored. Host is now strengthen his body with the primal magicules. System function fully unlocked at 100% completion of first level strengthening. System will show current progress of the Host."

Race was startled so much that he fell of the bed. He looked around to find from where this sound originated. As Race was looking around, he heard the sound once again.

"Processing Complete; Activating Visual inputs."

A dark blue hologram appeared before Race. On it was the following.
