It was a glorious night of partying and fun for everyone at the company gathering, but for one individual the party brought back memories of her forgotten past, Chii. While sitting out on the balcony, she sees a shooting star, and she recalls the story her grandmother told her, “They say that when a person looks up at the skies on their most saddening night, and see the bright shooting star, it is said that it marks the turning point in the person’s life.” With remembering what her grandmother told her, Chii wished, “Please let someone in my life come in and help me forget about the betrayal of my past.” Weeks would go by after the party, but Chii still could not forget the wish she made. One day, when she was running after a thief that has stolen her wallet but being Chii she falls over and lands face first, a man in mask chases the thief, knocking him to the ground, and when Chii looked up, all she could see was the piercing stare of the man’s unique eyes, it was the first time she saw someone with heterochromia eyes, one with a greenish hue and the other, a rich brown.
