Chapter 19
The Ethereal Kingdom
We entered the area, it was about midnight, and we parked our carriage near the village houses and the palace. I wore a cloak and some ethereal armour, the troops wore some robes and some armour as well, and Chandrelle wore a pristine white mage dress.
We hurried to the centre of the villages, we were carrying the ‘packages’ which were really explosives.
“~uh… this is heavy.” Someone grumbled.
As far as I know, these soldiers were very strong, they’re must be some sort of weird presence.
We plant the explosives. A few villagers look on, I feel quite sorry for them. Maybe if we evacuate them, than we won’t lose countless lives.
I really want to, but… It would jeopardize the plan. Chandrelle senses what I’m thinking and looks sad.
As we walk off, the sound of the village combusts overwhelms us. My soldiers quickly flank from the east as we head in north.
….
We are in the treasure chamber currently, the nobles and Yin He was nowhere to be seen.
I found a million golden mortal stones, dragonic amour, which extremely rare, Zarchronix weapons, which are as rare. And rare books on beast taming, magic and other valuable knowledge.
We loot the place dry.
Also, we found some immortal stones, which are extremely rare, and a heavenly treasure. These are immortal loot which is worth entire cities, the Heavenly treasure is a [Tryoxixtian Runic Sword] which can cause millions of damage.
An extremely powerful presences subdues us.
It could only be an immortal.
But it was a female, not Yin He. She wore elegant white and gold armour.
She carried the immortal sword, [Qruzah].
“~Hmm… You thought you could steal from my master?”
“It can’t be…” said Zhu Yun.
The soldiers tried to shoot her, bullets resounded, but nothing happened.

No way could some mortals attack her.
I pull out the Cryofixation Runic Sword, it can attack without stabbing, and its blade is pure liquid blue. She gasps in pain.
“Run!”
Chandrelle uses her [Spirit] magic.
A thousand arrows pierce through the dark building.
She dodges them. I jump towards her, and slash the sword down, landing a 50-hit combo, she doesn’t even flinch.
She simply releases her sword and all my soldiers collapse. I try to hit her, Chandrelle uses her most powerful strikes. I need to turn into my demon Qianlong form, like Chunhua told me so. Chunhua… she’s falling prey to the...

[Book One] Querencia Quintet [Polarity/Pestilence]
Migrated from: https://www.wattpad.com/story/187324475-querencia-quintet-polarity-pestilence This is my official work and my official username, both on Royal Road and Wattpad. Any reposts of Querencia Quintet are not mine and should be reported straight to myself, all copyright ... rights... are withstanding. Book one in the Querencia Quintet franchise is titled "Polarity/Pestilence" and it starts off with our sarcastic, overpowered protagonist, Charley Dunne, a 17 year old werewolf who has been cordially invited by his Werewolf clan's boss, Markus Fell. The invitation is related to Charley's supernatural academy's graduation party. He is about to move out of his parents' house and attend college. The events prior to his successful passing marks within his last exam, all 17 years of his life, have been leading up to one moment and one moment only; war. The war shall begin when he turns 18, the night of April 2nd, 2017. Whose side(s) will Charley Dunne possibly select as his loyal allies; Fleshflingers (Zombies)? Moonbearers (Werewolves)? Spellcasters (Witches and Wizards)? Bloodsuckers (Vampires)? Or Mortals (Humans)? A few, more than a few, or, miraculously, will he be able to unite all five supernatural Councils (groups) and form an eternal pact that may just last a dozen or so centuries? Find out in the very first instalment of: Querencia Quintet. Quoted from my official Wattpad story's description: "Werewolves. Demons. Angels. Spirits. Vampires. Zombies. Humans -- and the greatest supernatural species of them all; witches. The nine Lords of the Night, the thirteen Lords of the Day, the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the god of war, Horus, and the greatest progenitor of the mystical arts, Merlin. These five Councils could form a pact that lasts many lifetimes ... but will their differences and flaws work against them? Do the five magical chambers butt heads, or do they accept their uniqueness and strengths and work together?"

Dawn Avante — The Record of Otherworld’s Cosmic War
The young man remembered. Through flames and ocean, he fought, all to be the symbol of hope. He started with a fist, then a gun, now a psychic blade. Some say the merging of his planet with this beautiful hell was a curse — that the Earth was doomed. As an optimist, he disagreed. They weren’t merged into a world with monsters and tyrants. The monsters were locked in the same world with a hero. What happened next was a tale as old as time. A sound of fighting was heard in the distance. He felt the presence of an old foe and several old burdens. It appeared Chronicler’s victory didn’t drill the lesson into that psychopath’s brain. Fine. He stood. He didn’t mind hard-carrying those idiots on his shoulder again. The hero vanished in the blur, speeding to save the day. … How did we get here? Well, let's go back a few hours before shit hits the fan. To a young porter who didn’t know that fate had a greater plan for him. Plans which involved comic wars, slaying outer-gods, and grenades. So. Many. Grenades.
