Chapter 6
School in an alternate universe
Hitora and the girls, and ‘cat spirit’ were in there carriage heading to school. Chandrelle and Elizabeth were in there school uniform, it consisted of a grey skirt that covered ¼ of their thighs and they wore a formal white shirt, with a rather circular collar, Hitora wore some pants that reasonably fitting, and he wore a formal white shirt with a circular collar as well.
I wonder what class I’ll be in… Hmm, won’t my class be filled with a bunch of noble brats? Wow, going to an alternate universe has its downsides… “Hey master, are spirits allowed, because if they’re not can I go to sleep?” said Cat Spirit. The furry thing was being petted by Elizabeth, she absolutely adored it, but to Hitora, it was a complete mystery.
“Shut up or I’ll cook you!” shouted Hitora.
“Hey, that’s not nice!” spouted back Elizabeth.
“Sorry Elizabeth –chan, anyway, how do you manage to like him, he’s so utterly useless!”
“Hmm… I guess I like fury things… and he’s not useless, because he’s cute.”
After a few minutes or so, the three finally arrived at the school. They were dropped near the rear gate of the grand building. It looked more like an elegant castle, it had thin towers spread systematically so that archers could have an ideal shooting range, between the towers was a very white wall that connected them together, it was made of substance that was very strong and rigid. Outside the castle were many roads, the school was quite close to the prosperous capital, there was many smaller gardens that were spread out throughout the school.
The group entered the school, they were greeted by the sounds of many students talking amongst each other, but as they noticed Chandrelle was coming in, they immediately silenced. And then the noise started again,

“Chandrelle is here!” someone shouted, it was apparent that Chandrelle was quite popular…
After a few hours or so, school was nearing its completion, by this time, Hitora had learned that he was practically useless magic wise, but despite this, his teacher had predicted that he had a great martial art potential.
As Hitora was heading outside , *Gunshot*, he heard screams of horror and pain. What’s happening, he ran towards the sound, all he could see was fire and chaos. Students were running and screaming, he saw the butler that drove them here, “Hitora, Lord Oscaster asked me to escort you back to the palace, come.”
“Where’s Chandrelle and Elizabeth, are they safe?”
“Yes come.”
The two hurried towards the carriage, the butler drove hastily, and they had safely arrived at the palace. They hurried towards the palace and quickly met with lord Oscaster, “What’s going on?!” Hitora asked the lord worryingly.
“There’s been attacks on all the escape routes, so we can’t retreat to safety… They’ve made it so that if we try attack one unit from one escape route, the others will flank us on all sides. Our only hopes is use a decoy, on all routes, than we should hopefully be able to retreat on Thargos, Elizabeth’s dragon, while there busy.”
They quickly hurried to the top of the building, where Elizabeth had summoned her dragon. The decoys had set off and the three mounted the dragon. The quickly set of, the wind blowing them harshly, and they’re hair swaying in the wind.
“Hey where’s Chandrelle?” inquired Hitora.
“She’s, in the decoy… Don’t worry, she’s quite powerful, since she beat that
Azola Crimson Tiger, she had cultivated so much mana, and she’s got nearly unlimited summons, and they’re all legendary and above. And she’s inherited my martial art skills – the old man winked – also, she contracted a high level spirit, Charis, and he lets her enter the spirit realm when she’s in danger, she’s just like her mother…”
“Hmm… I haven’t seen the mother where is she?”
“She was killed – he clenched his fist – by the Ravana Worshipper cult, those bastards! It’s a long story, I’d rather not go there…”
“Okay…”
