In Ehren Mansion....

In one of the bedroom there, espicially in one of the most fanciest bedroom, Yoro can be seen preparing himself to go out.

Placing his sword on the hips, he then wears his usual black cloak that cover almost every part of his body. And with cut here and there, its become surprisingly comfortable and easy to move at.

He then back to rechecking all his items there for one more time. What will he brings today is Including his mask, the old mask that he painted blue after he learned his lesson before..which is to not make a foolishly clear signature of yourself while you disguising.

And then his lucky charm of course, the black book.

It is the mysterious book that he found coicidentaly at the Ehrenar library. Currently, he doesn't have any need or necesity to open it just yet. But even so, he is smart enough to knows, that this thing may become his ace card or the only means left later, when the situation unexpectedly becomes dire.

Even if he doesn't know what is the content of this book trully, there is no harm for just bringing it with him right? Maybe in the end, he won't have any need to flip that cursed page at all.

Yoro: "well, enough dozing around, I am ready to go now" he said. Done with all that preparation, he walks towards the exit.

But then, as soon as Yoro opens the door, he can see someone is standing behind it, waiting him to comes out from earlier.

Yoro: "mother? What are you doing in here?" He exclaim in surprise.

That's right, the one who standing behind the door there is actually his own mother, Diana Ehner. Right now, she is wearing a frilly dress that usually she wore when she is home, and her hair is being tied into ponytail, different from the usual untied one.

Diana: "what? I can't even see my son now?" With a teasing voice, she pinches both of Yoro's cheeks. Even if his age just 9 years old, his body shape is like 11 or 12 years old boy, which is making this whole scenery feels a bit out of place.

As he feels the pinch is growing hurt by the second, he wanted to complain to her, just to being released in tje next second.

Diana: "Hey, Yoro" she said in caring voice. "You want to go out again today, right?" She inquiries in a weird tone.

Yoro: "mm-hm, is there something wrong with that?" And with this unusalities of her today, Yoro couldn't help but to feel something is wrong.

Diana: "no, no, there is not" shaking her head, she continues: "I just want say bye for you in behalf of your father and I beforehand" she said while maintaining her motherly smile to him.

And hearing that after he was worried about her just now, he unintentionaly blurt out,

Yoro: "you are odd" he said flatly to her.

Thud!!!*

Just to be head-chopped, hard... by her.

Yoro: "ouch! What the hell is that for!?" cursed Yoro while he rubs that sore spot in his head.

He doesn't expect that strike coming at all, and using clairvoyance to dodge it seems bringing even a worse results afterwards.

Diana: "you are ruinning my speech just when it comes to the good parts!!! Anyway, how the hell a child can talk to their mother like that in the first place!" she grunts at him and make a 'hmph' pose.

Yoro: "alright, alright! I am sorry okay?" He said exasperately while scratching the back of his head. "It's just, uhh...unsual for you to be like this" he added after searching for an excuse.

Diana: "...I don't know why..." Covering her face with her palm, she continue: "I just had a hunch that I would regret it later if I don't say this to you now..."

Yoro widen his eyes slightly when he heard that from her. His heart skip a beat as he thought: 'is this...'

Closing his eyes, a little smile then formed in Yoro's face. "Nah, I will just playing around there" he then walk to her side her and pat her in the shoulder. "I'll make sure to be carefull later. If then...this 'playing around' is becomes no more, I am sure father will come to save me later right?" He reassured her in comforting tone, before he walks away from that place.

And being left alone in that place is Diana. Who was just standing there in stupor. While in her heart, a feeling of unshakable premonition is raging around.

In Ehrenar Slum...

Today, the Ehrenar city is having the usual liveliness around. People come and fro, chit chating with each other, and doing whatever business they were having right now, without any worries to be seen on their face.

But its wholly different in here. Compared to the bright parts of Ehrenar City, Ehrenar slum instead is having a tense atmosphere throughout the place. People are walking around with caution in their step. They are radiating waryness that was clearly seen from how they're moving.

Everytime someone goes passed them, their body will be tensed up, and their movement there is becoming rigid as they eyeing the one who just walking too close. Its like they couldn't just let their guard down.

In fact, its already can expected from them. People who are living long enough in a place like this is tending to have a conection around this part.

People who don't have any at all, is inclined to have a lesser chance to survive than the others. That is just showing how barbaric this place is, without any law to control them.

That is also why people in the slum tend to value information more than the life itself. And that too, is become the reason why giving information is one of the means to get money in here.

But the effect of this instead, is making the flow of information becoming more swift and fast, with how much easier people are getting the information around

Anyways, because of that very thing too, people around this part is definitely more than happy to walk in the more packed area than the isolated one.

Because they know, that the mysterious killer is remain lingering at this part. And thus, making them afraid and cautious at every little details.

All people in here is laying low, waiting to see who would be its next victim today. No one want to try, nor is brave enough to take the risk for searching this person, and even the guards of the city giving this incident a blind eye, it is as long as the real part of city remain undisturbed.

So, giving a free information around regarding all the thing that is related to this guy, like who is his usual victims, and where this man usually kill his prey, is trully all they can do right now.

But on the contrary, there is one person who actually want to meet this bloodthirsty and mad person instead.

Who again if its not Yoro?

But rather than just finding information alone, Yoro is also enjoying himself with every little thing he can learn in this part of the city.

He would already be bored long long ago if that is not the case. And with his cheat clairvoyance playing, it'll be just more easy if not become outright simple to pull out all kind of information around.

In the more people-packed area of the slum, standing in there is a shaddy bar.

Inside this very building, a black cloaked person with blue-painted mask is seen sitting in one of the chair there. In front of him is a wine glass that filled with yellow-bubbled liquid and a straw on top of it.

This is of course Yoro, the son of Marquis Ehner. But there, sitting on this table are not just him alone. In front of him is a person who is said will giving you any information as long as you pay, in another words, information broker.

And Yoro, having a clairvoyance here is really making a big profit. He is activating his clairvoyance as long as he can bear, wanting to dig out all hot topic and information around.

???: "Mehehehe, you are paying me for real here, mate. And a good hot information are all you will get in return...Let's see...for now, I'll say demon invasi-"but this person voice is suddenly become trailed off.

Yoro's vision there is becoming blurry, and every sound entering his ears were become too intanglible to be understad. And then its followed by the rest of his remaining five sense.

But Yoro knows exactly why is this happening right now.

There is another factor coming to play here.

His clairvoyance is a power that can predicted the future within some seconds until half minute, but as omnipotent as it heard, some limitation can't be avoided.

And one of them is range.

His range of clairvoyance is actually far away. Very very far away, IF all the factor involved there is just two person, which is him, and the second party.

But if there is third party coming to play, his range of clairvoyance will be narrowed, depend on how the involvment of this third party affecting the future.

For this, Yoro counter this flaw with a modification of the ability. With some point he had, he made this Clairvoyance become an evolving ability.

And so, all the thing that can make this ability improve is time, and training. And that is exaxtly what he do right now.

Knowing there is disturbation around, Yoro disactivate his clairvoyance just to see-

The door banged open and from behind it, someone with a black shirt is entered in briskly. After everyone eyes is sticking at this guy, he then open his mouth.

???: "That guy have moved again!" He said with a tone that mixed with afraid and seriousness. And with that statement, the whole bar is become silent.

After all the people come out of their stuppor and dpne disgesting that guy words, the bar is then filled with whispering noise between all the people there.

After dinking his lemons until the last drop, Yoro too then stand up from his seat. "I am sorry, but it seems I have to go now" digging his pocket, Yoro pull one silver and place it in front of the information broker. "This is the payment for me wasting your time" and with that, Yoro left.

The information broker there of course elated with free money. All while he doesn't know, he is being robbed blind until naked by Yoro there.
