《I am CAT》Missing Cat

On a quiet street, in the dead of night there appears a single cat resting on top of a stone fence. There was one flickering light shining on top of it illuminating its dark coat of fur.
The cat opened its eyes slightly as it looks towards the noise of laughter coming from a nearby house. It then stretched out its legs and jumped down from the fence to walk toward the house.
Upon reaching the house, it noticed a small child that looked between the ages of 6 and 7 sitting in front of the door of a stone fence. The child was barefoot and wearing “clothes” that could have seen better days. The child had long, black unkempt hair with dull eyes as if the world was better off destroyed.
When the cat neared the house, it noticed a small piece of paper on a wooden plate next to the child. When the child saw walking out from the darkness, (s)he got up unsteadily. (S)he staggered towards the cat, tripping multiple times, and then waved their hands to try to shoo it away.
The cat, realizing that the child did not want the cat to be near him/her, left and returned to the darkness. When the child saw the cat leaving, it went back to its place in front of the door and sat down.
As the cat was walking away, it noticed a small hole in the fence. The hole was barely large enough for the cat to slip in.
Going through the hole, the cat realized a bright light was coming out of a window. Through the window, it saw a middle-aged man wearing a suit, holding what seemed to be a small black box next to his ear with one hand and with the other untying his tie.

When the cat got closer to the window, it noticed how similar this man was to the child it had recently seen. After a few moments, it realized that the man was talking into that box.
“Get…man…fired…family…contact…later…”
After hearing these words, the cat left that window and went around the house. Wandering around the perimeter of the house, it heard a child giggling. Following that sound, it approached an opened window.
Peering into the window, the cat saw two children, between the ages of 10 and 12, playing with each other. They both looked very similar to each other. Both children had short black hair and had dark eyes. They both wore the same pure white outfit. From the looks of it, one child chased after the other with one of their hands in front of them.
After a couple of minutes of watching, a woman came in with an angry look on her face. She looked at the children and then towards the window. She then went towards the window and slammed it shut. Following that, she turned towards the children and yelled at them.
“What are you two doing!? You know you should keep the window shut AT ALL TIMES! What if that child out there heard you! AND if you didn’t notice, there was a cat right there at the window sill! What if it got in here!? Who knows where that cat has been. It could be infected for all we know! Now do you understand?”
Following that, the cat saw the two children lower their heads with their hands behind their backs and say something, but it couldn’t hear them through the glass.
It then jumped down and went back to the opening it went through to get into the vicinity of the house. After getting out of the hole, it stopped to look at the child in front of the fence for a few seconds before dashing away.

A few minutes later, the cat stopped right in front of the door of what appeared to be a laboratory.
A moment later, a person wearing a lab coat opened the door to see the cat sitting in front of entrance.
“Where did you go little one? I was looking all over for you.”
The cat meowed softly and went into through the door and crawled into a corner. It then fell asleep as if what it saw was just a common happening in this town.
“Good night my little CAT.”

But this revelation comes a bit too late. You see, Livia wasn't just anyone. She was not given the anonymity of being a background character, or even the blessing of being the heroine. Instead, she has bestowed the role of being the atrocious villainess. And that is exactly what she had been. As a result, Livia triggers her own death flag event at her debutante. Her memories of her past life have the grace to come only minutes before she is accused of poisoning the heroine, Amelia. But all is not helpless. Via last-minute intervention, Livia successfully manages to avoid having her head decapitated. Being exiled was a small price to pay for retaining a pulse. Plus, at least this way, Livia can finally start to live her life, to become more than just a cruel folly. Her exile should have been a new but unusual beginning to her story. But pitiless reality comes knocking. Ethetia had once only been a background setting in a game. A pretty and still picture that mostly went disregarded as the even prettier characters on the screen unloaded their dialogue, but now, it was Livia's world. As real and wonderous as planet Earth once had been, filled with small creatures with their own wills, ambitions, and needs. Such one creature decides that exile was not enough of a penalty. That Livia, the bullish and jealous tormentor of the heroine, deserves a fate more befitting of her past deeds. One worst than death. Livia's fate is ripped out of her hands. She is forced into a collar, sold to an empire rotten with greed, and placed inside a harem where she is expected to wither and die from the inside out. But Livia refuses to be forgotten. Burning with a deep rage against those who only wish to see her fall into her own grave, Livia makes a twisted promise to herself. A promise that pushes her through the darkest moments of her life and brings to light a newfound power rooted deep inside her.
