So stretches first.."stretch both my arm1 2 3 15 and 30.now do a split..1 2 3 5 14 30 finish!"now warm up "push ups,1-100 situp,1-100 treadmill level 7 1-2000 finish" now to training with the metal dummy..first punch with right fist leading to right elbow to turnaround left elbow to left punch now stop. Breathe in breathe out 1,2,1,2,1,2 now high kick with right foot leading to left high kick to 360 right high kick to low left kick stop. Breathe in breathe out 1,2,1,2,1,2 repeat the punches and kicks for 1 hour. 1Hour later at 8am. 1,2,1,2,1,2 done time to take a shower again and buy a present for lucas.

After our mc finished taking a shower and got dress with plain clothing he hears his phone ring and answered it to talk with caller lucas. "Sup" i asked lucas as i hid my pendant under my shirt."nothing much". "Really now?" i answered sarcasticly. "Yup nothing much. What about you?" lucas answered ignoring my sarcasim. "You know..just ready to go out and get a present for a certain someone" lucas chuckled,"so whatcha gonna get me?" "What do you mean?" I oddly felt my pendant through my chest heating up but ignored it. I opened the door and step out only to feel my going through something like water and in shock look down to see concrete and a sense of my body falling downwards.time seemend to slow down as i again felt my pendant heating up and my stomach moving up as the last thing i saw was a concrete floor just inches away from my eyes. The only thing i had the chance to think of was water.
