"The way I understand it, I submit a proposal for the budget and someone reviews it to decide, right?"

Lawson shook his head. "It's not a someone, it's two subcommittees. And considering that the budgets for the years that Trump was president, the budgets with high increase in defense and cuts for clean energy and so on, those budgets were approved, I think we need a full on corruption cleanse before we can truly decide. My worry is that the current anti-corruption crew that we have are corrupted themselves."

Joseph ruminated, one hand on his chin. "So we need a major purge."

"For the good of the country, yes. From the events of Trump's presidency, we can clearly see where everyone stood. I suppose that is one good thing, that when the darkness lingered long enough, the faults were exposed for everyone to see and to clear."

"Alright. Suggestion. We form two teams - one in the dark and one in the light. Then we can collaborate their results - it would also show if the current crew is corrupted. The problem comes from finding people we can trust for the hidden team... Lawson, do you know how they train the anti-corruption crew?"

Lawson laughed, somewhat bitterly. "Unfortunately, the extent of my knowledge doesn't cover that."

Joseph thought for a bit more. "Also, would hoarding money offshore be considered a crime?"

"I can see where you're going with this..the short answer is no."

"Aw-"

"But it is illegal if they hide them doing so, because tax exemption is illegal."

"Alright, then we keep that with the list of crimes. Currently, then, what we should do is investigate thoroughly how deep the filth have inflitrated the government, and flush it out. Then, fair elections must be held.

Honestly, I suppose that is how everything will go. We investigate thoroughly everything, and convict them for it. That is how it will go. We need to have grounds to throw them out of the field."

He begins writing on the board once more.

"Military? Where do all the defense funds go? Investigate. Release the results. Rid the people that attempt to hide it.

The police structure must be restructured. No quotas, no additional reward. Sweep through the police. The riots are actually making things worse than actual criminals, because the virus is still spreading and the hospitals are being strained. When the police are restructured we can then get to private prisons. So we have to investigate the police as well. But to work with each state to investigate the police requires a trustworthy head of state, and their trustworthy underlings. So, purge still needed.

Also, we need both a retiree plan and the student debt restructure. Unfortunately, we need to clear out the corrupted before we can actually submit the proposed budget and change the porpotion dedicated to education. Same with clean energy.

I've also reviewed the recycling sector. I think if - no, once - once we clear out the corrupted, we can push for a zero waste solution and create jobs that anybody can do.

I'm also thinking about reviewing the Patriot Act once the corrupted are cleared.

With all the houses we're planning to build, we can also release cheap housing prices. Or at least cheap rental prices."

"Right, about that," Lawson interrupted, "there is actually some problems with the current structure that you're planning to build."

"Oh, really? Very well. Tell me. But I'll just write one more... We need to build up a new media site. I think I've got just the person in mind, actually...

But the first ever ever thing we have to do is massly purge all the corrupted before we can make any headway. Shame, really. I was planning to lay out a web and strike fast and quick with everything."
