The Plum Tree sect was a second-rate sect with a mysterious origin. In this sect, there was a senior brother, Tian Lu, with a mysterious origin. His master, Zhao Fei, was at the peak of mortal cultivation and he too had a mysterious origin. The sect master, Huang Di, of this mysterious sect had an origin that could only be described as mysterious. The mysteries surrounding the sect, the sect master, and the senior brother will not be fully addressed until much later.
In this mysterious sect located in a mysterious mountain peak inside a mysterious cave was the mysterious senior brother himself - Tian Lu. He was cultivating. To be precise, he was cultivating rice. His Foundation Establishment realm would be considered good in the mortal world among third-rate sects. But alas, this senior brother was the senior brother of a powerful and mysterious second-rate sect. And unfortunately for him, he was the senior disciple of a legendary sword master.
Zhao Fei was in the same mysterious mountain peak, inside a different mysterious cave. He too was cultivating. To be precise, he was cultivating his qi. A Transcendent Realm cultivation and master-level swordsman, Zhao Fei would be unmatched not just among the second-rate sects but also among the mortals in the entire Empire. But alas, his mysterious origin has him stuck in the Plum Tree sect.
The Plum Tree sect was located in the not so mysterious region of a land belonging to the Empire. Its sect master was in the sect hall listening to the news delivered by a messenger from this powerful Empire. Huang Di would normally not involve himself with such affairs but alas, in order to keep his mysterious origins, he had no choice but to follow the Emperor’s will. As news would have it, the Empire was holding a trial that promised great rewards for the sect and the disciples taking part in this trial. And as news would have it, this trial happened every 10 years and it would happen in 3 months time.

In this mysterious sect, with a mysterious sect master, a mysterious Transcendent Realm Cultivator, the mysterious senior brother was cultivating rice. This was just one of the many hobbies Tian Lu had started to take part in ever since he realized it took him a normal amount of time to cultivate qi. In this second-rate sect, the disciples were truly tigers and dragons. Their cultivation speed was much faster than even some disciples from first-rate sects. This is almost certainly due to the mysterious sect. To be at the Foundation Establishment Realm after spending 10 years in the sect, one would consider the person to be trash. But this trash had a secret of mysterious origins, and this secret had let him garner fear and respect among the tigers and dragons of this sect. Alas, he could no longer keep to himself in this mysterious cave, holed up in his many hobbies. The time to start unraveling mysteries had begun.

Shift (Ben 10+DCU Fanfiction)
Omnitrix+ DCU, what's not to like? The main character will not be Ben Tennyson, rather someone from our world who gains the Omnitrix Hello! This fanfiction Shift is what I wanted to do for an homage to what I thought were underrated pieces of media, Ben 10 and some DCU characters. However, I would be remiss if I didn’t add context to two of the major works that inspired Shift, Dial, and A Practical Guide to Evil. Dial is another ben 10 fanfiction, however that story takes place in the MCU, and with an adult that is already a grown-up at the beginning of the story. Dial, by my own accounts, is more superficially Like shift, even though the Omnitrix is a central device in both. My protagonist starts out around 18 years old, so is less serious and can build relationships with some of the junior justice league members, and then later on in the story meet the Justice League officially. The tone will be more light-hearted at the beginning of the story as teenagers are known to use sarcasm and jokes at each other’s expense. Furthermore, in Dial, the protagonist has a well-developed knowledge of the MCU which he uses to have knowledge on events and characters, that the character in Shift will not have. While the MC will have some knowledge of people's abilities, lesser-known characters and people's real identities will be not included as much, but the MC of Shift will have some knowledge. APGTE's influence is deeper than Dials'. The epigraphs at the beginning of every chapter are an example of that, a place for light-hearted jokes and worldbuilding that's not pure exposition, but I also want to incorporate narrative stories to Shift (heroes win more than lose, providence, etc) on a lighthearted scale. While the heroes of Shift will have to work to win against villains, the MC of Shift will be allowed limited precognition, through narratives tropes and archetypes as a trade-off of less knowledge of the DCU. For example, a villain a hero faces might monologue, but the MC will not instinctively know how to counter every villain they encounter. I also wanted to bring in more realism than usual superhero stories, ie: the MC cannot just walk and have a meeting with Batman or Superman, he would have to “work his way up” in terms of credibility and whatnot. The Aliens that show up in Shift I tried to make different than the ones in Dial, just to share the love for lesser-known characters. And to make it fairer for the villains of the DCU, the main character will not wantonly use if gain at all an Alien X or a ben 10 form of Kryptonians, just so the characters have to work a little bit for victory. I urge anyone reading to consider checking out both APGTE and Dial as they are both amazing works, and I hope you enjoy them. The beginning of how the MC enters the DCU will not be as important as him actually existing in that universe, so that is why a ton of time is not spent on that part of the story. Chapters will be around 2.5 thousand words and come out around every weekday.

A video game with a lush green-eyed redhead as the main character? Daughters of the Void is a story told from multiple points of view, which occur in parallel. As if they were several series in one, where each protagonist advances at their own pace. At first, the story of each character will advance slowly, so I ask you to be patient. Soon, you will discover a story of extreme survival in a medieval fantasy world. A story, a bit dark, that can also be a bit comical at certain moments. But above all, it can be harsh and cruel to its protagonists. I’ve introduced LitRPG elements in a very soft and almost non-existent way at the beginning of the story. As the story progresses, they will become more and more abundant, depending on the protagonist. Emily is the main and first protagonist of "Daughters of the Void". After her; Dianna, Tanya and others. Above all, I’m looking for your immersion, so I will make you aware of most of the thoughts of the protagonists. I also want the reader to feel some uncertainty, putting yourselves in the shoes of some girls who can't find what they lack. I look for realism, but also to surprise myself. Around chapter 25 there is an awakening of the protagonists. Moment in which they will begin to behave as they really want to be. Unrivaled adventurers. Heroines of legend. The secondary protagonists were created to cover some deficiencies that I noticed that the series had when it was only Emily, so their chapters will be more sporadic. Tags and warnings give me creative freedom. This is the first story I've written, although they are not my first drawings. Be kind with your reviews. I know everything can be improved.
