《Challenge System》CH8: Forest Elves

More sharks and dolphin girls floated alongside our dead sea god to eat at its flesh as we approached the mainland. Out in the distance, massive trees towered over us, large enough to block out one of Xion's binary stars. In the distance, I saw giant lumbering long-necked reptiles more than large enough to pick at the leaves from the higher branches. Small monkeys with red and blue faces peered from behind trees, and even the rare canid darted out and back into the trees, either chasing or being chased by something.
I realized that these creatures didn't fear humans, and I had no idea what they could do. Some creatures like the kaiju had natural breathing techniques, multiple hearts, and extra brains to help fine-tune their motor functions. What kind of reflexes would smaller creatures have with those same organs? What if some of those monsters had extra hearts? Did that mean my only real way to put them down was the brain?
More important than any of that, what about my breathing technique? How did it compare to others, and why couldn't I keep it up for extended periods? While I used it, I felt nearly indestructible, but it fell when I slept or lost focus. Worse I seemed to have hit the limit of what eating sea god meat could do. Of course, I lived on a diet of sea god meat exclusively since we were stranded, so it was bound to happen. My problem was a lack of comparison.
Just when I thought nothing else could go wrong, I had time to think about myself and my technique. The sea god's corpse hit the reef again, only this time the current didn't tug us back off. Instead, splashing up from the water, Flipper crawled up to us.
"I think it's really stuck this time," Flipper said without preamble.
All thought of focusing on myself and planning a training schedule to get my breathing technique up the level I needed flew out the window.

"Well, darling, I hope you know how to swim; if not, I'm sure Flipper could always help you out for a favor. We did find land, after all. You can give her your ass after I have my turn, of course. I have only three holes and so many cute wiggly dicks to choose from and yours, of course." Elorael said.
"Be serious; we need to get to shore, then find a steady supply of food and water, then we need shelter." I felt the tongue move a little to the left, then turned to see the flesh around the jaws begin to mend. Between the three of us, we could hear a pin drop. A breath swept through the sea god flowing into its lung, and then the flesh began recovering rapidly.
"It's not dead," I said in bewilderment. I had destroyed both of its hearts and obliterated its secondary brain.
I grabbed Elorael and threw her out of the mouth hard enough to skip her twice on her way towards the beach. The jaws began to move when I threw Flipper and ran myself, focusing on my breathing to increase my speed. The tongue moved, and it wouldn't be long before it fired out and the sea god fed. We needed to be far away when that happened.
The real question was, what could I do to kill it? Getting to its brain was nearly impossible; its skull was like a maze.
While I ran, the monster's teeth began to close as more of the jaw regenerated. New flesh filled in gaps we had harvested. I stepped on a patch of new flesh and realized something. The new flesh was sturdier than its old flesh. Not only was the monster healing, but it was also healing stronger than it had initially been. The teeth clacked together, and I sucked in a breath.
It wasn't the only thing stronger. I had grown in both SP and physical strength. The pills I took magnified the effectiveness of the sea god breathing technique. If anyone was closer to that terrible adult version of the beast, it was me. I pulled back my fist and used the technique Elorael had taught me.

"Island Obliterating Fist, I lifted my fist, and it felt like it had been replaced with the clawed paw of a sea god. When my fist collided with the teeth, bones exploded, and I threw myself out of the adolescent sea god's mouth amidst an explosion of bone and blood. Tiny shards of bone blasted against my toughened skin and bounced off as I fell into the warm waters above a truly massive pink reef. My breath slowly left my lungs, and I knew it could be half an hour before I needed to take another breath. I dove down as the sea god thrashed while sharks and other predatory sea life fed on its flesh. Blood fell down its great maw in a series of powerful pulsing geysers before the kaiju's healing factor took over.
I felt the mighty power I wielded leave me the second my blow struck. Swimming to shore was going to be a hassle.
The second I hit the water flipper, her pod snatched me under the arms and swam quickly down into the reef. Other dolphin girls parted ways for us as I heard a mighty roar underwater. The ground shook even as Flipper tossed me on the other side of the reef. I swam up and saw what looked like a wingless dragon easily three times the sea god's size step through the trees.
As it moved, I realized its entire body was made of wood. It hadn't just moved through the forest; it seemed to have phased through it. Not a single tree had been felled as it made its way to the other kaiju.
"The gods hate it when another god invades their territory," Elorael said beside me.
Flowers bloomed across the giant forest lizard's body, and its mouth opened. A ball of yellow energy gathered there and for a few heartbeats as the sea god struggled to stand. Blood and guts gushed into the water as the sea god's flesh tore under its own bulk. Scales that seemed impenetrable had been slowly worn away by the reefs and armies of crabs and fish.
The giant lizard fired its beam in a vertical arc. From the top of the sea god's head to between its legs, it had been sliced in twain, and the sea boiled in response. Then, the forest god opened its great jaws with a roar and fed.
As it fed, Elorael and I made our way to land and to a new life on this strange continent. Yet, I couldn't help but wonder what would have happened if the old sea-god had arrived undamaged. Who would have won that fight?
We didn't make it far into the forest before we had spears in our faces and angry-looking light-skinned elves glowing with the same yellow light as the forest god. Half the girls eyeing us licked their lips and made bedroom eyes. The other half wouldn't mind killing us. "We'll take them to our village and let the chief decide what to do with them." Their leader said.
"Can't we have a little fun with them first? I wouldn't mind pumping that dark-skinned bitch full of my seed." I felt one of them shoe their hands under my balls. "This one is just weird, and it has round ears; all it can do is impregnate. Should we even bother taking a defective to the chief?"
