A day before they decide to go to the school Jaus gets a note.

War has been suddenly declared by a bordering kingdom named Tyar. The Kingdom Jaus is in is called Iora.

He is called to arms at the Great Plains at the border between Iora and Tyar.

Tyar is not a frontier kingdom so it has great power compared to the war-ridden Iora.

But what the leader of Tyar doesn't know... Is that Jaus joined Iora.

Jaus decided to help Iora for now until the time he doesn't need it anymore.

The Great Plains is a lot more east from the location the Manor is at.

Jaus: "Jera. Rui. I have to go and fight. A call to arms."

Jera: "So... You are not coming with us to the academy?"

Jaus: "I'll come later. Right now I will not. I don't know who will protect you though."

Jera: "The teachers there know that I will be in danger so they will protect me. Also the carriage will be protected by royal guards."

Jaus: "That takes care of my problems. I should get going. The battle will be lost without my power. The war was so sudden that we don't have enough forces at the east and most of our forces are at the North fighting against the Beasts."

Jera: "Be safe ok? I don't want you to die. You... I don't know what to make of you. I want you to be at my side for some reason..."

Jaus: "I will be safe. The people from the other kingdoms can't match my power."

Jera: "I trust you..."

Jaus rides off towards the East. Jera and Rui with Nil ride towards the Academy.

Jaus doesn't know how many enemies there are but he doesn't care. They cannot match his power anyways. All the half-divines have been nearly killed. The divines haven't been seen for a while and presumed dead.

So Jaus... Is now the strongest.

He rides towards the East for 10 days straight. He reaches a camp where the King is already waiting for him.

Uic: "Jaus! You are finally here! I got here 2 days ago. The situation... Is bad. They have two million people against out measly 7500 men. I don't know how we are going to win this."

Jaus: "Let me go alone. I can take them all on."

Uic: "Hahahaha! Are you insane my friend? You might be powerful but you CANNOT take on two million of them."

Jaus: "I CAN. And I will do so. Tell your men to form defensive positions and NEVER come to look what is happening to the enemy army. They will not believe what they saw anyways."

Uic: "Hahaha.... You. You aren't serious right? YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS. That's pure insanity going against that many of them!"

Jaus: "I can atleast take a lot of them down with me. Weaken their forces. Your men will get in the way anyways. When i am in battle I cannot tell the difference between foe or friend."

Uic: "Well... Can we atleast send a few men with you... Like 300?"

Jaus: "No. Me. Alone."

Uic: "There is no stopping you is there... We were going to make defensive formations anyways... But going alone? You would just make your presence here useless."

Jaus: "I am going. Just stay here and DO NOT look towards there. Make your base right behind the forest there. Harder to spot."

Uic: "Well... Ok... I'll trust you this once Jaus. But we will still prepeare to take on atleast 2 million of them in hopes of being rumoured as heroes."

Jaus: "Good enough. I will now go. I need no armor by the way."

Jaus takes off some armor he had put on just to make Jera feel safe and throws it into the corner.

Jaus: "I will now go."

Uic: "No armor... Do you want to atleast take a weapon with you...? Jaus the insane..."

Jaus: "Me? Insane? Possibly. And no weapon. I will crush them bare fisted."

Jaus leaves and everybody is surprised by what Jaus said. They thought he will only take atleast 100 men down with him.

Jaus is moving towards the enemy army sure that Uic will not see what he will do to them.

Jaus: "2 million. 5 lines of armored, 15 lines of archers and a ton of cavalary and lightly armored. Some lines of magicians. Does not matter. There are no beast hunters by the looks of things. Not like they could hurt me anymore."

Jaus starts taking off his clothes and placing them next to him. When he has taken off all his clothes he has noticed that the enemy army has moved towards Uic's location. Jaus starts transforming into his beast form. The giant gorilla with white and black hair appears out of nowhere ontop of a hill infront of the enemy army. The enemy army halts and looks at the massive gorilla.

Jaus aka the gorilla starts charging at them. The archers and magicians start fiercly firing at Jaus but the bolts, arrows and magic just bounce off of his fur and skin. He continues his charge like a mad gorilla.

When he comes in contact with the enemy army he breaks through all the lines in a few seconds. Splitting the army into two.

In his charge he killed about 50 000 people.

He turned around to find him being surrounded.

The guards scream "BEAST!" and "It's tough!" and then he hears a command. "CHARGE!". It came from the enemy commander.

The entire army charges towards Jaus but Jaus swings around his arms crushing the people coming. A few hawkeye archers from the enemy aim for the eyes but Jaus sees what they are doing and covers his eyes and charges towards them.

Fire magic is shot at him from behind, Ice magic from infront. Wind magic from the left side and Earth magic form the west.

Different magic from all the sides. Jaus uses magic himself. "Dark Shield" a darkness move. It blocks all the magic attacks and makes the caster of the magic weaker.

Jaus charges towards the enemy commander with a speed humans can't measure up to even using wind magic to boost their speed.

The enemy commander is dead under the feet of Jaus when the charge ends.

A few minutes passed and... Half of the enemy army is dead. Screams are heard everywhere. Blood covers the battlefield. Crushed bodies are everywhere. Every swing Jaus makes kills atleast 100 people and knocks down atleast another 200 with the bodies of the dead. The ranks of the enemy are destroyed. Their leader gone.

The only hope they have is escape. But that seems impossible.

Jaus had cast the magic "Fire Curtain" around the battlefield just in case somebody tried to peek. He didn't trust the army of Uic not to see what made the enemy scream.

The enemy had only one hope left. The mercy of Jaus. But he had none. He did not trust humans and decided to kill all of them.

Every second 300 people died or were injured in that battle.

Afture 5 minutes... The battle finished. Jaus had killed 2 million men in just 13 minutes. The entire army of Tyar. Gone.

He had reverted back to his human form. He was fully covered in blood. He walked back towards the camp Uic had set up.

The people saw Jaus naked. He forgot he had clothes. Three maids immediatly jumped to the case to bring Jaus new clothing and another maid to set up a bath for Jaus.

Everybody who saw Jaus fully bloody but with no injuries thought he was a god of war... It looked like nothing could have touched him except the blood of his enemies.

A scout was quickly dispatched to see if the enemy army is completely gone.

When the scout returned and Jaus in the bath...

The scout confirmed it. All of them were crushed. The king rushed to Jaus who was having his bath.

Uic: "Jaus... What magic did you use?"

Jaus: "Fire Curtain and Dark Shield. Nothing else."

Uic: "But those are defensive magic... It doesn't benefit the strength of a human... You truly are mysterious... What are you..?"

Jaus: "You only need to refer to me as Jaus. You can also call me a monster. Your daughter knows how old I actually am. Ask her if you want my age. But my species will remain a mystery for now. King. Now... I want to bathe in peace. It takes a while for blood to wash off doesn't it? I also need to get back to the academy. It's about 15 days away from here right?"

Uic: "Indeed. My daughter is at the academy already probably. I don't think anybody will fight us if they know about your existance... And the beast kingdom... We can handle them for now."

The King leaves and Jaus finishes his bath in 3 hours.

New clothing was already left for him at the door of the tent where he was bathing in. When he walked out and put on new clothing... Everybody stared at him. They looked at him like they were looking at a monster or a god of war.

He went to sleep and when he woke up a horse was already waiting for him.

He left and rode towards the academy.

He rode for 17 days straight. Well counting the many stops the horse had to take to eat and drink. Jaus didn't need to eat or drink as often as the horse.

When he arrived at the academy he showed the gatekeeper his sign of approval into the academy. The moment he entered... He was surrounded by the teachers and the headmaster. All casting magic and defensive barriers and seals on Jaus.

Headmaster: "You... What are you... When you entered we felt that something very strong and powerful came into our barrier..."

Jaus: "I am... Jaus. A knight. Serving under the king and protector of Jera. I believe she is here already. With Rui and Nil."

Headmaster: "Indeed... But we first need approval from Jera... To know if you are truly the rumoured Jaus..."

A teacher runs off to get Jera. Two minutes pass and Jera comes rushing around the corner crying.

Jera: "JAUS! YOU CAME! ALIVE!"

Jaus: "I did. It wasn't such a big a deal as I thought. Now... Can you explain to these... Teachers... What I am doing here. I don't want to hurt them right now."

Jera: "Headmaster! Teachers! Stand down! The man infront of you is truly Jaus! Any illusion magic would have been undone when coming inside! And he looks exactly like Jaus!"

When the headmaster and the teacher stop casting magic Nil and Rui come around the corner.

Lamia's and such are known servants of royals.

Nil: "Jaus! Where were you! I couldn't see you afture you saved me!"

Rui: "Big brother Jaus!!!"

They rush to the side of Jaus and hug him where as Jera hesitates.

Nil arrogantly says: "So.. You don't want to be at the side of Jaus?"

Jera: "Not that... It's just not sightly for a princess to hug a mere knight... Even if it a titled knight..."

Nil: "It does not matter"

Nil hugs Jaus even more tightly but soon notices something.

Nil: "Jaus... You... You have a scent of blood."

Jaus: "Ah... Thought a Lamia would pick up that scent of blood I couldn't get off my body."

Nil: "What did you do...?"

Jaus: "I slaughtered the enemy army. Alone."

Everybody stops and looks at Jaus. Soon a message comes and the messager reads it outloud.

Messanger: "King Uic is proud to declare that Knight Jaus has single-handedly killed all the 2 million enemies. The way he did it is a mystery but he saved our kingdom from devastation so he is declared one of the Three War Kings of the kingdom."

Jera's jaw drops to the floor and so do all the royals and the headmasters and teachers.

Nil: "War King?"

Jera: "That means... He is... A king of war... You have to take down atleast 1000 people single-handedly in one battle straight... But Jaus killed 2 million... The Kings of war are the most powerful humans in the Beast Continent who aren't blessed by goddesses..."

Nil: "So something very big?"

Jera: "Indeed... This means he is greater than any royal... And..."

Jera hugs Jaus aswell.

Jera: "A princess should be honored to have one as their guard. The two other kings are arrogant because of their titles and don't want to serve the royal family... I hope that you won't be like that Jaus."

Jaus: "I won't. Arrogance can kill a person."

Jaus and the girls walk off and the girls show Jaus to his room. It is placed next to Jeras room and Nils and Ruis room is opposite of his room.

They are on a manor-like building near the main campus.

The school arc has officialy begun as people said.
