『30 minutes earlier』

I keep running and running without rest and go as fast as I can to save Vanecia.

I can't rest right here, not before I save her. Suddenly, the 『Trace』 magic effect start waning.

The light is slowly dissipating. I guess I know the cause, it's because I feel so tired and of course

it affect my magic power also. I remember the location of the building that kept Vanecia inside so even

if the 『Trace』 magic dissipated now, I still can go to the marked location and save her. The problem is,

I don't know if something happened around there and she's moved somewhere else. I can't tell her exact location

nor situation without the 『Trace』 magic so it would be troublesome. Ah well... After I reach the destination, I'll

just need to be careful not to get caught by the guards. The problem is wether or not I can be caught but they could

just call their reinforcement to arrest me and of course fighting many of them with this tired condition and no magic

would be sooooo troublesome *meh*.

After a long long long and long marathon run to the neighboring town, atlast I've arrived to the marked

location by 『Trace』 It was a big abandoned building.... Eh wait, look closely it's like a fortress. Well whatever it is,

I must go save her immediately.

Since I don't know where she is nor the safe way to get in, I go to the backside of the abandoned.... fortress or whatever it's called

and make a hole using my light magic. I focus my magic into a sharp light of blade and cut the wall slowly.

『Now back to the present time』

"Lion....Save us!"

It was faint but, it's Vanecia's voice. She's calling for help! I don't care about cutting the wall slowly anymore so I just

crash the wall in. Inside the wall, Vanecia is being strangled by one of the guard there. And on the corner of the... I guess this is food

storage... There's two kids lying around looks in pain. The guard looks surprised as I just get inside by crashing the wall. Using the chance,

I immediately cut the guard's hand with my sword and catch Vanecia from falling. She passed out, I cannot forgive him for doing this to her

but I can't let my anger get the better of me. This is not the time for that, I must get out from here first and find a place to hide.

But how could I carry these two kids? I'm not strong enough to carry all three of them altogether.

Oh, one of them still conscious. It was the rabbit girl.

"O-Onii-chan... Please help us run from here, I...I can help carry Mimi out from here"

I suppose Mimi is the catgirl.

"Alright, sorry I'm not strong enough to carry all of you"

"It's fine, Ichigo is strong after all!"

And then I suppose that Ichigo is her name. We then immediately escape from the fortress, but before that. I make the guard

unconscious first. It would be problem if he tell the others and chase after us before we can hide.

After we escaped from the fortress, we run to the nearby forest to hide. But I don't think the bad guys are that stupid

not to notice their prisoners....slaves.... or hostage? Well I go with slave for now since the woman on cloak from yesterday

said want to sell Vanecia as slave. Yeap, I don't think the bad guys are that stupid to not notice their slaves gone.

And the guard should regain consciousness anytime by now.

I want to leave them here and go fight all those bad guys by myself but what if they came here and attack the girls while

I'm inside? Thinking so, I decided to continue running away deeper into the forest.

"Let's rest here for awhile!"

There's a river nearby, I decided we sould rest awhile here. I keep on guard to detect if there's any enemy nearby.

Looks like we safe for now. I then drink the water from the river, it was so cold and refreshing.

A few moment later, Vanecia woke up. I immediately went to her position asking if she was okay and asking if

there's anything traumatic happened to her.

"Vanecia, are you okay? Does anything traumatic happened to you? I know there's alot of bad thing happened to you

since you were kidnapped but I hope it left no scars in your heart. And sorry for asking it so immediately after you just

woke up, Im really worried about you!"

I then embrace her, I was so worried. I feel like my heart is going to burst out once I see her gone. She then embrace me back

saying "It's okay. Im fine! Nothing really bad happened to me!" It's good... Im glad... If there was I don't think I could hold

my emotion back and just massarce those bad guys after I heard it from her.

"Alright Vanecia, I know it's sudden but could you keep watching these two girls? I got business to take care of

with those guys who kidnap you all"

"Ichigo,Mimi! Thank god you both were okay..."

"Onee-chan! Glad you were okay! B-But Mimi has passed out.."

"Don't worry! I'll keep both of you safe until Lion return!"

"Aye! We trust in Onee-chan!"

"A-Alright, but Lion be careful okay? We'll be waiting here! And I got a favor to ask you but...."

"What is it? Tell me what you wanted to ask!"

"I know it's troublesome but.. C-Can you also free all of the other slaves inside? I-I know it might be hard

even for you.....But I just can't stand it seeing them suffering there."

"Don't worry I'll save them all! It's no trouble at all! Just wait me here and I'll be back with those guys safely!"

"Be careful Onii-chan!"

"Aye!"

I then run back to the fortress to save all the captured slaves and punish all those bad guys. I won't kill them....maybe.

I'll just punish them so bad and let the Imperial Guards take care of the rest.
