In the morning, Ayva hosted the annual secret meeting between the three childhood friends from the village.

Eliza was in one corner, her face serious. Leonel was in the other corner. Ayva was in the middle, glancing coolly at them.

It was at this moment that princess Aries walks into Leonel's room without knocking.

"Hey Leonel- Ugh, what are you guy doing here?"

Eliza looks annoyed at the disruption to their meeting. She glances over to Ayva who glances over to Leonel.

Leonel who got the message starts smiling in a friendly way at princess Aries. He puts his hand on the door and the wall, subtly blocking her. Taking her hand, Leonel leads her outside and exchange some simple greeting. Then he promises to meet during breakfast.

All the while this is happening, both Eliza and Ayva is inside with Eliza looking very annoyed. Ayva laughed causing Eliza to hit him. He laughed harder.

After sweeping the princess off her feet, Leonel subtly sent her away so as not to interrupt their annual secret meeting.

The princess was very flustered, but regains some of her wits ducking her head inside Leonel's room again.

"Ah, but what are you guy doing there? Can I come in?"

"Don't worry, we are just talking about something. It will be over quickly."

"Can I come in?" Princess Aries repeats in a childish way. Eliza starts getting ticked. She glances at Ayva. Ayva glances at Leonel again, who starts acting a bit more aggressive.

"Please get out of my room."

"Ah, alright."

"We will meet at breakfast princess."

Finally, the princess left. Both Ayva and Eliza let out a breath in synchronization. Looking at eachother in puzzlement, Eliza quickly turns away.

"I feel bad about leaving her out of this." Finally Ayva said.

Today, the three childhood friends are talking about [Evra]'s business. More specifically, the notice

[Evra] has leveled up

[Evra] skill can be increased

"I said leave her out of this, we don't know her that much." Eliza said.

But then, she acts a bit more reasonable.

"Perhaps if it was Micah, we can tell him something. He already knows something about [Evra] after all. But for now, let's keep this a secret."

Leonel glances at Ayva and Eliza and then nods

"Alright."

"So, I have called you all today to discuss about our strategy. I can now gain two extra skills from two set of skills specifically.

The first set of skill is called [Warrior]. It involved physical combat skills similar to Leonel. The second set of skill is called [Priest]. It involved healing spell and blessing similar to you Eliza. To be more effective in combat, I want to hear your opinion on what I should take."

Eliza frowns upon hearing it.

"Wait, aren't [Mass Heal Greater Wound], [Heal Greater Wound] and blessing in general are Goddess given power? What do mean you can take it? Are you saying that Evra was a woman of the faith too?"

Eliza also has theories in general about her friend's [Evra] persona. In general, she also believes that Ayva is a reincarnation of [Evra] and that [Evra] used to be a hero. However, her theories went further, she hypothesizes that ever since Ayva said, he can [Level up] and gets stronger with new skill, it is him becoming closer to his [Evra] persona, and so gain more of her skills.

However, she does not know how she feels about it. She thought that Evra was excessively violent. She was not swayed by [Evra]'s beauty like other, she was more shocked by the violent.

She also hypothesizes that it was [Evra]'s violent nature that is affecting Ayva's [curse].

She called it that because it is nothing but a curse.

Everytime the boy hits something, it will kill them, violently. The boy cannot stop. Everytime he hits, he hits four times, no exception. With that pointy spear of his, he literally pasted people over the forest's ground.

Eliza hated that barbarism.

"If blessings come from the Goddess, perhaps this is proof that the Goddess gives her permission to help us. It is not bad to have two healers in our team, one main healer and one back up." Leonel said

"Yeah, at the start, I think I will only be able to use [Heal Lesser Wound]. Even if I advance further down the skill tree and gain [Heal Greater Wound], I don't think my [Heal Greater Wound] would be comparable to a normal priest." Ayva interjects.

It was very simple.

He, [the player], built [Evra] stupid.

As in, 10 is the average intelligent for the human race, Evra has 8, as a consequence, Ayva has 8 too. It was below standard and so won't power a healing spell that much. The two most important stats that affect the [Heal Wound] line are INT and END. [Evra]'s END is the average 10.

So, with a below average INT and an average END, there is no way Ayva could be a main healer. If it was for some tactical situation than maybe, but definitely not a main healer. After all, his MP is just barely enough for him to use his low cost rogue skill.

"What about blessing then? However, I would hesitate to disregard healing for blessing. We are going to war, there are many situation where a backup healer is necessary." Eliza raises her hand and looks over Ayva as if saying 'What do you think?'

"Well, there is also another way. I could eventually use both low level healing spell and blessing, however, the drawback is that I won't be able to use the most powerful healing spell and blessing." Ayva said

"Now just wait a minutes, let's not make that decision yet. Let's take a look at the skill." Leonel says

"Alright" Ayva nods and writes out a list

After looking at it, suddenly Eliza nods

"I think for now Bless is the best for our situation. For now healing scrapes and cuts is not useful"

"I concur." Leonel says

Ayva nods at them and clicks Bless on his status page.

"What about the warrior's skill?"

"Um, Ayva, this Defensive stance and Aggressive stance, I don't know what stance they are, but if they are just stance, couldn't you learn it normally?"

"However, I don't know any stance, even when I attack that bandit, I was only using my raw strength and speed, I don't know how to use a lance."

"Aeana..." Eliza said

"Alright correction, I don't know how to use a weapon, but know how to use my fist." With a boxer background, Ayva didn't know he would have to use that skill set in this life. Beside it is stupid to use your fist on a battlefield anyway.

That was why immediately, when Aeana tried to grab him in that fight, Ayva's first instinct was that he would be fucked when she grappled with him. However, he was a lot stronger than she was, so much so that he could have probably killed her and broke her bone through her guard. Thankfully, the first thing he learned was how to control the power in his fist. With that strength, even if he was caught in a lockhold, he could probably brute force through it. That was the power of power in a fight.

"Still, you could learn it right? What about these [Strength], [Slash], [Thrust] and [Power Strike]?"

Strangely, none of those skills concise with Leonel. So, Leonel's [Resolve], [Single Strike] and [Sweeping Strike] were truly unique. Not that Ayva knows much about it considering that he does not have a warrior in his party.

"[Strength] uh, huh? It is a an adrenaline rush on demand."

"Adrenaline rush?" Leonel inquires

"It is a burst of strength on demand. I think that in the real world, it means I could somewhat ignore pain too." Ayva said

"[Slash], [Thrust] and [Power Strike] are sword, spear and mace technique respectively. They are single strike ability that imbue the attack with supernatural strength. It is more powerful than normal attack. However, they are locked to their specific weapons. They also unlock higher power version of their skill later on too. [Slash] the sword technique can unlock [Sweep] which strikes multiple enemies."

"Like my [Sweeping Strike]?"

"Yeah, probably, I haven't seen your sweeping strike yet."

"Well, it is a skill that is similar to your description but could be used with all weapons."

Wow, it is a straight up upgrade. Leonel was actually as broken as expected.

"[Thrust] can eventually unlock [Death Calling] which is uh... an ultimate attack. Let just say it breaks every limit of the world and straight up ignore enemies' defense and resistance. Even if the enemies couldn't physically be hurt by a physical attack, they will. It is amazing actually, however it is one single attack. I don't see how useful it will be."

As a rogue that can hit multiple times and crit multiple time, Ayva fails to see how one single super powerful attack can be compared to multiple godlike crit in one turn.

"Let's ignore it for now if you say so then." Eliza adds to the secret council

"[Power Strike] makes you hit harder. Like, so much harder with a mace and other blunt weapons. It hits harder than Slash and Thrust but has a chance to miss. I don't like it."

"So [Slash] and [Strength]. But Ayva does not use sword does he?" Eliza frowns

"I actually do but..." Ayva remembers a certain beautiful sword

"But I have a habit of using multiple weapons. We will be using multiple weapons later on anyway. So [Strength] it is then."

Eliza nods. Leonel nods. Ayva nods.

The three look at eachother and then nods in synchronization.

Ayva clicks on his status screen. Finally, Eliza throws her hand up

"Finally, the annual secret meeting concluded!"
