Naruto just turned 5 and he was very happy. He finaly had someine being nice to him. A strange old man would come by and play games with him in the park. His name was rob.

The old man enjoyed chess naruto was not good at it, but jenga was fun. They would play and strangly enough no bullies came by when rob was there. But when rob left that was a different story.

The bullies came back in full force. But naruto was not the same as before. He would dash up a tree and make shadow clones to escape and leave the bullies behind. Such a usefull jutsu.

It was not an exaguration to say that merchant changed narutos life. Only when he finaly entered the academy did naruto understand how much.

Now that thats over we have physical training. Groan moaned many in the class but not naruto he still kept up with the regimen, 100s of push ups sit ups and a 3 mile run a day in the forbidden forest hehe. Not bad for a 5 year old.

Iruka led the class out to the training ground ok class no this is a proper push up everyone watch me as i demonstrate the excercises.

As expected mumbled iruka all of the clan kids have no problem... oh narutos doing fine thats unexpected. Very well. .. after 30 torturous minutes all but naruto and another kid where out cold.

Very well class we will take a break and go eat lunch , you two hold up for a minute. Yes sensei replied naruto and the other boy.

Did anyone aid you two in physical exercises iruka asked. Naruto said yes sensei the merchant ed gave me training before he left. Needless to say this shocked the teacher. A merchent you say very well.

Um what can i do for you replied naruto. It would be nice to have a training partner who can keep up care two hang out. Naruto stunned looked said it all. Um the other kids will mess with you if you hang out with me he said.

Nah that wont happen chad held out his hand, they cant get into the clan compound you see my family is rather well known in the village.. though most are creaped out by us.

Sure if youll have me ill be glad to train with you and so naruto made his first friend asside from ed.

After lunch sensei started the class on stretches and a light jog. Okay now class you have to run laps, this followed a great deal of running. Half an hour later only 3 kids were still doing laps. Naruto, chad, and a girl named betty guy (not sure guy senseis last name or if he was clanned adding family in).

Iruka was having fun watching the torture sesion, ie training. Ah good to be in charge. Thats when mizuki chan came up to him and wispered.. we have to go theres been trouble the hokage has summoned all chunin.

What happened iruka asked worriedly. Not mant know yet but the entire uchiha clan was wiped out last night oly a 3 year old saske survived. Ok class every one will be in self study untill 3pm class take a break
