Seriom District, a once populated community of country of ceris but became isolated after the vampires appeared. After the first war broke out between vampire and humanity. The Seriom District became their battlefield causing half of population to evacuate and the other half to became collateral damage. After this district lost it's population, vampires inhabit it and became their main HQ completely isolating this place from Ceris Goverment's control. Inside of the The former city hall of this district, In a dark room there's a girl standing in middle of a curved long table with 15 vampires standing side by side and interrogating her.

"What happened to your comrades you're the only one that came back alive amd most of all unscathed."

"Explain yourself or else we'll treat you as a traitor and execute you."

The girl being questioned is none other than the same girl in the conference incident the same girl that furishiro let escape. She became scared of council's threathening but she remembered what furushiro told her. She stated everything calmly.

"Sir. They all perished at the hands of a single hunter."

"What? a single hunter? are you out of your mind?"

The expression of the council is reasonable it really is impossible for a single hunter to kill the whole group they send because of it's numbers and also because the one leading it, zerith is a high ranking vampire.

"Sir, may i continue speaking?"

"Yes we really need an explanation about this."

The girl continued her talk.

"The hunter's name is unknown but as i saw he's weilding a black long sword as well as a handgun on his other hand. He's speed is also remarkable. He said that after hearing what i just said you'll know who he is."

The whole council became tense and talked with each other continuously.

The girl walk through the door and went outside.

One of the vampire in the council talked while panicking.

"What should we do? If he will interferre then our plan will be ruined after all his fighting prowess is frightening. The Crusaria can also send him to wipe us anytime."

The other vampire responded to him calmly.

"Don't worry, I'm sure Crusaria won't make a crucial move just yet and also a little more time and our plan will smoothly proceed, after all we have an ally inside Crusaria."
