However, Ge Liang was finally at the strength of Trash High-Grade, and on the pill he was Beginner Medium-Grade! What an amazing strength.... However, to progress, he required 1000 EXP points, as the jump from Trash to Beginner was such a big jump that it required many experience points. At least he was at Trash High-Grade now... using his pill, that was more than enough to subdue the opponents he had to fight to finish his quest! Ge Liang wanted to complete this quest in the hopes of getting some more wheel and gacha spins.... those were so good! Hopefully he got more items like the strength pill and inspiration powder... he could easily become a god with those items. Also, Ge Liang was curious about the higher level ones... if the lower level rewards were this good, then the higher level rewards... he could already feel himself salivating. With a question from his sister, he jerked back into the real world, and promptly fell asleep. The next day at work, he looked for the victim in the cafeteria. Ge Liang guessed it was time to step in... even without the system's quest one could certainly see there was something wrong! He consumed the pill, and suddenly all his insides felt turned inside out, with fire burning his organs and fingers and legs and *whoosh* the pain went away. That pill eating sensation was not fun, Ge Liang reflected. He went over into the corner, and called out, loudly, "Can you even be classified as humans, beating up on that innocent co-worker? What sort of monsters are you?" There was one member of the group who was clearly the leader, with muscles and tattoos all over his body. He called out: "And what does that have to do with you? Don't you dare step in on our business... This kid didn't pay up to us and that's why we are beating him." Liu Qiu spoke up: "They're extorting me for money every day! Please help and save me...." Ge Liang decided that he had talked enough already, and started beating up the members of the group. With his inhuman strength, it was almost too easy. Every single person in the cafeteria looked on with eyes wide open as the normal, skinny looking assistant manager started beating the hell out of established gang members who had been oppressing them all for a very long time. "Is that person an angel, sent to save us?" "How is he human, beating gang members up in a 1v6 fight without any weapons?" Ge Liang felt a rush deep in his bones that he couldn't ignore. He had wanted to be a hero and receive praise like that for all his life. Just like that, the system's notification sounded.
