Chapter 18 : learning to concoct pill in number of thousands at once

Kai, after parting with suxin returned to his dorm and slept for a while which was already 1 day for him. He was thinking about stabilizing the foundation of his alchemy. He still remembers that in emperor domination novel , mc concocts the alchemy pill like frying vegetables.

If it is done in right way one can concoct pill of creation , a pill that can help others to rebuild their destroyed body and even soul , a pill that can even give others powerful physic , a pill that can even let others use power of heaven and earth, a pill that can grant immortality.

If one use it for evil , they can concoct pill of destruction . Pill that can kill anyone even immortals , pill that can dry heaven and earth , pill that make others loose their powers , pill that can grant evil powers , a pill that is absolute dangerous.

Alchemy is very dangerous professional , one thought to create , one thought to destroy. "

Kai clenched his fists and looked determination and said " I have decided what my dao for alchemy shall be ? My dao of alchemy shall be absolute. Absolute will not only be for refinement but also for nourishment. Dao absolute shall be my alchemy from today " with that he teared the space and appeared outside of alchemy association .

He walked inside the hall and looked at yue tang . She didn't recognise him at first , only when he showed her his identity did she recognised him.

" what a surprise to have you here, I thought we wouldn't meet again " she joked with him . Kai replied in teasing tone " how can I miss a beauty like you ?"

Yue and kai teased each others before kai came to main topic " I will be using one of rank 2 practicing hall so don't let anyone in " yue nodded .

" oh by the way , every alchemist working in alchemy association needs to concoct hundred pills that are same rank as your alchemy rank " she gave him some information before kai left .

Rank 2 hall was same as before but there were few other types of ingredients that are needed to concoct rank 2 pills .

Rank 2 alchemy books and instructions were on those bookshelves. There were lots of materials compare to rank 1 .

He began to read all those rank 2 alchemy books until he memorised them. His favourite ability 《 time domain 》was full on display. He didn't negotiate with his learning.

Once he focus on something he would never try to laze around and only focus on them.

After one years of learning inside his 《 time domain 》, he was finally prepared to go. First , he will learn to focus , at once he wants to at least focus on thousand pill refinement.

He sat down on lotus position and began to meditate. He was trying to see his surrounding through six sense or also could say with third eye .

Closing his eyes , he began to feel the surrounding through his senses . He trained in seeing , hearing and feeling until he was able do them .

It took 5 years for him to feel his surrounding even when his eyes were close and he wasn't directly touching them . He could see them but only can guess what kind of shape the object have and not what they are ? Hear even a smallest sound in the range of 2 meter .

Slowly time passed and his time cheating ability proved him once again that he is not a fucking genius. He took 300 years just to master over hearing , feeling and seeing . If there was a stage divided for this training than he would have been at least one step away from pinnacle level .

So why do they need to be refined ? Because those energies would return to heaven and earth the moment it gets destroyed while doing alchemy. Alchemist refines them so the spiritual energies stored in them would not return back to heaven and earth .

Why do they need to get nourished even after they are nourished by heaven and earth energy ? It is because their root absorbs the impurities from earth while absorbs impure energies through their leaves . Oxygen - hydrogen - oxygen , there is also a process between spiritual plants.

Spiritual plants breaths spiritual energies that are being wasted on them which fills the surrounding environment. In return they absorbs heaven and earth energies in order to produce more spiritual cells in them . Let's take spiritual cells for type of cells that let's the plant produce and store spiritual energies. And if the plant can no longer store those spiritual energies than they began to change the process of absorbing and Instead breaths luxurious spiritual qi . In process of breathing , it inhales impure energies.

He took out bunch of spirit grasses and walked to near furnace and sat next to cauldron.

Placing all those spirit grasses he began to refine 10 spirit grasses at once , means that his mind can now focus 10 place at once. But it didn't end there, he began to slowly focus on cultivating too . While he was refining ten spirit grasses, he was also cultivating. But he wasn't cultivating to increase his cultivation instead he was using the spiritual qi to refine every single meridians and nourish every single dantians.

He looked around and far away from him , there was a land , tress and grass were growing. On the surface there was someone standing and looking at him . Kai also just looked at him.

The one that was watching him was an ape . The ape was 10 meter huge but only because kai was many thousand miles away . The ape was covered in silver fur and had silver eyes , long tail moving behind his back . His arms looked huge and brutal . The silver ape gave the vibe of immemorial beast that had lived for billions of years . The silver ape turned around and left deep in the forest .

Kai just kept watching his back , finally he decided to walk toward that land where that silver ape was .

Don't know how long it took him , only when he reached the land did he felt terror in his heart. When he reached the land , he found out that the tress that seem only 30-40 meter tall and grass that seem to be tiny were actually a titan size plants .

The trees were 100 meter or more tall ,the grass was even 50-60 meter tall . And that silver ape was almost reaching those tallest tree before.

" what the hell ?? " he turned and watched the place where the silver ape had walked away.

The time slowly passed and finally he began to learn many ways of refining, he mastered the refinement to the level where he could refine them without sweating.

He went to enlightenment, he used everything in his enlightenment . He tried to use only his dao of alchemy , his mind was alchemy , his pursuit was alchemy .

His body was cauldron , his spiritual qi was flame , his mind was heaven while his heart was earth , his soul was ingredients, his spirit was alchemy flame . He went to seclusion for many years that even he didn't know about before gaining small insight in alchemy so he didn't got out of his enlightenment seeking mission.

He kept on cultivating , insight after insight, he finally realised that insight was a way to gain enlightenment. At first he received insight of destruction than second time he gained insight of chaos , than creation than he saw huge world getting destroyed by mysterious power , than that mysterious power refined the power of world . Than it nourished the power of world than created the world once again , than finally the mysterious power actually devoured the world and planted it inside the mysterious power's body like it was seed . Later the world grew up to become the mythical tree — world tree .

Kai opened his eyes and told himself " so the secret of alchemy is this terrifying , truly terrifying. Alchemy can refine the world and nourish them to become the seed of world tree . I don't have that much ability right now but I can at least refine some plants, dead body and so on and nourish them with energies before planting them inside my spiritual world .

If it was other than they would have to think about replenishing their spiritual energies but for me , I will use wood seal as sun and time seal as stars in my spiritual world just for my spiritual garden .

He stood up and began to master over controls over everything related to alchemy . It took him many years once again before he worked on increasing his mental power. His mental power was already getting trained from the beginning so it didn't took him long enough. He was even able to obtain one seal from seal scripture but he didn't had any use for any seals .

He slide the thought of selecting the seal at side and focused on concocting thousand pills at once .

" whoosh " thousands of wood flame and earth flame lit up as kai waved his right hand in the air , as he moved his both hands in the air , those flames began flying.

Using his spiritual control that is one of important ability for alchemist , he lifted thousands of alchemy ingredients in the air .

They all began to burn themselves in the flame , wood flame and earth flames began to dance with each others. Because kai was using wood seal ability 《 recover 》 and time seal ability 《 time domain 》 , his energy replenishing ability was quick .

But even so , his forehead began to sweat in a cold beads of sweats. Like a myriad world and milky way, those flames and ingredients began to synchronized with each others.

"Zzz" those ingredients began to unleash sounds of something being burned and fried .

The ingredients weren't even touched but only impurities were being burned and getting nourished .

Those all ingredients began to slowly move inside the cauldron after getting successfully refine and nourish , kai's focus and concentration was so sharp that once he detected those ingredients that hasn't been properly refined and nourished , he would separate them and repeat the process .

After storing those alchemy ingredients inside the cauldrons , kai closed his eyes and looked through the cauldron. He was watching every single process of concoction , his third eye was displaying it's powerful see through ability.

Once he notice the process going wrong he would control the temperature of flame , his feeling sense was full on displaying. And by hearing ability , he would know the more clear details of concoction. If the process of concoction isn't going well then there would be no sounds of energies burning and only ingredients burning like cooking foods.

Slowly the energies burned inside those alchemy ingredients and began to loose their harmful properties.

Kai began to slowly control all the ingredients and fuse with each others. Concocting thousands of pills at once , the whole room was filled with fragrance of alchemy pills.

Slowly , without any hurries he used his alchemy talents. He may have began to learn alchemy only one day ago but he had spent his time on learning alchemy for thousands of years . He may have came to this world only month ago but he had learnt martial arts and spend his time in this world thousands of years because of his 《 time domain 》. In fact he was a thousands of years old monster. A man who has lived his life thousands of years if we count his time that he had spent in his 《 time domain 》.

But his bone age only says that he is fucking 1 month. Let the author explain : his age is 16 , but his body was destroyed and rebuilt just month ago which made it only 1 month and not some 16 years , after all bones can't develop in blink of eyes unless one forced the time to move faster for the bone. And his body wasn't affected by his 《 time domain 》so it was safe.
