As Li Deshi (old man from last chapter) was standing up he said to Ven An "mmm what immense Spiritual energy... hahaha even i can barely sense it but its all condensed into one spot" Ven An was confused as what was happening and asked "What do you mean? What are you talking about? Is it Yuan Li?!" Li Deshi was currently closing his eyes trying to find the person and this was Zhou Ye. As Ven An was being ignored she simply left while saying "humph!" and went to a big camp which was her own.

However as he was trying to find the one with immense mental energy (Zhou Ye) a middle aged man came who was wearing majestic silver armour with one golden stripe and was apart of the Zhenren Grand Imperial forces and he was a Captain who was at Peak Spirit Master just a step away from Spirit Lord and he came to Li Deshi and yelled out in a deep and loud voice while kneeling down "Great lord! I am Captain Aiguo of the Imperial Forces i am here to inform you that the Spiritual test has started!" Li Deshi however ignored him and continued and thought to himself "I m close.. SO VERY CLOSE!" The captain once again said "Oh Great Lord My name is Captain Aiguo my apologises If my humble self has offended you but the Spiritual test has started!"

As he said this he was intensely sweating and Li Deshi was getting closer and closer and as he did Zhou Ye was walking near the Spiritual test building slowly with Ye Cheng talking about how they should join Lightning Hall. Zhou Ye said "We should probably join Lightning Hall! i think its best for us!" Lightning Hall was near their city however The golden fire sect was closer but Zhou Ye disliked the Golden Fire Sect since it practiced fire and not lightning. Ye Cheng may of been 1 year older than Zhou Ye however he was not that mature as the only real battle he saw was the destruction of his home city by the Han Family. Because of this as well as that Zhou Ye was a bit taller and muscular than Ye Cheng he would usually listen to Zhou Ye and call him elder brother however Ye Yin knew the real age of Zhou Ye and called him simply brother instead.

Zhou Ye however learnt alot from Tang Xuan since the past few months and by speculation he believed it would likely take the energy of a soul cultivator perhaps enlightened to reawaken Tang Xuan whilst this wasn't alot what was truly needed was time to recover and the energy would only hasten the recovery of course this was only a speculation. The mental test building was getting more crowded and filled as Zhou Ye walked closer and Li Deshi thought to himself "Close, close, close just a bit closer... I can almost see his FIGURE! ahaha I'm so close to seeing who this new genius is! Not even that old fart of a Ven Country Ancestor could begin to compare! Perhaps that Teng Ancestor could.. But anyway this is likely latent talent and the figure is a young boy hehe I'll surely take him as my disciple!"

As Li Deshi was talking to himself his crooked smile turned to a happy smile and as he did the mental test building became almost completely full and soon 10 full minutes passed Aiguo would not dare to speak out since Li Deshi ignored him and seemed busy the mental test was supposed to be faciliated by both Ven An and Li Deshi however they were both not leaving their respective dwellings! Another 20 minutes passed and 10-12 year olds were getting quite bored and noisy the five sects were watching in the background waiting for Li Deshi to make his appearance however he didn't whilst this was happening Ye Cheng said "Elder brother Ye where do you think the tester is? I m getting pretty bored here.." Ye Cheng started to sleep and Zhou Ye sighed and thought to himself "Where is he..."

At this point one of the Inner elders of the Yun Star Sect demanded to know why the tester was not there yet and said "You! Captain of the Imperial Army tell me at once where that tester is!?" The elder was able to tell that he was a captain as normal soldiers wore bronze armours whilst the elite normal soldiers worse bronzes with silver stripes with there being 1-3 stripes and Sergeants wore silver armours and the captains wore Silver armours with 1 golden stripe and those higher the generals who managed the mortal armies and spirit armies (Spirit cultivators only) wore golden armours with the highest having diamonds stripes ranging from 1-3 like bronze and silver. (Bronze, Striped 1-3 Silver, Silver, Striped 1-3 Gold, Gold, Striped 1-3 Diamond) The highest level within the army was a Great Soul however the only ones that actually went to battle were Spirit stage cultivators and they were hardened by battle as well as bandits which were allowed to exist as long as they didn't destroy a province or pester a domain to try and give the army ways to test themselves.

The Captain replied "This one's name is Aiguo my apologies but the tester is currently busy.. he would like if he was not disturbed" The Captain dared not to disturb Li Deshi as he seemed busy whilst he thought that the Yun Star Sect was bigger if one compared who had his life in more hands it would be Li Deshi since Yun Star Sect lacked much power in Ven Country. The elder grew furious however calmed down and said "Then i myself will see him!" As he did the Captain did not stop him or rather he dared not to and slowly followed the elder.

While this was all going on Zhou Ye was lieing down while watching Ye Cheng fast asleep however others will still very active Zhou Ye suddenly felt a chill and Li Deshi was thinking "FINALLY i can see the face slowly making shape at last i am going to see him!" Li Deshi was overjoyed and he came extremely close and started to get vety excited until he heard a voice which distrubed him this was none other than the elder who had asked where the tester was. The voice was loud and demanding and its words were "What is taking you so long? Whilst you are a tester do you not think this is bending the rules a bit? This is far enough!"

Li Deshi's quiet meditation was completely ruined and he was extremely angry and then he started to emit an aura and in the span of a few seconds the elder was on the floor coughing out mouthfuls of blood as this was happening Li Deshi said "How... dare you... I was so close" Li Deshi got his index finger and this thumb and put them up as if they were showing a distance (when you hold your hand up and you seperate your index finger and thumb usually its square shape to show a small amount of distance, time needed or something like that or imagine someone grabbing something very small with only the thumb and index finger and think that the small thing represents distance or time needed). Li Deshi in rage said "THIS CLOSE" the words aloned crushed the elder and luckily Li Deshi was able to see a bit of the face of Zhou Ye if not than the elder would likely of been dead by now.

The elder replied "My greatest apologies i was not aware that you were busy senior! If i had known than i truly wouldn't have done what i have just did even if i was 1000 times more courageous..." Li Deshi's rage was still there infact it got a bit visible on his face as his veins were showing and he said "Tell noone about this matter now disappear from my sight!" The elder then limped away and as he did Li Deshi followed him and came onto the large numbers of youth's then said "Welcome.. I am this year's tester unfortunately due to an event i was a bit late.. but now we can start!" Li Deshi wasn't completely angry as he could see part of Zhou Ye's face and was confident he would find him now.

As he said this 10 people appeared and then Li Deshi continued and said "These people will test you with a crystal ball this crystal orb is something that noone on the continent can alter!" As he said this all the youth's got amazed and this was a fact about the crystal ball it was based off an immortal artifact however the more important thing was the material it was made of it was none other than Century Wood and a Milennium Gem stone shard these two materials were able to sense the potential of the person as they carried with them the lowest part of an Immortal Way. An Immortal Way was the way immortals took it could be from the Immortal way of wind to the next tier which was air as well as the Immortal way of flame to the next tier of Fire. The material's immortal way was the immortal way of Destiny and also Fate with little parts of the lowest ways choice. From the beginning was the Supreme Will then Divine Will which manifested into Divine Way and onto Primordial Will and Primordial Way and lower to True Will and True Way and the lowest Archaic Will and Archaic Way. Supreme Will represents the entire universe whilst Divine Will and Way represents the centre of the universe and the Primordial Will and Way represents the vast immortal planes and True and Archaic Will and Ways represented the limitless mortal planets.

After all the crystal orb contained essence of the ways and was based of an immortal artifact and this artifact couldn't be changed unless an extremely powerful Immortal which was well versed in Destiny and Fate were to change it of course this crystal orb was merely based off it however an powerful immortal versed in Destiny and Fate would still be needed for it to be changed. The Crystal ball had 6 different grades from 1st-6th grade with 6th being the highest using the colors from 1st-6th Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Violet. The first test was giving a powerful Spiritual attack which most people would easily past and gave them the color red. The next test was a stronger mental attack which around half of the people would suceed and the other half fail ones that suceeded would gain Orange. This test involved having a powerful mind to not be broken by simple things this allowed for someone's heart to remain calm and the on the correct path.

After that was a vision one recieved if one lasted for the span of 10 seconds the crystal orb would turn Yellow and if they lasted the entire minute it would turn Green. This test was no easy test it would test their willpower and resilience the vision was created by the user's life and circumstances creating a world testing their heart as well as their dedication. Those who managed to have a Yellow talent were usually able to use their mind and manipulate objects on a small scale and those with Green talent were able to do so on an medium scale. Of course if one were to enter the Soul stage they to were also able to influence and manipulate objects however they could be affected by the likes of formations or arrays but mental power was unrestricted even by Soul stages formations... The manipulation allowed for users to create earthquakes, turn the seas as well as ways to crush their opponents. (Imagine a wave coming near you and you make it go the other way but to a bigger scale) (Soul attacks make no physical change to the body most of the time but mental attacks most of the time will)

In order to gain blue on needed to have an extremely powerful mind the crystal orb would search deep inside their mind those who attained blue were counted on their hands even on the entire continent they would be able to overturn the very sea's themselves and crush people with thoughts and cause tornadoes to come out of nowhere. Of course this was only after the one who attained it had trained in it greatly. The test for violet was the same but was several times harder infact noone on the entire continent had yet to reach violet they would be able to manipulate the entire mortal world if they were to realise the full potential they could change the will of the world.
