"Well, I've got nothing to lose here anyway." Thought sir Gagap as he replaced the dimming mana stone on the awakening instrument with the new one.

Little John has focused on gathering mana when he feel that the mana is dwindling.

'I've only open six, why is it getting harder to gather mana?'

He opened three magic viens on his right and left arm, but there are still five on his chest and four on his back.

Little John tried to open one last vien when the mana flow became stronger.

This made Jhon excited as he knows he can open more magic vien before the time is up.

After two minutes, old man Gagap look at the taller grandpa.

After all time is up and kids only have two minutes. Normally this time he would have stop the magic awakening instrument and let the next kid take over but the mana stone is from the taller guy.

There is also the identity of this guy, the principal of magic school just told Gagap that he's a VIP that must not be offended.

"Give the kid another one minute, I wanna see if he can open all 15 viens."

Sir Gagap can only agree. "Yes if course, what a lucky kid this little one is."

Before the three minutes are up, little John already opened all his 15 magic viens.

Since he didn't hear any instruction to stop this must mean his two minutes are no yet over.

Of course little John don't know what's happening around him since he had close his eyes since the old man Gagap turned on the magic device.

He don't know that he already surpassed the allotted time.

'Since there is still time its better if I try to gather mana in that space. Hopefully I can make it full with all the 15 viens taking mana.'

Too bad little John has just started when he heard old man Gagap saying times up.

Then the flow if mana stop so little John can only open his eyes.

"Not bad kid, I've heard it before but this is the first time I see someone opening all 15 magic viens, although you take almost three minutes." Says old man Gagap as he continue on removing the cuffs on little John's hand.

Jhon was surprised and ask old man. "Three minutes? Aren't we supposed to only have 2 minutes grandpa Gagap?"

"You should thank this sir for giving you another minute, in fact you won't take 2 minutes without this sirs mana stone since you already emptied the other one before your two minutes are up."

"Thank you grandpa...

This time little John know that he received a precious gift from the taller old man.

The taller old man laughs. "Mograine, you can call me grandpa Mograine. I helped you because I was curious and it really paid off since you really have a 'child of mana' physique."

Little John just look at Mograine with a questioning look for he really don't know what a child of mana is.

"I will tell you later, don't worry I will be staying here in Greenleaf village for a few days. "

Mograine says as he signals Jhon to return to his parents.

He was escorted by sir Gagap happily congratulated his parents saying that little John is very talented in magic and they must make sure his talent is not wasted by not training it by being lazy.

Happiness can clearly be seen in little John's father face.

A very talented mage, this evaluation of sir Gagap make him proud as parent.

"Sir Gagap has no need to worry, our son although young is very disciplined and hardworking.

We will also supervise him to not let his talent go to waste."

Old man Gagap let them go home and celebrate and told them to return tomorrow for little John's first lessons.

Sir Gagap after has many things to do like letting all the kids awaken then their is the warrior test this afternoon for the 8 years old kids and up.

There is only warrior test since no one has awakened from the villages in some years.

Little Mike is sad since he failed to awaken magic viens so little John can't be too happy in front of his friend.

He also console little Mike saying he can be a warrior as long as he continues his daily training with little John.

"I will train harder starting tomorrow, I will the strongest warrior if Greenleaf village."

Little Mike said as a proud smile finally return on his face.

Little John's dad smiles and told them. "After your morning trainings, I will teach you how to use a sword."

This made both kids happy when he heard little John's dad.
