Cloud of smoke rising high into the air. Fire, crater, small humanoid corpses to great beast corpses scatter everywhere. The mountain and earth split, even the sky look broken.
"Please comes back, its over now... so please...." a faint whisper drift within the wind, whisper that full of longing and sorrow comes from A lone man with a black tattered armour. He's kneelling on top of a mountain. That pose almost look like praying, if you exclude few spear that pierce his body and fix that position still.
In front of him stood a blue jewel bigger than a mountain. that blue jewel is an an iceberg so clear and so cold that even make you feel the chill aura from afar and even start to frezee the ground around it.
Within it trapped a beauty. More like a goddess. Each part of her is perfect. No word can describe her beauty. Her frozen face gaze upon the lone man, as if she's console him, and somehow a little guilty feeling feels within that gaze.
Near the man. A 6 meter tall body laid. The body is demonic, a long tail, and somehow look distorted even though it stay still.
"Hahah, do you see now? A tragic hero, useless, stupid strugle " a rumbling heavy voice heard from an almost severed head, with a broken ram horn protuding from the the side of the head."either way i still destroy this world... *cough. And you... *cough... you won nothing. Does it feels good to kill me? Hahahaha *cough
The lone man stay still. As if the demon voice doesnt even sound. He's just stare at the goddess.
Soon the voice fade and never echo again.
The day keep passing. The coldness from the iceberg keep spreading till the sky start to froze and snow start to fall.

A layer.
Two layer
The snow keep pilling as if the heaven want the earth to know her sorrow. Soon the terrain start to change into a vast iceland. With only the tip of the iceberg shown and become the mountain peak.
As the mountain start to made. Deep within those frozen mountain the goddess eyes lit up. "Sleep well my hero, i'm sorry. hope you'll find someone better to protect when you wake up." The voice switch to a faint whisper, a magical and powerful yet beautiful and soft.
As the voice go on the time too passes by. The mountain grow older, almost ancient. But near the peak the space ripple at fixed place. And within that ripple no trace of time can be found.

Rogue Dungeon: A LitRPG Adventure
From James A. Hunter, author of Viridian Gate Online and War God's Mantle! Check out my first attempt at a Dungeon litRPG Novel! Roark von Graf—hedge mage and lesser noble of Traisbin—is one of only a handful of Freedom fighters left, and he knows the Resistance’s days are numbered. Unless they do something drastic … But when a daring plan to unseat the Tyrant King goes awry, Roark finds himself on the run through an interdimensional portal, which strands him in a very unexpected location: an ultra-immersive, fantasy video game called Hearthworld. He can’t log out, his magic is on the fritz, and worst of all, he’s not even human. Now, he’s a low-class, run-of-the-mil Dungeon monster. Some disgusting, blue-skinned creature called a Troll. At least there’s one small silver lining—Roark managed the grab a powerful magic artifact on his way through the portal, and with it he might just be able to save the world after all. Unless, of course, the Tyrant King gets to him first …Hey everyone, so as most of you know, I write books for a living, and I just put this title up on Amazon (and enrolled it in KU). Because KU requires exclusivity as part of their terms of service, I have had to pull the majority of the content from this site. I left the full novel up for as long as possible, so I hope everyone got a chance to read it. If you haven't had a chance to read it in its entirety (sorry!) you can pick it up on Amazon. Thanks again for coming on this journey with me, and I so hope you enjoyed it. The book will be out on Tuesday July 24th. Best, James Hunter

The Exodus Project
This is the original version of Origin before I rewrote it. It's much more simpler, some names and personalities are a little different. THere's nowhere near as much back story or character development/interaction. But the story is essentially at the end of book one. I wrote this 15 odd years ago, and with a bit of polish it doesn't look too bad. The story like Origin is about a group of college students who find a ship that is the last remnant of an ancient human space faring civilisation, they fix her up and go back into space. Along they way they'll meet alot of aliens, religious fundamentalists and conmen.
