Robert Longinus' consciousness gradually awakened.

Sound of birds chirping around can be heard, and vibrant cooling winds swept all over Robert's lethargic body. He murmured as he opened his eyes. Still in the middle of insensibility. Robert stood up and swept the area with his gaze.

Airship? Where Am I? Where's the airship? Robert gasped as he thought. The last thing he remembered was Asmodeo assimilating his spirit in his body and then blackout.

"A-a-Asmodeo!" Robert panted and mentally connected to Asmodeo. The broken sword in its sheath shone with a green light. Then, Asmodeo's words were heard.

"Hmm? What is it? Oh, You're already awake?" Asmodeo's voice clearly held a hint of exhaustion. Still, he gasped at Robert that was already awake.

"Now's not the time for that! Explain everything! Why Am I not inside the airship!" Robert howled as he remembered Sahhad who he thought was still inside the airship.

Asmodeo sighed as he painstakingly explained everything from the beginning to the end. He also said that he ordered Sahhad to go first to Maple City and wait for him to arrive.

As he got further and further in his explanations. Robert's eyes glittered with curiosity. But he gasped when he heard the name Air Pirates. That's the group that the airship owner ordered them to eradicate.

"And so! We are here in the Forest of Wisp!" Asmodeo sighed as he finished his explanation.

"Forest of Wisp?" Robert's eyes lit up. He clearly hadn't heard of this place before, and so, his curious nature was awakened. He then moved forward in a brisk pace. Just as he formed the thoughts of meeting some fairies. Asmodeo's call stopped him in his tracks.

"Are you looking to die?! Forest of Wisp isn't something that you can just casually walk inside! Inside here contains different kinds of magical beasts! and their rank ranges from First star towards the Hexagon level!" Asmodeo's alarmed voice resounded as Robert gasped in surprise.

He surely didn't expect that this Forest of Wisp would have such a terrifying existence lurking among this huge trees! To think of, Robert had only witnessed a magical beast in the First star level!

And so, the logical result would be.

Robert's mouth hung wide that you can fit an egg in it. He still couldn't accept the reality of their situation.

"W-w-What should I do? Will I ever make it alive?" Helplessness crowded Robert's mind as he thought. He still haven't fought magical beasts before! Those creepy vines from the mountain range was something so far from magical beasts! Their gaps were too huge.

"Hehe." Asmodeo snorted as the broken sword floated. It emanated an intense green light. This green light acted like a lantern around Robert which invoked a small barrier of wind. This thin membrane of wind swirled around Robert.

"What's this?" Robert's eyes glittered as his curiosity triggered. He immediately asked Asmodeo about the thin membrane of air.

"That? Ah, that's Origin of the Wind. It's a profound spell." Asmodeo chortled as he explained to the dumbfounded Robert. Robert himself was astounded. Asmodeo easily activated such a strong profound spell! Just what level is his cultivation base?

Robert just helplessly sighed as he moved forward. With no goal in mind, Asmodeo said. "Robert, don't just casually walk around. Move northeast! But don't move straight! Move in an arc! " Asmodeo's imposing voice rang in Robert's mind.

Robert asked. "Why should I go northeast?"

"Just go!" Asmodeo howled as Robert sighed and changed his direction, He was now heading in a direction opposite to the first duchy! If he would move in a straight line. After crossing four mountain ranges he would arrive in the third duchy!

...

Longinus Kingdom's Palace.

A sound of a glass breaking could be heard, and a terrifying amount of energy condensed. The person in the epicenter of this all was King Luis.

Earlier, he heard that his son. Robert Longinus embarked on an adventure to the first duchy instead of obeying his summon. And second, he also brought the Earth Shattering Heaven Piercing Sword with him! This intensified King Luis' anger and so, the current situation could be explained.

"Th-That Kid!" King Luis gritted his teeth as he recklessly clutched the broken glass in his fist. He then threw the glass remnants to the ground and slammed the table. The table split open in half as if it was crushed by an enormous pressure.

Curiously, there was no wound on King Luis' body! As if the glass and the table were paper to him!

The surrounding female servants could only tremble in fear. They knew King Luis' temperament and so, they prayed that he would not place his anger on them.

King Luis glared to the nearby female servant and her face turned pale. She trembled as she stood up and stuttered as she said. "Y-y-y-Your M-majesty!" The servant swallowed a mouthful of saliva as she stood up.

Her knees were trembling that it seemed to fall with just a slight push. She braved the enormous pressure that King Luis emanated.

"Summon Hundred Swords and tell him that he needs to acquire the artifact at all costs! Remember, At all costs!" King Luis howled as the female servant finally fell on her knees. Without hesitation, She immediately stood up, bowed, and frantically departed.

...

The Forest of Wisp. "According to several legends among the villages. There are three sections inside the forest. The first realm, second realm, and the inner realm. In the first realm. First star leveled magical beasts are rampant. They do not cross the line between the second realm and the first. Even though they are formidable beasts. Most of them doesn't attack unless provoked! Understand!" Asmodeo painstakingly lectured the helpless Robert. Robert just nodded like a chicken pecking a grain.

With his nod, Asmodeo smiled and continued. "And the second realm! Pentagon Leveled beasts are rampant! With a mixture of Hexagon leveled ones! With your current level of strength, you may not even survive the first realm of which we are currently in! And so, we must be careful not to cross the boundary! " Asmodeo casually glanced towards the indifferent Robert, He didn't earnestly listened, but still, Asmodeo's words were like glue. It immediately stuck in Robert's mind.

"The third realm is something that we must not hope to go. Me and Master Sofia was able to get inside that realm but we only stayed for twenty minutes before taking off. Even now, I still cannot forget that terrifying heart clenching aura. It seemed to belong in a realm that is much higher than pentagon! maybe Heptagon or Dodecagon! or maybe Star Saint! Whatever it was we didn't dare to go closer." Asmodeo sighed as he remembered the time when he was with his Master Sofia.

The previous insensitive attitude of Robert changed when he heard his mother's name. He unconsciously led a small smile. He then adjusted his posture and briskly walked with Asmodeo's guidance.

...

The red brazen sky illuminated the shade of the huge trees around Robert. Robert still walked in a brisk pace as he moved northeast. He didn't walk in a straight line but rather, in an arc. He didn't run since he didn't want to lower his stamina in case of sudden magical beasts attack.

The broken sword that was now barely visible due to the intense green light around it placed itself above Robert's head and provided a reliable source of light.

It was almost nighttime. He moved himself fast with Asmodeo's guidance and he traced a running stream of water until he arrived in a huge waterfall. The waterfall was at least thirty meters in height and rushed with intense pressure.

Robert sent the broken sword in front of the huge stream of water and directed its light towards the waterfalls. As Asmodeo said, there was a small cave behind the stream of water. Robert smiled and climbed towards the cave.

"Robert, there are still six months before the accepting ceremony of the Institute of High Magics, and so! You will stay here for one month!" Asmodeo's voice again rang in Robert's mind.

"What do you mean stay?! This place is like a deathlands itself. Do you want me to die?" Robert inquired with a howl and seated himself beside the water stream entrance.

"I'm ninety nine percent sure that you're gonna die if you don't obey my commands!" Asmodeo huffed as he howled towards the unyielding Robert.

Robert could helplessly sigh as he said. "Then what should I do?" Robert let out a small resigning voice.

"That's good, You're being obedient. " Asmodeo chortled as he willed the sword to illuminate the entire cave. The cave wasn't huge. If calculated, it was enough to shelter at least six people inside and the diameter of the cave was only thirty meters.

Robert didn't reply and helplessly hung his head low. He still couldn't completely adjust to the surrounding environment. He remembered the times where he would soundly sleep in his soft foamy bed. And the rich high quality wine. He missed it all.

"This is no time to think about the past! You need to train! You're too damn weak!" Asmodeo cursed on the nostalgic Robert as he snickered. "Hmmph! With this mindset, you're just gonna die!"

Robert didn't reply. He just silently closed his five senses and let himself fall to deep silence.

"Damn this bastard actually slept!" Asmodeo cursed as he slowly extinguished the green light. Robert's first night inside the Forest of WIsp became hectic.

...

Robert's consciousness gradually awakened.

The chirping birds and the noisy surge of water casually adjusted his consciousness around the area. He woke up to reality of being inside this damn Forest of Wisp! He cursed the owner of the airship for Heavenly Judgement as he woke up. He still couldn't understand the reason why he abandoned him.

They should've been grateful! Those bastards! Feared my strength my ass! They could just admit that I'm unwanted! His face wasn't showing his current feelings at all. His mind was in disarray but his visage was the calm waters.

"Oh, you woke up." The broken sword again floated as Asmodeo mentally connected.

"Can you again tell me the reason why we're staying here for one full month?" Robert inquired as he descended down. He slid off from the cave towards the ground. With a wave of his hands. An arrow, a bow and a long string of linen appeared from thin air.

Robert proceeded and tied the string to the bow and connected it to the bow. Asmodeo became curious by Robert's strange attitude and said. "What are you doing?"

"Nothing, just answer my question. " Robert didn't answer his question but instead pressed on his previous question.

"Hmm, so you're gonna catch some food. Hmmph!" With a snort, a terrifying wave of condensed energy swept from the broken sword. The fiendish fiery energy pierced the waters of the river. After a span of three breaths, a rumbling sound shook from the river water.

Boom!

With a terrifying explosion. The waters of the river sprung high to the skies. It flew high that Robert couldn't even see its end. After a few breaths. The sprung water calmed itself and the waters returned to its previous calm. As if nothing happened, but in its wake were four huge fishes!

They were not fishes but eels! Robert's mouth widened. With just a casual surge of energy. Asmodeo was able to catch this monstrous eels!

He couldn't believe what he was seeing, and this was the first time that Robert saw such a huge eel! Its size was at least sixteen meters and its width was three times higher than Robert!

And there were four of them!

"W-w-What the hell did you do!" Robert couldn't suppress himself and clutched the floating broken sword. He frantically inquired Asmodeo about what suddenly happened.

"Nothing, just a surge of small energy." Asmodeo replied in a monotone voice. What small?! Are you damn saying that it was small?! Robert couldn't help but gasp in astonishment. Just how exactly he was able to cause the waters to sprung?

And he even let it off as a small energy?!

"Hmmph! That didn't even contained five percent of my strength and yet you're gaping in shock? You really don't know what's strength right?" Asmodeo snickered.

"T-teach me about that! I want to get stronger!" Robert felt like a dog that was being fed by its master. He couldn't help but look with veneration towards Asmodeo.

"Of course, I will teach you how to do that, but first! From now on, Everyday! You need to catch at least one of those fish or else I won't teach you anything! " Asmodeo chortled as he faded to deep silence.

Robert helplessly glanced towards the dead eels. Their bodies alone made his heart clench and now he was asked to catch at least one of them everyday?! Absolutely impossible! Impossible!

Robert clutched his fists as he thought of the reason why he wanted to become stronger.

"For Lily, For my vengeance! Bring it on!" With a howl, Robert slammed himself towards the deep waters of the river.
