《Muna Miracle》A Brief Update
Advertisement
Sorry for not posting guys, I know it's been a couple weeks...BUT! Let me just say that I am doing all the work to make the story as immersive and realistic as possible. Usually, I just write by the seat of my pants(Oddly enough, there's a term for this. It's called a Pantser, or someone who writes by the seat of their pants...#Themoreyouknow) and write lore around the story, but now I am wiser, I have learned from my mistakes with Foxgirl In another World(Which I plan to Rewrite/continue at some point)! I am actually writing out an entire world, climates, political positions, magical system, history, monetary system, and more.Believe
Believe me guys! It is complicated as FUCK! I have spent hours putting together a new branch(s) of taxonomy for this, compared world formations and estimated what sorts of resources each country will have, don't even get me started on the language system, and the magical system...THE MAGICAL SYSTEM IS A PAIN IN THE ASS! How do I plan the interactions of emotion and mind? How do I fit godly power into a system that deals in mortals normally and still explain it in a relatively normal-----
*Sigh*
Sorry guys...Going for such a long time without posting is really grinding my nerves...
Have no fear though guys, once I get this done, I am likely going to not do it again for a while. Remember when I posted that map? I said that was a rough map and nothing was final. I also said that that map alone wasn't the whole world. In fact, it isn't even a 1/8 of the world.
I'll just put this out there and say that the world of may sound a lot like earth, but in reality, it is a little less than half the size of Saturn and the star it orbits is Sentient.

So when I say that this universe is massive and complex and realistic, just think of how big Terra alone is, and then add all the possibilities of multiple planets, dimensions, and beings that populate it all to the mix. Then add all the lives of everyone on every planet in every dimension at any time point in the universe. I have been mostly focusing on Terra up until this point, both in story development and creation. But once I finish creating Terra, I have plans for alternative dimensions, aliens, powers that transcend mana, origins of the universe and more.
I am LITERALLY playing god.
So if you could be patient and understanding until it is all done, that would be helpful. I know I talk big, and in my mind, that's a good thing. Because the bigger I plan, the bigger the universe gets.
I also have a few other stories in the pipeline, 1 of which takes place on Terra so it will come out later. But the other is an interesting little bit that takes place in the real world(Earth) so likely I won't have to spend to much time creating the back story and lore of it.
Sincerely
zews

Gateway
An archaeologist by the name of Søren Quinn wakes up elsewhere after boarding a plane for Iceland. Now he has to come to terms with a significant loss of recent memory and his apparent death and rebirth, provided he can survive the rigors of the Tutorial on Gateway Station and whatever waits for him after the Tutorial. Updates. When I can... sorry. Author's Note. Gateway is a portal/isekai style GameLit novel, but it has two main lead characters and will eventually have a small cast of minor lead characters to support them. There will be small elements of base building / kingdom management added as well over time, but they will not be the focus. Gateway really is a slow burn that takes some time to get going unfortunately, but I hope you find it's worth the wait. Thank you! p.s. Book One is finally done (only needed one more chapter unfortunately...) but I'm off hiatus now and will be starting on Book Two right away!
