《sHe: THE RISE OF THE NEW BREED (BOOK 1)》Chapter 15

A BLACKHAWK CHOPPER HOVERED at the second entrance and the pilot glared at the snuffed E-SWAT combatants. Their burnt carcasses scattered on the concrete pavement, carpark lot and also on the smoking lawn below. The co-pilot frowned when looking on her hand-held tablet — she then glowered after seeing the device; with tumefy clusters of red dots inside the building.
It was payback time...
Like a video-game gunner, the co-pilot selected a virtual button on the tablet device — which activated the machine gun underneath the chopper. The strafing barrel fired heavy rounds at the secreted Intersexuals at the rear of the IMU administration edifice — many Whites, Arabs and the monks were hit — whereby, more perished by that single aerial attack...
Most of the surviving rout prisoners were in trepidation, running out into the open — dispersed in the helter-skelter from the aggression hailing from above, leaving the unavailing wounded behind...
The co-pilot selected a different virtual button on the device. A couple of missiles were fired at them directly — and the ground rocked a portion of the IMU building, before another blast reducing it to rubble smithereens — soon, more of the red dots disappeared on the tablet device screen after the explosions.
*
The second helicopter flew over the prison big-yard, shooting at anyone in the open, hovering in the midair of the big-yard — it began to shunt a 180 degrees turn...
Inside the passenger holding, the co-pilot caught an x-ray glimpse of lots of red dots behind the walls of Block D & E — it was where the Hispanics prisoners were locked in their cells. The strafing machine gun discharged the pounding at the block's outer wall...
Inside D-Block, blood and meat chunks spewed out through the locked iron bars of the cells — flooding blood puddles outside on the 'drive-way' walk-path, with the what-was-left-of the scores of defenceless Latino prisoners, who sprawled dead inside their locked cantons...
The Search and Destroy Mission inflicted casualties by the choppers' retaliation was Washington's vengeance against the First-wave of insurgency, created by the aggressor shemales on the weaker female sex.
Ramirez and the four Jamaicans appeared outside the IMU admin building at the precise moment of the aerial attack on the Latinos. They dashed over below and entered the empty guard station in the Hispanics' E-Block...
They released the buttons on the control panel — a buzzer sounded, then followed by the locked cell doors sliding open, with hundreds of terrified Mexicans survivors rushing out of their cells to safety, before the chopper's next spread-eagle, bloodbath occurred...
The helicopter fired a missile that now destructed part of the roof of E-Block, while the inmates dashed below to the lower floors.
While the chopper was busy in the annihilation of the Mexican blocks, Marlin at the watchtower sniped at the whirlybird — and he discovered that it was also of bullet-proof in its physical structure. The pilot soon noticed, where the jaunty projectile angled shots were coming from — she turned the chopper facing the captured watchtower...

Marlin knew it is time to bail out...
The blond youth strapped the machine gun on his back and he then jumped sixty feet down, while a missile then thumped and wreaked the top of the tower — nearby on the roof of F-Block, the petrified Reeves watched helplessly at Marlin free-falling down — towards his defenestration...
The volant Marlin alighted halfway, breaking his fall — by clenching on the power cable which he had tightrope walked earlier on — he clinched on hanging nearby while feeling the incendiary heat of the blast on his back...
Huge chunks of the tower's concrete, came crashing from above on to the power cable post and it inclined sideways — bringing Marlin fast downward towards the ground. He leapt off releasing the cable when he was about fifteen feet to the ground — he crashed landed, rolling into on the detritus below...
Marlin survived the fall with a few cracked ribs — he laid supine a brief moment before he tottered to stand up on his feet, but he collapsed on his back again with deep penetrating twinge on his side...
Reeves and Troy begin to shoot abruptly at the chopper wind-shield — it was distracting the co-pilot again — who was about to triangulate her killer target at immotile Marlin on the ground...
The chopper then shifted an angle, and fired a missile at the roof, blasting the side of F-Block and causing the stanchion to cave in...
Troy plunged helplessly inside and he landed on the top tier floor. The chopper next hovered over to fire another rocket missile at Hispanic E-Block — forgetting about the injured Marlin below.
Reeves scrambled on the litter of wreckage roof slates, and he reached the gap fissure on the roof — and he yelled inside the hole...
"Troy! Troy! Are you alright?"
He heard a voice from the smoking crevice of the caved roof...
"Yeah man, come, jump inside, Reeves — it is safer, we are no match to those birds!"
"You stay put there, crimey!"
Reeves then sundered away from Troy and began to run on the fractured roof to the other end of F-Block.

Li Chi tied an RPG on the end of the rope and it was pulled up to rooftop by his Chinese gang counterpart, Wu Leong who was still on top of A-Block. Doran looked out of the barred window from below — he seemed to be in a state of powerlessness again — while witnessing the twin choppers aerial slaying of more Intersexuals who were hiding inside the war-torn prison blocks.
Peter the winsome and naive monk — drew closer to him...
"Doran, what are you going to do now? What are the voices saying to you?"

Hajja appeared from behind and smacked Peter's head. The black leader held a pistol below Peter's jawbone, and he rebuked loudly...
"What do you expect the Preacher to do next, you fool? Sit on the back of God's winged unicorn — and face the two army fighter helicopters?"
Hajja intervened with more sagacity as he next addressed the Preacher...
"Doran, it was truly a miracle in seeing how you knocked out that Hummer a moment ago — but, you are not going to do another crazy attempt like that! You do nothing — and you stay put here!
"If you go out there and die right now — everyone will instantly lose their hopes and their will, to fight any more — and then, we will all be doomed!"
Doran held Hajja's hand that trained a pistol on Peter, he reciprocated his shortcomings...
"But Brother Hajja, I cannot bear witness to be a bad Sheppard — and see God's Army get slaughtered out there and do nothing about it!"
Hajja responded back with a good judgment of warfare wisdom...
"But every wise Sheppard will surely have a few good and trusted guard dogs — you have to equally trust them to do their work too. As we speak now, Li Chi is now masterminding an attack...
"Let's pray that it will succeed."
*
The injured Marlin staggered in the open yard and he took cover at the side of E-Block building where the Hispanics were holed inside with Ramirez and the Jamaicans. Marlin was in severe pain and he rested his back on the wall, before collapsing slowly to the ground, holding his bleeding side...
He was done fighting for the day.
*
The Chinese triad Lieutenant stood on the roof of A-Block, and he aimed the RPG launcher. Wu Leong fired the thumper and it accurately countered the chopper — blowing and mangling the blades up...
The swooning chopper instantly nosedived for a crash and it cart-wheeled on the big-yard, scattering a radius of spewed metal hunks.
The entire denizen of all colours and races rejoiced in celebration of the vicissitude victory over the Blackhawk down. Hajja embraced Doran tightly, and both the holy men of their own faiths exulted with praises to the heavens. The angriest person on the ground was the concealing Elite Commander Petersburg who was really cursing in umbrage with every profanity that she ever knew at the Intersexuals' further triumphs.
The pilot of the second helicopter spotted out the black smoke from the crash site — emerging from the rear of the IMU building, she manoeuvred her craft towards A-Block rooftop to bolster an attack. The Chinese gang on the roof started running for safety with strafing bullets triggering at them. Sections of the roof tiles spewed, followed by the chopper firing a missile...
The explosion caved in the roof centre — a few Chinese plummeted to their defenestration death fall — three tiers down inside, splat-landing onto the concrete ground floor below.
Wu Leong and another surviving Chinese took cover behind a metal ventilation-duct on the roof, but the co-pilot in the hovering chopper scanned and — she spotting the duo — hiding as red dots on the screen of her thermos-heat hand-held tablet...
Li Chi looked in horror from the ground, expecting the worst fatal demise on his trusted comrade...
The pilot was about to blast a missile on the two stowing Chinese — but, from across F-Block rooftop, Reeves snuck up, and raised his rifle and fired his every last bullet that he had...
One of Reeve's targeted bullets struck the tail rotor of the chopper and ruptured the mechanism. A loud sibilant sound was audible — causing the chopper exiting out of control, with the pilot desperately trying to regain flight control...
It spun a few times in aerial rotary motion before smashing head-on into the roof of the IMU admin edifice. A big explosion erupted while at the same time, while the running Joe, Kiki-boy and Hank were departing from the building entrance...
The fiery wreckage structure of the craft plunged behind the screaming trio — and it exploded for the second time on the ground.
"It was from Jensen! He shot the bird down!"
Hajja pointed at Reeves standing alone on the roof across the yard, every prisoner was exulting to his accomplishment...
Li Chi looked displeased that the final glory was taken away from Wu Leong — despite, Reeves had also saved his triad comrade's life at the roof.
He walked with his head bowed, among the rest inmates who spilt out bravely into the open big yard — everyone around Li Chi was jubilantly celebrating over the Preacher's earlier prevailing prediction — on the fall of both the prison guards and e-SWAT troops...
Li Chi then recalled the conversations he had with Hajja yesterday — which had now proven him wrong that the Preacher was not a wounded animal in destitute inside a cage. The monk-priest was now seen as the Deliverer of hope to the many — they all were now crying out his name, while the Preacher stood victorious — among his newly formed shemale-army in the fiery Tombscradle's battlefield.

This is my third novel on Royal Road, the first being "Beyond the Horizon's Eye", and the second being "The Dawnfire Archives". This story is something of a test in a new genre, that of CardLIT. We'll see how well it succeeds as the story continues. It takes place in a different setting than my other tales, with an entirely new cast of characters. It does, however, contain several ties between the stories. Average post between 1000 - 3000 words.
