《sHe: THE RISE OF THE NEW BREED (BOOK 1)》Chapter 5

MARLIN SAT ALONE WITH HIS WRIST cuffed to the side of the table in the police interrogation room. He spied at the security camera near the door but was unaware that on his rear — he was watched from a one-way mirror — by Lucinda Gates and a young female Detective Nelly Stone.
The detective muttered to herself while reading out a printout. "No prior criminal records — an ace student in Masuda School of Technology. Why screw-up today, kid?"
Gates gave a simplified and bias analogy...
"He is an Intersexual, Det. Stone — violence is always part of their animalistic nature."
The door opened and Agent Wolfe joined them, putting down both of Marlin's cell phones and dropped a thin file.
"It is confirmed, it is ours — serial code R6-500X, a highly classified auto-scramble and close-channel phone device used mainly by top FBI operatives and other covert agencies — it is the next best thing since the days of covert use of burner cellphones."
Wolfe further added that the covert device could not be tracked by any satellite and was totally untraceable because it jammed the tapping signals. It was also intelligent voice-activated that could not be hacked — and with two people having the same devices — they could secretly communicate without being detected — and left no trace of any phone-record.
Detective Nelly Stone was impressed by the specifications and she joked. "I would like that for Christmas."
Gates smiled and examined one of the phones closely...
"Hmm, now how can a 12-year-old get such a classified Government-authorized property? Not one, but two."
Agent Wolfe slid a file towards her...
"Check the file, Ms Gates — it gets even better."
Gates picked it up and glanced at its content. After a quick reading, she shook her head and laughed to herself...

"Tsk-tsk-tsk — this is unbelievable!" Gates left the room with the file in her hand.
Wolfe smiled slyly at the confused Detective Stone who looked through the one-way mirror, seeing the older woman now with the boy in the interrogation room.

Lucinda Gates stood across Marlin while she introduced herself. The inquest was canonic when she took out a photograph from the file and showed it close to Marlin's face...
It was a picture of Dr Jane Morris...
"Is this your mother?"
Marlin was in loss of words.
He cannot reveal the true identity of his real mother — Sonia Petroff —- who was in the hiding for being wanted along with other renegades because she was working for the country's public enemy — Professor Boris Yankoff —- whose scientific discoveries were misused by some miscreant third-party to create a weapon of mass destruction.
Whether he was alive or dead today, Yankoff was still remained to be branded as the most wanted man on earth — whose research was blamed for the billions of death on earth in wiping out the existence of the entire male species.
