Luki opened his eyes. Then he saw for the first time the view of the another world. Here, Luki could only stare with amazement.

The cloud, which was nine in colors. The hill, mountain, valley all of it were bright red! And as if those things were not enough, an army from the west side if Luki estimated the sun position come to his direction.

"An army? Are there going to the battlefield? Oh, no! What am I supposed to do?"

The problem was, Luki didn't know where he was right now. Even the condition around here, he was an amateur. The second problem was, Luki stand in a giant flat field where there was no place to hide and in the middle of the road. 'Oh, shit!'

In the end, someone from the army that he had seen sent a unit to Luki. The unit had a total amount of five people riding horses. "Hey youngsters, who are you?" said one of the soldiers.

His appearance was, wore a helmet which covered his eyes. Then to his armor that shining due to light reflection until to his leg that had a plated shoes. Luki kept his calm in his face but not in his heart. 'I really wonder if God grant me immortality or not. But the problem is I can't involve another person in my business.'

"Me? I am a traveler who lost in the middle of the journey. Can you tell me where is the nearest city around here? I already spent two days without food to eat while keep walking." Luki said with a fake tired expression.

"Really? We never see someone with your build and appearance. Do you really some lost person?" asked the man again with suspicion.

"I came from the rural area. That's why you never see someone like me," answered Luki. Fortunately, Luki transmigrated to another world with his original body intact. But he never confirmed it until he saw his own reflection in the man's armor.

"Then for safety reason, you need to follow us back to the base camp. Hope the general will permit you to cross the border."

Cross the border? Luki now was confused when the man said 'cross the border' part. "Excuse me, where are we right now?" asked Luki. "The border between the Kreig Kingdom and the Regal Kingdom. Because of the invasion by the Regal Kingdom, Kreig Kingdom sends the army to retaliate against the invader."

So it's like that thought Luki. Better not to mess with this world because maybe he had a chance to escape this disaster by dying. "So, what's your name?" asked another soldier who right now stand beside Luki.

"I'm Luki. And you?" Luki saw that this man had a blond, short hair. His face was rather oval, making it more handsome. "I'm Raket. Nice to meet you."

Then Raket stretched out his hand, while Luki at the same time reacted with both hands met. They shook their hands.

"Captain, can he go with me?" asked Raket to the man who greeted Luki for the first time. "Sure," he answered with no expression. "Then Luki, you can ride this horse with me," said Raket with a smile. 'Horse riding? Damn, never try to do it at least once.'

The only regret remained because Luki never tried it before in his world. 'Well, this world's technology level may not necessarily the same but to think that it really this undeveloped.'

In his original world, Luki had already seen aircraft, jet plane, even to the latest spacecraft that designed to do combat in the space! Their energy supplies had come from natural energy such as from the stars, water, geothermal etc.

After felt the first time riding a horse, Luki had a smile on his face. It's something that even himself was rare to do. His reason to die came when reality hit him hard in the balls. When Luki sat down in the alley, that was his lowest point in his life before this happened.

But now, maybe the only thing he wanted was to explore this new world. He wanted to forget everything about his past because it only made him depressed every time he thought about it.

After that, Luki could see many soldiers marching towards the destination with full spirits. It could be said that they were as fierce as tiger now. Then they rode until they saw a tent in the middle of the field.

Before Raket finished his sentence, someone came out from the tent. 'Is she supposed to be the general?' thought Luki.

"Who is the young man beside you? I never see him in my life," she said with a cold tone. The captain answered, "He is the one who was standing in the road to the border general."

"Sorry for the inconvenience caused by me. I just lost my way then found the road that may lead me to the nearest city," explained Luki. "Right general. He didn't know where he was when we greeted him and suddenly we trying to interrogate him," added Raket.

Luki already knew about it when he saw the army approaching and possibility of being interrogate arose as well. But the general stared Luki with a cold gaze as if it was her normal habit. She had an aquamarine hair added with her amber eyes and a cute face, she would become an artist in Luki's world.

"Really? Who said we are going to interrogate him?" she denied it bluntly. But Luki saw right through those lies. While most of the people had some suspicion of him, Raket was only a few who had none of those. This caused Luki to silently had a good impression of him.

'After this, I need to confirm my immortality first. Who knows maybe it becomes useful in a condition like this.'

"It's not like I hide something from him or have an ill intention toward him. I just want to take a safety measure and to prove his innocence, he will participate in the near future combat. You hear me young man!?" said the general turning her head to another side.

"Luki, this is what I want to explain to you about before but the general already said it so I only added some. Every young man at the age of 16 above conscripted to become the soldier. The cause is the recent invasion by the Regal Kingdom so you need to participate no matter what. If you refuse, only death await." said Raket

Luki could only blame himself right now. Maybe this event showed him that he really didn't know everything regarding this world.
