The black knight loomed over Hadrian, its red eyes shining through the black fog leaking from the silts in its helmet. It was at least a two heads taller than him, hell the great sword it wielded was taller than Hadrian.

While being so close to him, Hadrian could see the black knight fully for the first time. It’s full plate knight covered every inch of its body, pitch black with nearly every inch covered in beautiful engravings. It’s black cloak writhing as it was alive and its great sword was truly a masterpiece, it’s handle and guard was one piece, looking like an ornate cross that’s top point led straight into the blade.

The blade itself was even darker than the knights armor, it’s blade wider the Hadrian himself. Runes covering the spine of the blade, reminding him of when one similar to it was lodged in his chest.

Out of some newly ingrained instinct he identified the blade and it’s wielder.

“Well at least that confirms it’s an Undead Commander”

As he said that, the knight in front of him raises his sword in the air and goes to slash it down upon him. “FUCK” jumping out of the way, Hadrian grabs his great sword out of his Inventory. The black knights sword swing down with such force and speed he couldn’t get out of the way in time, so he raises his sword up to try and defend or reflect its swing.

As the blade comes down Hadrian prepares for what he should do next, with the pitfalls built he was hoping to use them to trap it in them.

As the black knight's blade comes into contact with his blade, Hadrian realized how powerful it’s swing actually was and when it cut through his great sword, he realized that he was fucked.

Luckily his great sword managed to keep it from cutting through him, deflecting it just enough not to cut straight through him. Thinking quick he throws the chunk of great sword in his hand at the black knight and grabs the Big Dagger from his Inventory.

Bringing it out of his Inventory high above his head, he grabs hold of the Big Dagger and swing’s it down with all its force on to the black knights head. The massive size and weight of the Big Dagger adds a huge amount of force down on the swing, as the blade makes impact with the black knights helmet it crumpled under the sheer power of the Big Dagger.

A small history lesson on the Big Dagger is needed here, the Big Dagger was built for a member of a race with unnatural strength. This race evolved to have such an immense strength because of the main source of food in their environment, that source was a race of insects that covered in heavy carapace.

Whenever they went out to hunt the race would always come back with destroyed weapons, the insects after being hunted for years had gained an incredible defense against blunt weapons, so they had to hunt with blades.

So the race spent years searching for a metal that was strong enough to survive the carapaces and their strength. Thankfully they found such a metal and created massive blades and thanks to the metal, incredible weight.

Big Dagger was one such weapon, the black knights armor was incredibly strong but without any reinforcements via a Lich or Death Knight it was significantly weaker than the insects that the race who wielded it, once hunted.

'CRUCKKK' 'BOOM'

It ripped right through the black knight, not truly cutting through it but crushing and tearing. Slamming into the ground Big Dagger had gone straight down the middle of the black knight, as either end of the black knight fell in different directions, Hadrian was stunned never thinking what just played through his eyes could actually happen.

“Holy fucking shit, it cut it in half”

Walking up to the remains of the black knight, he got a good look of what was hiding inside the armor. It was a mass of twisted flesh and broken bones, like someone had smashed it into the armor.

“Well that’s fucking gross, .......wait what the fuck is that”

What looked like a pulsating mass of flesh began beating faster and faster in the chest of one half of the black knight.

“Shit, no fucking ding”, remembering that he didn’t get a notification for killing the black knight, he grabs Grace from his Inventory and pierces the pulsating mass.

As Grace makes contact with the mass of flesh, the pulsating stops dead.

The reason why the black knight was able to find Hadrian was because it was in charge of controlling this section on the skeletal wall. With its death the skeletal wall lost the ability to keep its shape and collapsed on to the floor.

Just as he finished his sentence, Hadrian noticed the skeleton’s were not actually dead and are now starting to get up of the floor. Seeing the army of skeleton’s in front of him, only one thought went through his head.
