《The Ritual of the Summoned Ones》Reading some books

A darkness ceiling is the first sight Hadrian see’s as he awakes, the same ceiling that greeted him when he first entered this Dungeon.
“......well looks like I died again, unconscious both times then, ..... silver lining’s and all”
Getting up Hadrian feels that the chunk of the blade that was lodged in his chest was gone, getting up off his stone bed, he walks into the main hall of the safe zone and see’s it's laying in front of the Gate, in a large pool of his own blood.
“Cool. That’s my murder scene, that’s got to be a first for me, ......and I guess most people who are not trapped in a fucking nightmare Dungeon”
Hadrian walks over to the blade and picks it up, hoping that either his innate sword knowledge or identification skill could help him gain some needed information about the black armored figures that chased him through the Dungeon and threw their sword into his chest.
...
Using his innate sword knowledge skill didn’t give him any information.
“Well, hears hoping skill number two works”
“Identify”
‘Ding' 'ITEM IDENTIFIED'
‘ NAME : BROKEN BLACK KNIGHT SWORD '
‘ RANK : RARE '
‘ INFO : A BROKEN SHARD OF A SWORD BELONGING TO A KNIGHT '
“Seriously identify you need to level up, you are kinda useless at the moment. The only useful thing I learned is that those swords the knights use are at the same rank as Grace, which is kind of shitty news to find out”
Hadrian takes the blade shard and puts it into his inventory, hoping to find some use out of it in the future.
Not wanting to risk returning to the Dungeon for now, Hadrian decides to sit down by the fountain and take out all the books he owns. Giving them all a quick look through, he places them into two piles, one pile of book he can understand and one pile he can’t.

Placing the pile he couldn’t read back in his Inventory, Hadrian starts to read the cover’s of the books that had them, trying to find out the contents they held.
“Well most of these are useless but at least the one’s that are good are incredibly useful”
In front of Hadrian were three groups of books, the first were the one’s without any information on the covers, the second are the books useless to him, including books about craftsmanship and fiction books, the last group where the useful books he had found so far.
A book about the application of first aid, a book about hunting and surviving in the wilderness, a book about Dungeons and the last book was about the basic application of MANA.
“You better tell me how to awaken my MANA core you fucking book or I swear to god I’m eating you”
Starting with checking the books with the blank covers, Hadrian reads the first few pages of the books, making sure to get at least a basic understanding of the books contents.
After some time, Hadrian found three books that were useful to him, one was a basic compendium of common Dungeon monster written by a Follower, another was a manuscript to a great sword style and the last was a local history book of what he thinks is about the town that was in Dungeon.
“Damn, I’ve got quite the collection now, hopefully I can get some useful information and skills out of these books”
He picks up the first aid book, the hunting book and the sword manuscript and starts to read them one at a time.
'Ding' 'NEW SKILL GAINED’
'NEW SKILL – FIRST AID - LEVEL 1’
'SKILL LEVELED – FIRST AID - LEVEL 2’
‘'SKILL LEVELED – FIRST AID - LEVEL 3’

By the time he finished the first aid book, Hadrian learned a new skill first aid and levelled it twice.
At the same time he learned how to create and properly secure a bandage, how to stop bleeding and close an open wound, how to clean wounds and disinfect bandages and many other first aid techniques that combined with his new skill will give Hadrian a much greater survivability.
“I think I’m now official in love with my luck stat, out of all the books I picked up and could’ve picked up”, this was the greatest book Hadrian could find, its contents and the skill it allowed him to learn covered a massive weakness he had.
Wanting to keep going thanks to the amazing first book, he picked up the hunting book and started to read.
‘Ding’ 'NEW SKILL’S GAINED’
‘NEW SKILL – HUNTING'
‘NEW SKILL – SURVIVAL'
'SKILL LEVELED – HUNTING : LEVEL 2’
‘'SKILL LEVELED – SURVIVAL : LEVEL 2’
The hunting and surviving the wilderness had given Hadrian two new skills and a great amount of information.
The ability to track and capture or kill animals, how to skin and cure them, along with other hunter techniques, also how to build a fire, find a water stream and filter it, create traps and snares and to build a shelter.
Both books now giving Hadrian much needed skills that will great increase his chance of surviving the Dungeon and whatever lies beyond it.
“Okay seriously I love my luck stat”
Picking up the last book, Hadrian begins reading it.
'Ding' 'NEW SKILL’S GAINED'
'NEW SKILL – GREAT SWORD MASTERY : LEVEL 1’
'SKILL LEVELED – GREAT SWORD MASTERY : LEVEL 2’
'NEW SKILL – BLACK HAZE : LEVEL 1’
‘SKILL LEVELED – BLACK HAZE : LEVEL 2’
‘SKILL LEVELED – BLACK HAZE : LEVEL 3’
This book granted Hadrian a massive boon, the knowledge of a great sword style and the stances for it.
The skills synergizing perfect giving Hadrian the proper knowledge of the style and the ability to master it perfectly without a teacher correcting his mistakes.
Black Haze was a sword style that used extreme speed and control over a great sword using it natural weight to propel the blade forward with intense speed and pressure.
“Dammmmmnnn, I can’t believe I can actually learn actual sword techniques from books, that’s fucking amazing'
Standing up Hadrian takes out a great sword from his Inventory, “Jesus the thing is heavy”, lifting it up the weight of the blade settles in his hand, he starts performing the basic sword technique’s.
Swinging around his great sword, as he keeps practicing the faster and faster he becomes, his sword literally transforming into a Black Haze, scratches and scars being left on the surrounding floor.
Starting to slow down, Hadrian finally comes to a stop, panting with exhaustion he takes a minute to calm his breathing.
Seeing the surrounding destruction, Hadrian doesn’t know what to think.
“God damn”

The Saga of Geir Røshjert
"His name will never be sung, son. Skalds and bards like me will never tell his stories to the mass. But only us and us alone will keep telling his story, his actions, his saga. For he is the man who started all of this." This is a story no man in Lumenter will ever hear, no man except for an Arnesen, for his stories are dull and generic to the ears of the masses, except for us, because he is the very reason why our people traveled this far east, why kingdoms in Erisgi fell and rose, why I... even existed in the first place. He is Geir, son of Arne, called 'the Stranger' by the people. But what he truly is, is a fiery red heart that beats inside every Eyklandian, Arnesen, and me.
