《The Two Stories of Frontier Online: A Tale of A Boy and A Beast (Dropped)》A New Home.

Jun's POV:
"Friend-Zone do you really have a home for my guild and I to go to" I asked and Friend-zone drooped a bit.
"Brother, I said I have a perfect place for you, I am not sure about the rest of your guild, unless they're similar to you then maybe" Friend-zone said
"Let me bring my guild, they should have spawned in by now, let me message them and we shall see what we agree on" I told him and then accessed the friend list.
What stared back at me was an empty screen.
Sweat pouring from my brows and turned around and put a fake smile on my face.
"None of them appeared to be on so lets get going"
"Alrighty then, let us go" Friend-Zone exclaimed and he started to dash off.
I just grimaced at how stupid I was, to not include my guild into my friend list before I bolted after him.
We traveled about three hours in-game to a desolate cliff area. I was tired but elated, the stats for endurance, stamina and speed have increased as I was running and I was glad for the increase.
"We are almost there brother, just hang on while I search for something" Friend-zone panted and he gripped at the weeds and ivy hanging from the cliff-side.
I looked over the edge to see the clouds below us, it was strange, the place I spawned in was the plains but now I was surrounded by mountains. Though, thinking about it, Higal was mostly a border town that was close to the mountains of the underground.
In the distance I noticed a few flying creatures and I reached for a weapon. "Hey Friend-Zone, we got some trouble" I called and Friend-zone cried out "YES I FOUND IT" and with a click, part of the wall started to open. The flying creatures noticed this and started to charge at us.
I tried to identified them and a window popped up
Grave Griffon: Level 20
These creatures haunt the skies searching for a way back underground to where they rightfully belong, in their search they rip apart any foe that gets in their way:
Skills:
Iron Claws

Death Breath
Spectral Eye

Drops: Griffon Feather, Grave Bone, Talons.
I took a trash sword from my inventory and threw it toward the griffons, they both easily maneuvured away from it, but it gave me time to grab Friend-Zone and dash into the hole in the wall, as soon as we passed the hole started to close.
The two griffons screeched and they dove toward the opening, a crushing noise and the cawing of a griffon but I ignored it as I dashed deeper into the hole in the wall.
"Whoa there, calm down brother, if you go any faster we will miss the drop-off" Friend-zone said and I halted in my step, and with the sudden stop I started to stumble.
Falling to the ground and then rolling a couple of times, I stop at the edge of a cliff, down thousands of meters below me was a lake of magma, and in the center of it all, a town.
"Welcome to Rat City, best black market town in this continent created by beta testers to provide for those who are looking for something good. Items stolen from top churches, kingdom's vaults, ancient temples, even from top players too."
I just looked agape at it, Friend-Zone saw my face and laughs "You might be shocked but this place is perfect for you, one of the few towns that allow unrestrained PvP , steal from players, raid shops, you name it, its a lawless city anyway" Friend-Zone explained and he started to head toward a boat.
I followed after Friend-zone, meanwhile I was looking through the menus to find the guild menu. From there I clicked on a few names and added them to my friendlist as well as sent a guild message out. "Come to Rat City, it is an interesting place"
Shuu's POV:
I finished up at the Blade Grass Bog and headed toward my second territory, the Copper-Nickle Forest.
my wings of cloud, web and electricity enabled me to go at high speeds, and landing in the middle of the forest a huge impact crater was formed.
'Man I got to test out my full limits soon, I can't just wait to see what I can do" I smiled and looked at the area around me, Trees of precious metals planted everywhere, I decided to open the territory tab to see what kind of creatures were lurking around.

Copper-Nickle Forest
A forest made of metal, mostly of copper and nickle.
Ruler of the Territory Exclusive Information:
It is the home of Iron Puppet Boss: Darvanshal (Machine Golem) and home to Iron Centauros, Iron Pegatauros, Iron Arachne, Iron Golem, Iron Crush Berserker. Territory of the Iron Puppet Boss: Zeliowrath (Blitz Wing Puppet)
Iron Arachne build hives of many puppets, they take their foes and dismantle them limb from limb to test for new functions on puppets.
This territory is normally used for training caution and awareness, Iron Arachne will actively hunt Kingdom players, String Grapple Puppets will assassinate unsuspecting foes and more dangers await those who let their guard down.
Danger Level: C+
Recommended Level: 15+
I had noticed a few hives of web here and there and the forest, and with all the bright luster from the metal of the trees, it makes it hard to see. I thought about what the Iron Arachnes and how they dismantled parts for better functions and I looked a a tree.
Opening up the Evolution Points in this area I changed a puppet into the shape of a tree. I made the leaves thin and sharp as well as a bit spiky. The top of the tree had sensory organs for movement and it could open up and bend forward to gobble unsuspecting foes.
I added a bonus for it to burrow underground after it was discovered. It would then come up at random and either burrow, crush or engulf another foe.
I was enjoying myself in creating the creature, if this place was to test awareness then this should give them a run for their money.
I finished up and gave a name to the creature.
Iron Tree Worm: These puppets have taken the form of a tree and mostly act like a worm. They are eat unsuspecting foes by engulfing them. The inside of their throat and stomach are lined with sharp teeth which cut up their foes. They have learned to camouflage themselves by looking like trees.
Skills:
Armor Cocoon, Crush, Slicing Stomach,
Passives:
Barbed Shell, Mental Block, Resist Poison, Resist Cutting/Piercing, Camouflage
I also created an underground den where the monsters spit up the remains of the things they eat so that the Arachnes can study them.
"Now that I have settled the two areas, I shall make myself a home" I said to myself and took to the skies Advertisement Previous

A young, talented, and aspiring archer makes his way to the Olympic Archery Qualifiers; however an accident prevents him from ever making it. An accident which took the final years of his adolescence, his dream of ever becoming an Olympic Gold Archer, and most importantly someone who meant the world to him. Rehabilitating for a year in a hospital, the despair and dread of being alone and having nothing left worth living for finally got to him. Finding his way to the rooftop, he decided fall, but where he expected death, something else appeared; a blue message. A chill and simple LitRPG story that I just wanted to write. Note: I write with the Dark Theme setting, so if I make a colour mistake it’s probably why. I also strangely prefer using the Imperial System to measure Height, while I use the Metric System for almost everything else (Canadian by the way).
