It was the start of the next week Mokichi was walking down the usual path to school but this time it was different ever since Saturday his sister Ruri who at first wanted nothing to do with him was now clinging to him as they walked down the street to their schools Ruri was happily smiling but Mokichi was a bit unerved by all the stares he got from passerbys when they saw his sister holding onto him so tightly to make matters worse she would glare at girls around Mokichi's age as a way of saying not to go near him "Uhm..Ruri" Mokichi said Ruri looked at her brother "What is it nii-chan?"Ruri asked with a bright face "Uhm..I think it's about time you let me go" Mokichi said Ruri frowned "Aw, why we haven't walked together like this in years!" Ruri complained "I know, but the spilt in the path is coming up" Mokichi said Ruri frowned more "Oh yeah.." Ruri said a bit saddened by the fact she had to let her brother go.

Mokichi sighed he couldn't stand to see his sister sad so he patted her on the head "Don't be so sad, we can walk back home together after school" Mokichi said "Really?" Ruri said seeming to perk up "Yeah, Really" Mokichi said Ruri's frown turned back to a smile and she giggled "Okay, I guess I can let go of nii-chan for that" Ruri said and she finally released her grip from her brother which Mokichi was internally releaved for she had been holding onto him ever since they left their house they saw the sign signaling the spilt in the path to their schools when they got close they stopped "Well, see you later Ruri" Mokichi said "See you later nii-chan" Ruri smiled and she rushed up the path to her school Mokichi sighed after his sister vanished from sight he was happy that his sister was acting like she use to but after not having to deal with it for so long it made him a little bit unacustomed to it "Well, guess I better get going" Mokichi said looking up the path to the highschool he knew who would be waiting for him he took in a breath and started up the path.

After making it halfway up the path he caught sight of four famillair heads of red hair talking to each other "There they are" Mokichi said staring at the four Nakashima sisters as he walked forward Koharu was the first to spot him "Momo!" Koharu shouted the three others looked and they smiled when they saw Mokichi "Morning Mo-kun" Reiko greeted next was Saeko "Morning Mochin" she said with a head bow then last was Euiko "Hey Moki-kun" she said with a big wave Mokichi decided to give a smile a wave back "Hey guys" Mokichi said stopping in front of them after that no one said a thing the events of what had happened that Saturday still fresh in their minds then Reiko worked up the courage to speak.

"So, Mo-kun are you walking with us today?" Reiko asked Mokichi was about to say yes but then he remebered that he vowed to break this harem no matter what "Actually, I think it's best if we walk sepreatley from now on" Mokichi said his words seemed to effect each sister "I..I see" Reiko said "Why don't you go ahead first then" Reiko said "Okay" he said and he walked around and passed the four sisters after he was a good distance away the four sisters decided to be on their way "I don't like this" Koharu said "Neither do I, but you saw what happened Saturday" Reiko said Koharu moaned sadly and looked down at the ground "We were all there we know what happened" Euiko said looking a bit sad as well.

Euiko groaned "I don't like this as much as you guys" she said "Yes, but we should respect Mochin's choices" Saeko said "Even if it makes us sad" Saeko said giving a half smile the other girls seemed to grow sadder at those words "If we really do care for him like we said we do then we have to" Saeko said the three sisters nodded "Okay, we'll just have to deal with it" Saeko said "I don't know if we can" Reiko said the words hit all four sisters in the heart knowing that what Reiko said was right but they knew they had to endure it inside the school Mokichi was walking the hallway he had a sick feeling in his stomach and a pain in his chest he didn't want to hurt them but he had no choice if he wanted to destroy this harem he had to do anything he could to make them lose their feelings for him even if it meant making them hate him like the other four he didn't want Ruri to go through the same thing again "I'm sorry, I have no choice" he said to himself when he was really apologizing to the four girls he probably just made very sad he pushed the incident to the back of his head and he came to his classroom and he stepped inside a few minutes after he ahd sat down at his desk and got his books taken out.

Reiko walked in he looked over at her he immedatley noticed the sad look on her face and felt a twinge in his chest Reiko saw him looking and gave a smile which Mokichi knew wasn't true he could still feal the saddness lingering behind it Reiko then went and sat down at her desk and she got her stuff out usally Reiko would talk with Mokichi before class started but after this moring she didn't feal up to it so she just stayed seated.

Mokichi kept looking a Reiko catching a glimpse of her frowning face as she sat in her desk looking at the desktop Mokichi's chest was hurting seeing her like that but if he wanted to destroy the harem he had to look away and not get soft he was determined to destroy this harem class soon began and because of what happened earlier in the morning time seemed to go by really slowly it felt like several hours had passed since class started until the lunchbell rang and the teacher stopped and left the room Mokichi sighed the whole time he felt horrible he would catch himself looking over at Reiko and he's always see her sad face which would make his heart twinge even more and he always look away before he gave in but he was surprised when Reiko came over to his desk "Hey" she said Mokichi looked up "Hey" he said shallowly "What do you want?" he asked "Well, I wanted to know it you were still joining us for lunch like usual" Reiko said Mokichi felt another twinge in his heart he knew what he had to say and it made him hate himself for it.

"Actually, no, I think, I'll just stay in here" Mokichi said Reiko frowned but so Mokich wouldn't see she flipped it to a smile "Oh, I see, well later" Reiko said "Yeah" Mokichi said and Reiko walked away Mokichi slammed his head onto his desktop and he felt like scum making a girl like Reiko sad but he reminded himself he had no choice so he pushed that feeling away a few seconds later he heard someone shout "Where the hell is Mokichi Amaya!" came a female voice Mokichi looked up hearing his name and he was shocked to see Azusa the girl who was on the student council with Saeko Azusa looked around the room when she saw Mokichi looking at her she grimmaced "There you are" she growled she then stomped into the room and walked over to Mokichi's desk "You, come with me" she said in a stren and pissed off tone Mokichi nodded and he got up from his desk and fallowed Azusa out the classroom he the fallowed her to the student council room he was the first one to step in as Azusa made him walk in first.

Azusa then walked in behind him and slammed the door shut causing an echo in the hallway Mokichi turned and faced who had a throughly pissed off look on her face"Okay, you better start talking right now or else" Azusa said "About what?" Mokichi said playing dumb "Don't act dumb!" Azusa shouted "What did you do to Saeko-san!?" Azusa shouted Mokichi felt a twinge in his chest but he had to keep with his plan "I don't know what your talking about" Mokichi said "I said don't play dumb!!" Azusa shouted stomping towards Mokichi and grabbed his shirt collar growling at him "This morning Saeko-san looked really sad when I saw her" Azusa shouted "She didn't seem like herself, you must have done something to her" Azusa said "Now, tell me what in the hell you did to her" Azusa said Mokichi felt sick yet he had to continue "I don't know what your talking about" he said Azusa's anger rose "You little..." Azusa growled.

"I didn't do anything to Saeko-san" Mokichi said "No way! You had to have done something to her I've never seen her like that before!" Azusa shouted "Tell me what you did to her before I force you to!" Azusa shouted tightning her fist Mokichi swallowed hard he had to keep going "I didn't do anything" Mokichi said Azusa gritted her teeth and she pulled her arm back and slapped Mokichi across the face hard "What did you do to her!?" Azusa shouted "Nothing..." Mokichi said Azusa slapped Mokichi across the face multiple times "What did you do to Saeko-san!" Azusa shouted this time Mokichi said nothing this made Azusa even more angry and she repeatedly slapped Mokichi across the face shouting 'Tell me' whilst doing that Mokichi's cheeks were hurting and red from the continuous slaps to the face.

The inside of his mouth felt numb he was also hurting on the inside he couldn't believe he had hurt Saeko so much that it made Azusa this angry that in turn made him angry with himself but he couldn't act on that feeling if he wanted to destroy this harem so he stayed quiet which inraged Azusa more and more "You bastard! You made Saeko-san so sad!" Azusa shouted after a slap "She was really happy these passed few weeks!" Azusa shouted after yet another slap "You hurt her alot!" Azusa shouted again fallowed by a slap "I though you acutally cared for her!" Azusa shouted with another slap across the cheek that was the last straw Mokichi blew his fuse "I do care for her!!" he shouted "Lair!!" Azusa shouted slapping him across the face twice "If you really cared for her you wouldn't have made her so sad!" Azusa shouted "I do care for her!" Mokichi shouted Azusa slapped him across the face "Then why did you make her so sad!" Azusa shouted stopping her hand "Why if you truly care for her then why did you hurt her!?" Azusa shouted "Becuase! I don't want wht happened last year happen again!" Mokichi shouted "What happened last year? Again?" Azusa said "What do you mean?" Azusa said "I'm saying that I don't want to hurt her or her sisters!" Mokichi said.

"Her sisters?" Azusa said confused "Yes! They all have feelings for me!" Mokichi shouted Azusa seemed to be shocked Mokichi gritted his teeth "I can't bare to make any of them sad so I want to destroy their feelings for me!" Mokichi shouted "Why...Why would you do that?" Azusa asked "Because the same thing happened before and I lost four friends!" Mokichi said Azusa seemed to realize what Mokici was talking about "You mean..." Azusa said "Yes...I had the same thing happen in middle school.." Mokichi said "I thougt I had made the right choice..." Mokichi said "And yet..." he said and paused picturing each of the other girls hurt and sad faces looking back at him and walking away he then felt a lump in his throat.

"I don't want what happened then to happen now.." Mokichi said "That's why I want to destroy this harem!" Mokichi shouted Azusa was at a loss for words she just stood there holding onto Mokichi's shirt collar her hand still raised and frozen in the air at that moment the door to the room flew open and Mokichi and Azusa saw Saeko who was out of breath standing in he doorway "Saeko-san!?" Azusa said shocked to see Saeko at the door Saeko looked at Mokichi and Azusa "Please! Azusa-san! Stop!" Saeko shouted after that it felt like time had stopped and all three looked at each other.
