Interlude: The pale green knight.
A war broke out in the Kingdom of Paradeisos, Green Grand Chancellor who was the brightest of all the royal guards in the kingdom decided to lead a rebellion, it ended up with him clashing with the Royal Blue Knight. The fight was evenly match until the green leader of the rebels turned into a bright green dragon and began turning the tables.
Calling upon the King of Paradeisos, the Royal Blue Knight received a neon blue chain from the Headmaster which was used to chain, which can restrain even the most powerful beings in the universe, to bind the Green Grand Chancellor.
The King of Paradeisos banished the Green Grand Chancellor out of the Kingdom of Paradeisos together with his cohorts. The green leader was renamed, Black Thanatos who rules the earth as well as the Kingdom of Earthos.

Three months after Ann gave birth to a baby boy named Nicholai. He was trained in the ways of Black Thanatos since child birth which continued way after he was instructed by Mertle to kill his own mother.
"Why did I have to kill my own mother", he ask looking to Mertle.
"It is because you are have a special calling and she will only get in the way. Take it from me, I had to sacrifice my relationship with my best friend who wants nothing to do woth Black Thanatos. I will kill her when Black Thanatos permits me to do so". The red head spoke without emotions.
"When ?" The boy asked only to be met with an angry glare.
"Don't ask questions. Just do as you are told !" Mertle spoke harshly become calming down with a smile. "Boy, you should know that I will always love you and want the best for you but training will become harder tomorrow for your own good".

The boy grew up very quickly. He was enrolled in the School of the Beast where he was initially picked on the moment he turned 14.
"What is happening is only to toughen you up. You are going to school like it or not!" Mertle would speak harsly everytime, Nicholai would come home crying.
Eventually, Nicholai sold his soul completely to Black Thanatos whom he called father. He quickly rose in popularity and charm by the time he was fifteen years old in the Green Class. His extra intelligence allowed him to be transferred to the red class and enter the University of Thanatos.
Shortly, after Mertle had been defeated by Birdie, Nicholai was given the task of killing the red head which he did without any hesitation.
"I am everything you have thought me to be". Nicholai look to the dead body of Mertle whom he had stabbed in the heart with a black and pale green sword which he made out of the dark aura bestowed upon him by Black Thanatos himself.
By 31, he charmed the whole Kingdom of Earthos after chaos happened and he introduce his mark to eliminate povery of all form.

It was my first webfiction and made in the spirit of that subreddit's "genre" of humanity being awesome. But, it is also a story that has bothered me a little bit. Just like most new writers tend to do, I made mistakes and errors that feel painful to reread. A Space Opera will be a Space Opera, but I had prose that makes present-me cringe. Still, at the same time, the story is still very much a tale I've never given up on. It was my first adventure into fiction: Beast was a crazy adventure with bodysnatching aliens, galactic war, threats from across the universe... Posting this story here is a way to try and redeem myself a bit. I won't call it a complete rewrite, because it's not, but I have wanted to go through and correct some of the major issues Beast has for a long time and put it somewhere more accessible to read (instead of as posts/comments on reddit) and I figure that now is as good a time as any. Additional corrections you might notice are welcome.

My Name is Keiren. Keiren Ignis. At least that was what IT told me. Now all I have to do is figure out everything else. No simple task when you're an amnesiac.
