Week 5 day 1

So remember when I said that mana haven't spread to other people? Well today a cook went "Flames ON" and burned the food, stove, ceiling and himself. On the bright side the barbecue was perfectly cooked. Still the medics think he can be saved, so now he is in a permanent ice bath with 2nd degree burns, in a coma and just to be sure with 4 wires draining his mana.

Also Georg's calculations were correct this time (Fuck you Dom - Georg). Turns out that mana and electricity have plenty in common (or maybe it adapted itself to become like that - Leon)(That may mean that mana has self awareness - Dom)(Water adapts itself to a bowl thanks to the shape and turns to ice when frozen, that's physics - Georg)(True enough - Dom). So with a few wires we can drain the mana safely.

Another issue is the brain/emotions factor, it seems that mana v0.2 is easily influenced by emotions and that's why there are so many accidents. From the original 450 we have only 98 surviving members including us. And only Leon, the last of the original meditation team and about 27 more survived. They are all trying to learn how to control the mana so they don't hurt themselves or others (Hey is not that hard - Leon)(You burned your hand when trying to heat up your coffee - Dom) but without that much success.

The rest of this clinic personnel all are presenting signs of mana, so we are fabricating tons of those draining wires and the quartz light-bulbs as drains. (High tech cable attached to a light-bulb? Can't we convert it to electricity? - Dom)(We burned 27 transformers that I made Dom, we can't yet - Leon).

Also strange, mana unlike electricity doesn't flow well in the vacuum, that's why the cables are copper or gold (silver, some silicon based crystals and a few more materials also works). Now the plastic coating was getting destroyed, that's why the cables are extremely thin wires of copper or gold covered with a carbon nanotube.
