Hello this is Shaon and thank you for reading Wings of Freedom.
I'd just like to say that I don't have a fixed schedule that I will work with like clockwork but I will try to do a chapter at Monday, Wednesday, Friday.. At some days there may be a chapter on Tuesday or Thursday. There might also be times when there won't be any chapter on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The story of The Husk, a creature on a hunt that would span generations. The story of Mask and a hero. How one will come to learn of the other's past and the many faces they had. Do you know where you stand? Do you side with the gods, the hero, the demon king, the experiment, the cursed, the blessed, the monsters, the forgotten? Well? I know. You don't know anything yet, so you can't say. So, enter our world, and find out what side is what.

Claire Saphira wanted none of that. She simply wished for a life where she could live without worry of her own survival. As she ran from the debt collectors for the umpteenth time, she was swallowed by an errant tower, where she saw a frail, pale-skinned girl with ashen hair hung by chains. It was a chance, a chance to participate in the tournament and live without worrying about survival. Yet, something nagged in the back of her mind. Why did she look so familiar? Planned release schedule: One chapter every day for Mon-Fri, and a break on Sat-Sun. The release will slow down at some point, but most likely won't go under 3 chapters a week.

He slowly backs up until his back is against the wall like my own, "You're..my neighbor?" He points to my door and I nod my head quickly. He hums softly, "You been here a while?" He puts his box down before walking over to one of the grey bins. I nosily watch as he pulls out a big grey sweatshirt, "Here." He holds it out for me to take and I stare at him with wide eyes, "F-For me?" I hesitantly grab the soft fabric as he chuckles, "Nah for ya mom." I puff my cheeks a little and give him a small glare, "Hush." He leans back against the wall and shakes his head, "It's cold out. You should put it on." ____________________________She was a shy girl from the city with no spine and a list of problems so long that it could touch the floor and roll off her shoes. Though troublesome, she never truly minded because despite her fears, she was a smart little thing and worked around it. But like many of us, it kept her trapped in a tight little box.
