《Let's Form a Party to Kill God》Wagon

Steve had hoped beyond hope to himself and whichever gods were in attendance that the boy wouldn't be too annoying, and his prayers were answered. The boy never yelled and mostly spoke in such a small voice that no one could hear him in the wagon's carriage.

They had spent a week at the small, remote hospice, letting the boy recover while teaching him what would happen next. Steve had brought the boy there via wind walk and called for reinforcements to minimize causalities if the boy went berserk. All things considered, it was a success, but...the boy, Kynos, had the eyes of every serial killer he's ever put down.

'Oh well,' he thought to himself, that kid can make friends at the school and put all of this behind him.

At this point, Steve had transported the boy all the way from the holy kingdom of Deiarcha to the mage city-state of Incanta, and journey from the west that crossed several countries and a mountain range. The boy couldn't get revenge even if he wanted to and knew who to go after.

The wagon stopped with an abnormal jarring motion. Steve called out to Lucy.

"What's the matter?" "Um, a merchant is being robbed."

Steve wearily climbed forward to poke his head out and have a look.

"Woah, those are some ugly bandits." "No boss, those are goblins." "Look Lucy, you said robbed, so those are bandits."

The pointless argument had draw Kynos out of his seat as well. He shaded his eyes and looked on in mute curiosity at both the men and the wagon ahead that was surrounded by a small mob of mottled bodies. Kynos tilted his head; strange, in the picture book of monsters, goblins were green?

Steve sighed and told Lucy to take the wagon closer.

"Let's see if they actually need any help first."

The merchant indeed needed help. He had no guards and looked like he was worse at fighting than the thin Kynos. He was also on top of his wagon pissing himself.

"Okay then, let's help. Lucy, get the..." "I'll take the ones on the left!"

Lucy jumped out of the wagon and rushed at the goblins on the left, some of which had notices his group. The earth near him cracked and javelins of rock rose up. Lucy grabbed two and quickly shish-kabobed two goblins, one pale yellow and the other muddy brown. Steve sighed again as raised his index finger.

Goblins around the merchant erupted in blood as invisible blades made of wind cut them apart. He also pointed at Lucy, but it only made Lucy speed up. Actually, it looked like his feet were no longer on the ground as he enthusiastically turned the vicinity of the merchant's wagon into a goblin graveyard.

Kynos gawked at the spectacle.
