“Behind you!" Jake shouted to Green_Turtle_Boy_369. "Get down!"

Jake's fingers mashed the keys on his joypad at an unbelievable rate, and took out the zombie rabbits who were creeping up on Green_Turtle_Boy_369.

"Awesome," came the appreciative message through his headset. "You saved me."

Jake_45 beamed, and bounced his way along one of the many corridors in the Tower of Power, the building where he worked as the Crawkling Leader of War, in name if not in soul.

Green_Turtle_Boy_369 followed him, bouncing too. It was not only a fun thing to do but a habit they had formed to make them less susceptible to snipers. He stopped behind Jake_45 where he had come to a halt.

"What is it?" he asked.

Jakes character was stood facing a huge green door. It was trying to open it, but to no avail. He jumped, and swung his axe. Nothing happened.

"I can't get in this door. That's weird. I get an error message saying Access Prohibited."

"That is strange. It's probably rubbish though, let's carry on," said Green_Turtle_Boy_369 hurriedly and started to walk away.

Jake didn't follow.

"No, let's try and get in. It could contain anything, a special storyline. What if this in this room there are actual normal zombies to shoot!

“There isn’t, I’ve been in there before. Nothing there.”

“There must be, it’s locked! How did you get in?”

“I can’t remember. Come on, they’re getting away!”

“Fine! But I’ll get in, you know how I don't leave anything unfinished in any computer game."

It was true, and Green_Turtle_Boy_369 knew it. But this was one door that he didn't want Jake to be messing around.

"Come on!" he said. "There's no point hanging around. It's just an empty storeroom."

He heard a clunking in his ears. "Jake? What's going on." There was no answer.

A few rooms down the corridor, Jake had thrown his headset to the floor and was taking the drastic action of walking to see something in real life. The reason for this was that he was 99% sure that the door which existed in Lapine Death Corps didn't exist in real life. That was strange for a game which was an exact replica of the town that he was living in.

Ten minutes later, Jake found that he was right, and Jake knew that you didn't get glitches like that in such a well-designed computer game. This was a delightful little mystery that he was going to get his teeth into.

Whilst Jake was away, Green_Turtle_Boy_369 was chatting urgently on the phone.

"Eric. He's found the hidden door. Jake will never let this go."

There was a curse and the sound of the phone slamming to the desk.
